1	How do I stop being miserable? Close your eyes, be comfortable, and don't fight any thoughts that come to your mind. That's the key... Slowly, the thoughts that come to your mind will either be lesser, or ull find that you have more time to think of those thoughts. Whatever it is, don't fight any thoughts. Nothing that comes into your head is a good thought or a bad thought... Eventually, ull have very abstract, semi-nonsensical thoughts.
