2	First attempt.First fail. I dont know why you are so worried. You are still very young, and frankly HS isn't really a great time to Start learning pickup. Seriously, what can you really say or do. You go to an institution from 6-2:30 and live with your parents. Your favorite places are the mall or the movies. Its kind of limited. The only advice I would give is just keep being outgoing, bit by bit get over your shyness. Study hard and smart, get into a good major at an affordable school. 6	Life Hack for confidence? Sex and masturbating have significantly different chemical and hormonal fluctuations. It is not even remotely close. Sex is a natural and habituary mechanism ingrained within our system, I dont see how the human body over thousands of years wouldn't have eliminated majority of malignant sideeffects (if any even existed) over our evolutionary period of development.
