Something similar happened to me. My ex and I are the same age though and we knew each other since preschool. I guess I was still naive and didnt know how to handle such a situation as well as being a pick me but he orchestrated and planned meticulously to get me. He would pop in and out of my life throughout high school. He would send our mutual girl friends with messages from him and always ask for my number but never messaged me. I paid no mind because I saw it was going nowhere. He eventuall…

They probably think it's just the right amount of time for you to have forgotten all the BS but not long enough that you would habe completely moved on and forgotten about them lol

I had an ex message me EXACTLY every two months. Not a day early. Not a day late. Same type of "apology". Same taking "accountability". Unfortunately I fell for the bait when he sent a long-ass message about how he's "grown emotionally" and realizes how much he had hurt me. But then I stopped and thought wait wth am I doing and why does it all feel so off? Then I blocked him.

The tomfoolery that is this article: https://www.psycom.net/postpartum-depression-in-men Of course "why testosterone dips isn’t yet understood" is because it's all bullshit.

I was lucky enough to go to a high school that prioritzed being an independent and proactive individual. However, I cannot guarantee that everyone heeded and/or followed those teachings but it definitely stuck with me

So. Many. Red. Flags. But at the same time I get it. In my pickme days, I would have gone through the same thing. Good on you for dumping his ass. Here's to levelling up!🥂

You're absolutely right. My narcissist ex (we were in the same degree) used me as his muse to help fulfill his image of grandeur. He produced some of his best work which was based on me and after he broke up with me, well, things pretty much went downhill after that. Really downhill lol

So how do we break out of this and live to see ourselves through ourselves? Is it possible?

And that's why I blocked and deleted all my exes and past situationships off ALL my social media. They don't deserve to see me level up and flourish. Also been stress-free. My skin has never been so clear and my sleep so peaceful.

This really triggered me but it also shows how far I (and all of us here at FDS) have come. It really is an eye opener and I'm glad that I now know how to protect the most vulnerable parts of myself and reserve them for someone who had truly proven themselves worthy.

I absolutely love my labia and vagina! I feel that's where all my magic and essence of femininity reside. I've always been very conscious of my genital health and regularly look down to make sure everything is okay. I always thought it was beautiful and complex and even smells great with its natural smell! (Never understood douching and fragranced products). I remember the first time I got ejaculated in (pick me days) and it gave me my first yeast infection. I hated it and felt like my femininit…

He was (still is) completely obsessed with Iron Man and thought he had superpowers ("visions" he called it) even though all he did was stay in bed for up to three days at a time drinking wine and jerking off. I guess that was his actual "superpower".

I absolutely get where you're coming from. That's where my suggestion for the flair comes from. If it's not something you want to see then you can filter it out. However, I do see what you mean by giving too much time and energy into making them. It would be triggering for me to think back and make an LVM-collage myself but i think for others, it's therepeutic and another means of letting go and moving on. I feel what works for others may not work for some so having a dedicated space for those w…

More like a trauma bond. 3 years of dealing with the most self-centred being I've ever come across. Glad I opened my eyes and dropped that fool. Everytime I feel like reminiscing I can feel the memories slowly fade. It is truly freeing
