Personally, I don't think it's refreshing for anyone going through that. Sure, anyone doing basics household chores, at least once, can be left without appreciation. Those little acts can be tolerated because there not as draining. But there should be a limit to how much an individual should give. The limit should be for EVERYONE to prevent further damage. If they consistently display no sign of care for long duration of time to your hard working efforts. Definitely a huge red flag to go.

I've thought about this post and I still don't understand how this is fair. If a women puts effort and no-one shows appreciation, she is encouraged to leave. As she should. So why can't a man? Next time we chat I'll emphasize on those important ideas of a partner. And rest assured Im confident that I cannot predict the future. It's extremely rare to have a healthy relationship for extremely long time. I know there is possibility of not being together and moving on. True, we didn't need to rush but everyone goes in different paces. I feel some situations unravel alot faster than others depending on many factors. But in all honesty we very curious teenangers. I just feel it's concerning that bare minimum not met with many people who are older than us.
