First step is to make yourself a better man - in this community, we are all here to grow. There are a number of things that will automatically make you more attractive to women - you can get fit, you can have great hygiene, you can smell like sex, you can buy clothes that fit you well and are modern, etc (the list really goes on). You should also get out of the house more often to do activities you are passionate about - amazing gateway to meet people with similar interests. As you get socially better, you will get better results with women (at the same rate).

Being fat is only not repulsive with massive confidence and outstanding game or status.

It's also the one thing that makes you very unattractive like not many things else besides being extremely needy.

So, definitely fix it. It won't make women fall in love with you, but it will remove the ome thing that they find very unattractive.

Let me ask you, are you happy with yourself?

If not name me three things you want to change.

Then make a plan to change them. Make little goals everyday. For example, I used to be obese. I started setting myself little goals throughout the day.

I.e. workout for 30 minutes and have one healthy meal and snack.

Then a few weeks later: workout 45 minutes and have one healthy meal and two healthy snacks.

Then after a few more weeks. I have two healthy meals two healthy snacks and one hour of working out.

It’s the little goals on my day that make me successful at what I do.

Now I have three healthy meals, three healthy snacks. Run 3 miles per day and weight train 20 minutes. I’ve become the person I never thought I could be.

But I took it one mini goal at a time.

Why is it important to be happy with oneself? I’ll tell you why. I hated myself. I was fucking miserable. I lost the love of my life to hot firefighter. And honestly, I was broken into pieces.

I started setting little goals for my health and little goals for my social anxiety. After all my goals I can comfortably even walk up to groups of girls and Introduce myself. I can’t tell you that l always get a number. Shit, I might get 1 out of 8 numbers but the truth is that at least I tried for those other 7 and I know it didn’t fail because of not trying.

And you know what, I’m fucking happy with myself. I finally found my self worth and that energy gets replicated in the universe.

I went from crying myself to sleep to having girls approach me and want to date me. All because of my “energy”

This says it all. Your problem is not your weight, it is not the lack of women, it is the lack of social contacts. I would say you lack in social intelligence, which would just come down to a lack of experience it said field. This can be learned. I have been fat for my whole life, at some point more, at some point less.. depending on my overall feelings. I have started being very social at some point, since i was always very social intelligent, but too scared to act on it. I understand social interactions extremely fast, and have adapted to it over the past 10 years+, i'm 40 by now. My friends circle is small but hand picked, and when i go out, i have a lot of people trying to be my friend, and females that i talk with, trust me immediately and like my charm.

I have found no problem in getting hot girls just because i am not looking like a model, or sporty guy. Sure the type of game changes, from doing almost nothing and getting a lot of female attention, to having to work for it to get a good amount of attention, and when in the interaction really strong attraction due to my dominant behavior.

It's funny, i have once been asked by a hot ukranian girl i was flirting with, (she was married , and very attracted to me, which she told me while adding she didn't know why), why i was so confident... This is the thing. If you are truly confident about yourself, even though you are against what a big part of people tell you, you are shining, rising from the masses, and becoming that gem that everyone wants. This all obviously doesn't negate the fact that visuals play a role in attraction, but it's way less than people want to make you believe. So, work on your social abilities, become charming, maybe even charismatic, dress better, work on your posture etc. If you can, work on your health, since being overweight is a health risk, and getting older it's becoming even worse...
