Thanks I’ll try that, I think I already made some progress over the last weeks, when I started going out again I would ignore the girl altogether but have built up some confidence over the different parties I attended. The weirdest thing is I was in relationships, but always had this kind of fear of making the person uncomfortable so I didn’t initiate a lot even with girlfriends. Maybe there is something I need to change about my way of thinking

I feel you, I also lost 20, almost 30kg pretty rapidly, and 2 years after, my brain still has a hard time understanding I am in shape now. This is the answer that fit the situation the most. She added me on Snapchat and when I woke up the next morning she bombarded me with messages ( Snapchat and IG) telling me she was very sorry she did not see my messages and everything, we talked a little and then she let everything on delivered after a while again. She sent a Snapchat video but I still didn’t open it, I walk in her trails if I can say it like that. I am not feeling anything about it so I think I will continue that routine until…
