The biggest problem I see here on TRP is taking everything as true. People follow things on the sidebar as a bible of a radical religion. Use your brain folks. I personally believe that everyone beginning the journey of becoming someone better should act differently as to try to yield different results. Life can be a experiment. Read all about law 38? Go and try the exact opposite, or reflect back on your past actions. Don't take it as true without thinking because you might find that there are …

I noticed you said "I just want to make sure I dont screw up". I can guarantee you that this mentality will make everything go wrong.

How about this: Having frame is literally not acknowledging her point of view. Think about that for a second. You're probably always thinking about how things will affect you, but how many are actually coming from the point of view of others on you, instead of literally, your frame? To have frame you have to dial down on your empathy. Simply do what you want. You don't have to be the one setting up everything to be the one controlling the frame. As a matter of fact, the fact that she is initiati…

Because there is a very thin line between doing nothing and doing meditation. The first problem is that it isn't guaranteed to work with everyone. Take lifting for example. That's the kind of advice that will help you 100% guaranteed no matter what. The average person coming here, trying to learn the sidebar, will be able to implement it easily, without having to spend hours being introspective. Working on game for example, its something that can be kept within certain metrics to easily know how…

Don't be a pussy for fucks sake. Unless you are missing a leg or you are some kind of dwarf, start putting some boundaries. That goes to your friend. If he didn't live up to your expectations, drop his ass.

Don't be an idiot. Just because he doesn't agree with you doesn't mean he doesn't "comprehend Game". By saying that, you are trying to say that only your point of view is the truth? Why then, please enlighten us with your great wisdom. I wouldn't give a shit if you were just posting that you disagree with him and showing him the error in his ways. But this kind of response is just some toxic shit. Maybe you should take some time reflecting on what kind of image you're trying to pass on as a TRP …

If you hate it, you don't have to do it. Take a step back, become confident, start thinking positively, learn to observe signs of attraction, and start nailing it. But to do so, you will have to acknowledge that in order to become confident, you'll have to start believing in yourself. I myself don't do cold approaching, but with basic knowledge in social interactions, I know when to approach and I will rarely fail. When you put yourself in a frame of conviction, people don't doubt it. They will …

There is not point in going out, every time I go approach, I already expect to be turned down. I can even try to convince myself, but on the back of my head, I already know exactly what to expect. If you agree with what you've just read, you have 2 options: give up on a better life, spending the rest of your days being miserable; or you can accept that the reason you fail is linked to the fact that you don't even believe you can succeed.

By reading your post, it seems like you are a very negative person. You seem to always be thinking about what you hate, and the negatives of everything. Someone that is mad about trivial stuff is losing frame. You might argue that this isn't trivial. To their frame of reference, someone that is negative probably is so because he fails often.

Well... There is multiple paths you can take towards having confidence. The most famous one here on TRP is linking your confidence with your progress on self improvement. Another method is making you being confident something that your brain can believe. To do so, you must accept that it is foolish not live by the set of actions that will get you respect/happiness. I can assure you that if you take every decision you are about to make, and try to be rational, analyzing what are the pros and cons…

Well, my example might or might not help you, but here it goes. When I was young, everyone picked on me in class, I was constantly made fun of. My initial reaction was anger. But as the years went by, I started creating this clown persona, with a lot of self deprecating humor. Took me a long time to realize that my actions were product of something that happened when I very young. The fact is, I had absolutely no control of my life back then, and the reason people picked on me wasn't based on an…

Cut people that don't respect you from you life. I would recommend staying some time trying to reflect on your past behavior, as to make it easier for you to realize when you are being supplicating. Develop respect for yourself and it will all fix itself, however don't expect it to be quick, might take some time before you start having results. Read No more Mr Nice Guy.

Your whole interaction, probably. If you are asking us if your opener was too much, or how to describe some shit, you are asking that because you don't have confidence in what you are doing. If you ever stop to ask yourself if what you just did was acceptable, I can guarantee that your insecurity is leaking. Stop trying and just be. Wanna ask her out? Just do it, either she likes you and says yes, or she doesn't and gives some stupid excuse. And when you do, don't act like it would be a favor to…

Stop trying to find ways to impress her, just by how you wrote this post it is obvious that you are always thinking you must somehow prove you are worthy. "...so we can chat when she isn't busy" with this kind of wording, you are simply portraying that you are basically less important than normal stuff in her life, Which is exactly what you shouldn't do. Understand that to change this kind of behaviour, you must start to think positively, working on your self esteem. Whenever you have some inter…

Well dude, if you actually hang out with her, do the gaze when you can actually escalate. If you know she's into you, this feeling you have of wanting to exchange eye contact in this kind of situation could mean that you are trying to get some validation out of her looking back at you for some time. If that's true, stop this cycle and act more.

There is two books that I believe that if you read them together, will definitely help you in understanding underlying motives. The very famous No More Mr. Nice Guy, and If you meet Buddha on the road, kill him by Sheldon B. Kopp. To be honest, I started relating social status with behavior while stoned out of my mind. But don't hope for it to work with you, as for me it makes me see through my own bullshit, what you'd call a anti male hamster. Whenever you are standing and someone comes close, …

If i were to say what you did wrong, basically, why the fuck didn't you escalate? Whenever a girl goes out of her way, and even initiates something, there's absolutely no chance that she doesn't want it.

I went through this process, and I only started to change when I actually stopped to think about every process that went through my mind when I acted all beta. I can only speak for myself, but maybe it'll help you. I realized that I though i wasn't good enough, and had a general fear of abandonment. That leaked in every social interaction, overall being afraid of doing what I wanted. The truth is that you will have to find a way to make yourself believe that YOU are good enough to get what you w…

Do yourself a favor and read what you just wrote. If you seriously think that buying woman free stuff can come from a not needy attitude then you are delusional. Of course that if he has great SMV he will pull too, but he would pull more giving more respect to himself.

The frame you gave was that at the moment she said "we're done", it is in fact done and you're not into it. Now, in the case that you actually wanted to see her again, but you wanted to communicate that that behavior isn't ok, you should've said exactly that the moment she came supplicating for attention.

One thing that helped me was realizing that my thoughts aren't me. How I did that was simply by acknowledging that since I can disagree with my own thoughts, I am not whatever I randomly think all the time. From there you can learn to judge your thoughts from a different perspective, for example, whenever you're not sure what the next move is, put on paper what are the consequences and what are the benefits of doing it, and put it to action according to what is beneficial.

There's a girl in a class i'm taking that she gives me a bunch of signs of interest, then out of the blue she disengages, acts totally disinterested. Life's hard. I already know that at this point, the solution is to be as direct as possible with my intentions to just end this shitty fucking game, but damn is it annoying. Even though on paper it seems obvious that you should just go for it, I feel like I'm trying to swim against a fucking avalanche when in face of signs of indifference.
