How do you punch with an open fist? How do you form an open fist? Sounds like something the Riddler would say before punching you if you can't answer

Eh she took a few very light hits to the face that left no permanent damage. You can't expect cops to be letting people like this kick them in the face all day and then be able to work the next day. Maybe it could have been done a little better but cops are not perfect. If you have issue with them apprehending a crazy violent person completely unharmed because they used a little force you are asking too much.

Yeah I don't disagree. Just weird how it's considered homophobic to not wanna have a platonic relationship with men who slept with other men, but it's not homophobic if you don't wanna have a romantic relationship with those same men. Only the relationship type is changing, not the facts behind your refusal.

Dude it's a civilian. He was maybe in 1 fight in his life, or even zero. His days are probably spent sitting at a desk. You can't expect police level of conflict resolution here. That shit takes years to train. A random person runs at him trying to punch him in the face. He can't tell if she has a knife or not. He is NOT TRAINED for this shit. Could he have handled this better if he was a cop with 10 years of experience? Yes. But he's just a random dude trying to survive and acting on instinct. …

If that judge was literally lenient all first offenders, even when they did something horrible like rape, then yeah he needed to be voted out lol. No. The judge is allowed to be lenient if he wants as long as he follows the law. The law for the crime that Brock was found guilty of allows him to sentence him to 6 months minimum and 10 years maximum I think. A lenient judge giving a minimum is completely within the law, and the judge's job is to make impartial decisions that are within the law, no…

Judges in the US have this thing where if they're unpopular they stop being judges. It's very weird, and not common in the first world. The judge who gave the rapist Brock Turner 6 months was voted out even though he was investigated for bias and found to be very lenient against first offenders of all kinds, rich, poor, black, etc. But since Brock was a rich white guy it was enough for the judge to lose his job.

if all humans are equal under the law and that counts for women, then punishing her for exercising bodily autonomy is being a hypocrite. Only if the baby is pregnant too and we let it abort lol. Also I didnt compare it to the slave trade, you misunderstood

I don't get your world view because: 1) You downplay the importance of people doing hard jail time for murder. Yes, abortion is legal, but so was the slave trade. The biggest problem with unpunished abortion is how it invalidates the very very important belief that all humans are equal under the law, a belief that is the cornerstone of many societies today. 2) You only rely on their own conscience as punishment, when it is proven in psychology that there are people with zero conscience, people w…

Rarely is a woman so bad in bed that it negates his previous feelings for her. Most guys are deceptive. Sometimes it's just incompatibility. I really like submissive women I can choke and hatefuck even though I'm a gentle person otherwise with my words and actions unless there is a reason for me to not be. I always try to do things the nice way in my life, and not add to anyone's pain. I was once with a girl who wanted to be more dominant and it just didn't turn me on nearly as much.

As far as abortions go, making the difficult decision to have one and living with the weight of that choice is accepting the consequences. She describes in some detail how she was basically “forced“/ coerced into carrying out the pregnancy until birth and adoption instead of an abortion that she wanted but couldn't afford and how that whole 9 months experience affected her mentally and physically. I think 99.99% of couples should just hire a maid. If you live in a 2-job household a maid is economically the best solution, especially since it prevents conflict and resentment over this totally easy to solve "issue" long-term. If one of you is not employed they are the maid.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/18 05:42 PM
1

I mean you guys are literally doing it to yourselves. You both deny yourself the one thing that would help you here (a maid) and then he also doesn't help much. You're both to blame but he is worse. Makes me think most people would be happier living in different apartments of the same building as I already said once in this thread. When people do that each apartment is exactly at the level of cleanliness they prefer.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/18 05:37 PM
3

Most of these problems are just a consequence of any two people having different standards of cleanliness, which leads to the one who likes things more tidy to harbor resentment. Sometimes I feel like those couples living on different floors in the same building have it made. So many grievances are avoided and they get to hang out any time they want anyway.

Personally, I hate the idea of other people being in our space. So you complain you gotta clean/do chores too much but the only other person on the planet that you would allow to help is your husband? That's just insane. If he earns any real money it's not an economic use of his time.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/18 01:33 AM

So? That would just mean it's an unpopular stance, but popularity doesn't define what is correct. It doesn't define it, but if you are speaking about a non-specialized topic where most can understand you and 95% disagree there is something wrong with what you are saying.

That's true but women still have a unique influence on men they have kids with and kids are like sponges for ideology. p.s. Eating is a basic instinct, doesn't mean you gotta be full 100% of the time. So let's take a moment to logically examine what are women: Women are weaker men with superpowers. They are the only ones with the ability to make new people. Now, why are men considered disposable? Because when your tribe has 500 people having 100 men and 400 women makes you grow much faster than having 400 men and 100 women, right? A man dying doesn't reduce this growth, that's why he is considered expendable. I see 4…

Men are extreme, okay? We do extremely shitty or extremely awesome things. So when you look at men who went their own way, and you look at reddit, of course people who are extremely angry and bitter will be posting more and you will think all men who went their own way are bad. People who are extremely helpful, creative or nice to others don't spend most of their day posting on reddit and that's true for MGTOW as well. At most I'd see those kinds of people lurking. Elvis was one of the greatest singers and showmen of our time. His main selling point were not looks. You could make the case for his voice and fashion sense, as the way he used to speak and dress is still imitated to this day. His body itself was not the main selling point though. Male body just isn't as amazing as the female body is to people when judging aesthetics. Look at this. Can you imagine a young male PhD doing the same at a prestigious university?

I didn’t say no sex, I said get your dick out of situations it isn’t NEEDED in. Approaching every woman with sex as the primary goal affects how you talk to her and in what way. Women expect men to just want them for their pussies; it’s part of why they say no all the time. I find talking to women annoying because they always think about sex. My dick doesn't work (technically it works but I don't feel anything) due to some nerve damage so I don't really ever have sex in mind any more but talking…

I dont think i agree that men age "better" in the face, just that male wrinkles/age lines aren't as harshly judged. I just think the difference between a peak of female beauty (which is also the peak of human beauty aesthetics wise) and the bottom is more pronounced because of how amazingly beautiful a young woman can be. Men can also be beautiful, but nowhere near the female level.

That's why I said words and not ideas. I am very careful with what I espouse here. The fact that you can say the N-word (Nazi) in Germany, but you can't promote Nazism makes much more sense than the reverse. The problem with that theory is that you equated incels that stay in their mums basements unloved, and occasionally become bitter and twisted incels that say it's hopeless for them because reasons so why not just anaesthetise it all away with vidya and porn while they await the coming of the Sex Bots together with someone who maybe has a reasonably good job but not high-end (for instance a software engineer) and is a valuable member of society just because they're not very social or good looking…

OP it's completely fine. Any guy that's worth your attention and by that I mean someone who would not actually feel threatened by a girl and doesn't feel like he has to fulfill every little social norm society imposes on him but is actually able to evaluate situations on their own and make decisions in the moment would not have an issue with this. Just make sure you don't touch him before you see he actually wants you to, random people touching me pisses me off.

I don't actually think even 3 categories are enough. Where does a person who is not very social or good looking fit if they don't posses the stereotypical beta qualities? They don't attract women, but also they are not particularly nurturing, servile, etc.

Yes, but also I'd add that ignoring certain instincts is the most important thing a man has to do in the 21st century. People wanna feel like belong to a vibrant community so they watch reality TV, then they stuff their faces with food (another instinct). So many instincts that were once justified need to be re-examined today.

I'd argue an uterus has no value when there are 7.4 billion people out there. An uterus had insane value in the past when our survival was at stake, but there are so many people and so many uteruses now that our survival is better protected by a scientist or engineer than an extra uterus.

People in the mainstream media say all the time: "Just because you had a kid doesn't make you a father". If you make an active choice to be a father then I 100% agree with you that men have responsibility for the children they chose to recognize and raise as their own, but not all men make this choice and that's fine as that is where the state and the mother come in. I see so many people arguing "but the man is so much stronger" here. Yes, but 95%+ of men have zero combat training in the last 20 years of their life meaning if you are at least of medium skill you can completely wipe the floor with them. Yes, the other 5% can still fuck you up but the point is that any woman can fight better than the average man as long as she puts in 3-4 training sessions a week and is determined and focused during that time.

These studies usually conclude things like "men like big butts until [exact butt size]" or "being tall is a bonus for men until 6'5" " but the way they arrange these things into a whole to make assessments on how attractive is the whole body is still very much debated. Practically speaking, there is no scie…

I see this criticism a lot and I wanna expand on it. I'm only against retaliatory violence if it's waaaaaaaay overboard or the person doing it is a soldier, cop or fighter. Getting attacked can be an incredibly traumatic experience for untrained people, and we can't expect them to apply a 100% appropriate level of defensive force. Those situations are different but it doesn't change the fact that women are also entitled to ask what a man brings to the table The point is that asking that makes no sense if a person you ask it of doesn't have an insane list of requirements. Women have to be virginal but men can do whatever they want. Religious societies are one sided in practice.. 80% of women in history passed on their genes as opposed to 40% of men. Reasoning for this asset division of equity, is over the course of the marriage the partnership is concluded to have contributed to at a very base level retention of that asset, as in they can't get a time machine and say that asset would have still be under the parties ownership if the marriage did not happen, and have that support to keep it. The judge ruled that the prenup only protected the value of the house at the time of marriage, and since it had more than doubled in value since the marriage, he owed her half of the difference of increased value. Since he didn’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spare he had no choice but to sell the family home, the value of which is sentimental . Can someone with a law degree c…

You may feel more comfortable saying something that could be interpreted as a dominance challenge I agree with you general point, the only thing I would add is not dominance challenge per se, but anything at all that could be considered even remotely offensive. You're "playing the game" and trying to keep your head down advance your career etc so you don't need that noise. But yeah I guess saying something your boss considers offensive is a "dominance challenge" from their point of view

It's actually sexist to say that it's sexist to tell a woman to smile. Not because it can never be sexist - and it can in a small number of cases - but because there are many legitimate non-sexist reasons you would have to say that, and the only reason some would be feminist would assume you have malicious intent is because of their prejudice against men. For instance, my dad tells my sister to smile more because it will help her in business. She works with a lot of people and it helps inspire a…

Female cheating is worse on average because women have a bigger chance to get pregnant, catch most STDs or get raped. Men are also much better at separating intimacy from sex on average. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/love-and-sex-in-the-digital-age/201707/why-infidelity-is-so-different-men-and-women

If a man you've been fighting stops, drops their hands, and turns and walks off Agreed. It's a different situation than this though. EDIT: If a man sits next to you and randomly starts punching you, and you punch back, you do not let him just calmly sit again and continue waiting for him to get up again and start beating your ass. Only safe course of action is to beat him enough that he doesn't continue getting up and beating the living shit out of you.

Attacking people who aren't trying to defend themselves and aren't posing any threat to you is wrong. I agree. I just think they pose a threat. They were sitting down before and then started kicking him in the balls. So I am not convinced by them acting normal for 2 seconds they won't attack again.

There was 3 of them and 1 of him. How does he know they wont decide to escalate further and choke him out and throw him off a train or something? He doesn't. That's why he needs to beat them up enough so that they are completely demoralized, and they don't retaliate. Example: Try hitting a lone cop repeatedly and see what happens. Usually you will be beaten until you don't present a threat any more, unless it's a HUGE cop and you're tiny. And this example is 1v1. 3v1 you all die of gunfire.

It's not like I've seen multitudes of people of different body compositions, aspirations, ages and gender exercise before, right? The point is that if you are a determined individual being weaker makes your body quit faster than your mind when exercising. It takes more effort to do a good workout and eat right as a man. You gotta eat way more protein, you gotta lift harder weights, push yourself more. It's just like how when you're on steroids as a man it takes even more effort to make full use of them. They allow you to train MUCH harder. And comparing a hard workout to beautification treatments is kinda insane. Good, hard workouts miles ahead in effort.

The point is that gold digging is on a spectrum. Almost no one is 100% a gold digger just like almost no one is 100% a psychopath like in the movies. What some guys see is that they like the girls they like because they like how they look like and their personality (all personal preferences). They also don't even think about their earnings when considering them for a partner. Well, yeah. Women are generally better adapted to today's society. Being 6'5" and 300 pounds of muscle doesn't make your life any easier compared to a 100 pound short 4'10" woman unless you're working with your hands and those are not prestigious jobs. Working a desk job and armed with a firearm both people would be just as effective and secure, but the woman would eat less and be able to make a whole new human. Also, girls are better at empathy which is huge when working with people.

Wait are you arguing for treating women the same or treating everyone differently? Because I am arguing treating people differently based on sex is not always sexism.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/18 04:06 PM

It’s sexist because it’s based on a view that women are inherently dangerous to men, which they’re not. Every woman can be dangerous, and so can every man. They are just dangerous in different ways. Men’s behavior being offensive and claiming it is women who are the problem is foisting off all blame for bad behavior. I wasn't blaming the woman when I said this: It's the same like how women crossing to the other side of the street at night when they see a big man (but not a woman) might be called…

There's a lot of people who use public transportation and I don't mind their choice. Everyone is free to make decisions to protect themselves. Women instinctively know the penis size you have and how long you'll last in bed just based on your demeanor and some non-sexual characteristics like nose size/shape, difference between finger length and feet size. Also you'll notice women love forearms because of their phallic shape, especially if they have a few veins on them. This is because they can know the skin structure of your penis just by looking at them, and a few veins on a dick are sexy. When you really think about it, almost every …

Dude I was on mobile. Let's be real, women PRODUCE tax payers. You could say they "incubate them" to differenciate that newborns don't instantly pay taxes, but the point remains that all of the people paying for taxes right now were babies some time ago. Saying that women have an "organ" that does it is silly. It's their organ so they're doing it. Let's say person X pays 130 taxes over his lifetime. Now lets have person Y pay 60 taxes but they "produce" persons Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4. Y1-4 pay an ave…

Not perfect scientific equality in everything possible, but an overall real-world equality can exist. Thing is, people care about different things, so 1 person will push for more power in area X, while the other one cares more about area Y.
