It means they are uncomfortable in your presence. Can be in a good way or a bad way

Women like mysterious men because they don’t put them in weird/awkward situations. They just do their own thing. It comes across as a form of respect when the bottom 50% of men are unattractive, clingy, or pushy. Men are expected to be the chasers so when a man comes along who isn’t too invested in chasing, they see something respectable in that. If I was talking to a girl and she asked me a deep, personal question, I would answer honestly and briefly. No need to get into the semantics of things…

I’m speaking from my own experience and I know this is a huge generalization but... a lot of women I’ve met and gotten to know are TERRIBLE active listeners. I’m talking like, constant venting and complaining. Which I get because everyone needs to sometimes. And then you vent about something at another time and get one word out of them lol. Maybe a little too comfortable with being the center of attention

Holding them at a certain distance conveys respect. “I have my own life and you have yours”. It’s a trait of a quality person, more common in women because men are the chasers. So it helps you stick out and seem available without being easy.

Perfect having a warm smile; looking happy. Carry yourself like you’re the best even if you aren’t. Be clean and pleasant to be around. Own yourself and your mistakes. Show focus on what’s important. Practice being funny with people you aren’t into. After a while, it comes naturally. I’m no lady killer by any stretch but I’ve had a lot of success this way.

Doesn’t matter what you feel, he won’t agree with you. He’ll face the law but don’t be surprised when it costs you a few teeth or worse.

People protect things they care about. It’s a fact of life. I’d say, 99% of dudes won’t like you warming up to their girl. Just a fair warning to you, one day you will meet a guy that is willing to bite the bullet and kick your ass.

To be bluntly honest, it sounds like you like the attention. Can’t really blame anyone for that, but you should be very careful about how you approach this. Too many people just want someone to fool around with for a little while and that’s a big red flag for women when it comes to dating. But there are also plenty of women who want the same thing, and wait until after you actually catch feelings to let you know. Things can get complicated. Also, try not to read too deep into what people do. Bar…

Just pretend you manage to ‘steal’ her and you start dating. For one, she’s going to need time after leaving BF/Husband because no healthy relationship starts like that. Your options are to be a good friend until then, or start a relationship on very toxic grounds. Also, what will you tell your family/friends when you start dating? How will you deal with the pissed off former BF and his friends? There’s nothing wrong with liking your friend. But I think you should do it the right way and be okay…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
