They rarely do. I've dated few LVMs in the past, nothing can change these men unless of course, there'a a life altering moment in their lives. If it's been a short period of time since your breakup, obviously this man hasn't done any self-reflection before entering in a new relationship. Of course he will treat the new girl better, they're still in the honeymoon phase. Best thing you can do is not to stalk them. Try to focus on your self for a while. You're hurting because your ego tells you you…

And they will constantly put you down because that's a low value man’s way of trying to keep you chained to him. They can't handle you getting better in life than them.

For someone who dated LVMs pre-FDS, I can confirm that they won't shut up about themselves. It's all about their needs, wants and likes. They don't give a damn about your hobbies, dreams or interests. They just want you to be interested to theirs. It's exhausting.

YAAAAASSSSSSSS. I have the same mentality now. I wouldn't trade my peace of mind just for someone's attention. I am not afraid of being alone anymore.

His teachings helped me a lot post-breakup and everytime I felt my efforts are going nowhere or regressing to my old pickemeisha self, I read them again then meditate. It really helped me to get back on track. He was so ahead of his time.

For someone who gave a chance to a LVM ex in the past, I can assure you this post is 100% correct. Never again will I give a scrote a chance. Block and move on. You'll save yourself heartbreaks and time when you could just work on yourself and live your life.

Not sure if this will make you feel better but my ex who blindsided then broke up with me months ago, rebounded not even a month after. I blocked him in all social media and any mode of communication, never ever broke NC. Focused on bettering myself for MYSELF. Guess who's begging for me to come back? The scrote ex. Before FDS, I'd probably take him back and work our relationship, thinking it'll be our new fresh start. Naah. Blocked his new numbers and I'm never looking back. Funny how your ment…

Exactly. The peace I am having now after the breakup, I would never trade it for this scrote's attention. Time to level up.

Thank you queens 👑 Just feeling sad when I've realized I haven't completely detached myself to this scrote. I thought I have fully moved on. I replied NO and Blocked his number. I guess it's the universe way of testing if I'm still stupid 🙅🏻

Thank you. Badly needed to read this. A NVM ex found way to contact me earlier to asked for another chance.

I did this to my NVM ex but after several months, he started contacting me using different phone numbers, email address and even creating new IG accs to DM me. Huh, to think he was the one who called it quits and rebounded (possible monkey-branched) after 3 weeks. I just block his new numbers and accs but this scrote has the tenacity of a roach after a nuclear bomb. Urgh

Thank you ♥️ people kept telling me not to block him and we may work this relationship out in the future. Naah sis, there are plenty of dicks in the sea.

Breadcrumbs are essentially any messages, calls or contact from your ex where he doesn't ask to give the relationship another chance.

I'm a nurse and I can't even tell you how many men have sent me dick pics asking if there's something wrong with their dicks being "above average" in size. I just tell them I see no existing medical condition, it's just tiny that's it.

I'm sorry that you are hurting but trust me it will get better. I've recently been in a breakup too so I know what you are feeling. It just your brain going into withdrawal. Just like how addicts experience this, your brain is adjusting on losing something/someone you had for a long time. Give yourself time to grieve, do not suppress it. Healing isn't linear but remember to try pick up the pieces one day at a time. You may need to walk alone with this journey but everything will make sense somed…

Together for 2.5 years, almost 4 months post-BU. I should try finding a new comfort ritual as you have mentioned!

Great idea! It also gets worse when I try to take my mind off, it is making me more depress. Tried to cry but I don't feel like crying. Just empty. Meditating and journaling does not helped me. I could just wait for my period to end but I got a week to struggle lol

I stopped taking Benadryl. Melatonin capsules helped a lot plus I don't have the drowsiness effect after waking up.

Thank you! I just had problems distracting my thoughts of him when I'm on period especially the day before it'll start. Like I don't miss him and actually feel good the rest of the month. I just remind myself it's my hormones fucking me up lol

Love this! I do think I don't miss him as much I missed him since the last period. It does make me feel like I had a detox

I don't really miss the sex. Sex with him was awful plus I lost my sexual attraction to him few months before the breakup lol I can't even kiss him intimately cause he refused to have his teeth cleaned yuck. I think I missed something comforting me during these 'days' lol

Thank you! I'm having hard time setting up boundaries with these type of men without coming out rude. They think it's a compliment when they flirt on me, I really don't need it to feel validated.

Ahhh I do have the same personality as your friend. I treat everyone like that tho. The down side about being friendly and easy to approach type is that they think you are flirting on them. Hell to the no

I've never had a HVM takes interest on me. A lot of people find me attractive and funny. I also have a stable job and is good at it. Problem is, no decent single man would approach or shows interest to me. A lot of LVMs have the guts to.

You hit all the spots. I think I have the anxious attachment style. I am Working on it now. I have only been in 2 relationships in the past both as you have mentioned with emotionally unavailable men. It always ends up in bad terms. I just had my heart broken recently, discovered this sub and trying my best to level up as a woman.

Yes! Helped me a lot and opened my mind in a lot of ways possible. I still miss him sometimes but I just remember he's not worth it and I don't want to miss a HVM coming in my life in the future! Lol

Ahh that's sad but I know you'll get over him someday! Maybe you were not opening up with these guys in the dating apps as your mind is still encrypted on what you are looking for..... HIM. I tried dating apps too after our breakup but sadly, I was still searching for a man like him so I was very closeminded. I haven't used any dating apps again or meet other people and I don't think I will be doing that soon. I just wanted to face my heartbreak by myself. Honestly, it brings my confidence back …

Thank you. I am in a better place now compared last week. I've stopped stalking them and focus with my own goals. I still think of him everyday especially when I get vacant but I've just remember the red flags and how I should start seeing myself as a HVW. Helped me a lot! I haven't cried for 2 days now. I know it's a small achievemet to anyone but for me it's a giant step!
