This might be my play because I live a 60 second walk from a cool dive bar in my city. Played pool there for like 4 hours last night was pretty fun. I'm just gonna become a regular on the weekends.

Why would you ideally chat for 30 minutes? Just have a small chat and get her number if she likes you and go about your life.

I think we have the same idea, different approach. The point that I am trying to make is don't approach thinking about how your gonna get her number (value seeking). When you approach you should just be trying to have a little conversation, make her laugh a bit, see if she likes you (giving value).

As a man it's not her responsibility to make you happy. Whatever you got going on is your problem to fix, but she should support you in doing that.

You need to work on your self confidence. Practice in strangers. Just when your going about your life practice more eye contact with strangers, actually say hello to them. Start asking people how their days are going, say "what are you up to today?" Start setting a goal of getting a couple people's names when you leave the house. Some people really need to focus less on the women and just get more comfortable around people in general.

Literally everyone has headphones on and I never see anybody at the gym socializing with anyone other than their bf/gf

95% of single people at the club are holding out for someone way out of their league in terms of appearance. And yes I made up this statistic.

It's funny because 4 years ago I made a Tinder and actually had an amazing relationship, lived together and everything. I tried making one last week and it's a joke now.

Just keep doing you and see if you still genuinely enjoy each other in a few weeks

Similar experience. After highschool I moved across the country, and it's been a few years now but I haven't really made any friends outside some coworkers I see every now and again. I mean like I've had some great room mates, a girlfriend I lived with for a few years, but right now I'm just finding myself back at plan A square 1 with not much going on. Just an apartment to myself and a bunch of free time.

Don't get insecure when ladies talk about past men. That's a huge turn off

The easiest way to tell if a woman is interested is make eye contact and send a smile. If she has high enough interest in you, she will hold eye contact for a moment and smile right back. If she is not interested in you she will quickly shift her attention elsewhere.

You just need to reinvent yourself. You're obviously not too happy with the man in the mirror. Start making some life changes, gradually. Just don't go all over board because then idiots will be all "DuRhUrr midlife crisis"

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
