I'm in a similar situation as you, so far i`m 6'3 and 288lbs. From what i've seen in the last period, i have a constant hunger all the time and my weight fluctuates. What did you do in the beginning? Most people recommend walking to loose more weight then to start lifting since my weight + the gym weights will be a lot a stress on my bones/joints

This rings so many bells. Since i got hired there is a fat co-worker in there mid 30's that always keeps bombarding me that i'm a worthless human been, that i should be married at have kinds by now and that i will never he able to handle/have any relationships and this has been going on for more then a year now

This isnt related to the topic at hand but how does a fat guy gain confidence when people look weird at you. I know that i must loose the weight and it's a slow process i feel like this is more of a mentality then looks. Should i wait until i reach my peak or just approach women daily? Living in a really small town that everyone knows everyone around here

Not making excuses here or anything but living in a small town really sucks... Meaning there isn't much stuff to do here at all. I was looking at myself a year ago and things are a lot better in terms of how I dress / present myself but most cloths I try here are way too small since I'm 6"3 and most shit doesn't fit me well or at all in some cases
