There's a lot of unfair things that happen to people of color, like being suspected of crimes like you mentioned. This one instance feels unfair to a lot of where people on this thread and they can't handle it. If the most unfair thing that happened is some politicians weren't invited to one (1) holiday party, I'd say that's still very privileged.

If everyone is invited to the Republican Party then why are 85-88% of their elected officials white people? (per the Pew Research Center) That's a political party that centers white people. I don't have to prove anything to you. You are nobody to me. My point is lost on you bc you simply don't understand, so this conversation is over. ETA: Thing is... I'm fully going to be downvoted for this but I'm not wrong. Not inviting white people to a function that's for people of color isn't racist. It's not a systemic action that denies rights or mobility to anyone (like redlining or police brutality or incarceration). It's not taking anyone's rights or power away.
