Alright.

Your first problem was asking a girl to be your girlfriend without having dated her solo yet. She doesn't know anything about you, how can you reasonably expect her to be your girlfriend?

Pick up isn't an overnight thing. You're young, so start practicing now. You're also in high school so testosterone is flowing through your veins like candy. My advice if I were smart enough to have started in high school?

Start going to the gym. Five days a week, start lifting weights. You can do something simple like starting strength or strong lifts 5x5, but either way you're going to hit the gym. This improves your confidence and as such your inner game. Don't want to work out because you're lazy? Understand that game will be a lot harder for you. When I weighed 260 lbs, I got laid a handful of times. After I my weight my number jumped through the roof because I had more confidence and actually looked attractive because I took care of myself. Also, invest in clothes that don't suck. Go to H&M, they have great reasonable prices, and buy clothes that look good. Button ups with plaid or solid colors, nice jeans (I love their skinny jeans), and Chuck Taylor's. If you're day, wait until you lose some weight first. If not, go immediately.

Second, start reading about inner game. This helps with who you are as a person, builds your confidence, so you're not just going around spitting lines at women trying to get them to think you're funny. It makes you confident to approach, confident in your ability to socialize, and makes it easier to k-close or f-close.

Next, stop getting one-itis. Your focus shouldn't be just one girl, it should be twenty girls. More options means higher rates of success. As such, you won't be heart broken when one girl says no because you have 19 others to throw your dick at. This makes your chances for success increase.

Do this and you're golden. If not, try to do it your way but it obviously hasn't worked so far, so what do you have to lose?

You went to the mall WITH YOUR FRIENDS -She already didn't consider you in a romantic outlook
You asked her out on facebook -Do it in person. Or don't do it at all if you can't man up about it
You tried to make her "notice you" -I don't even know what you mean by this but you remind me of my Swedish friends. Man the fuck up and take action. Don't just get her to "notice you". Become the man you are in front of her and she'll more than just "notice you."

I dont know why you are so worried. You are still very young, and frankly HS isn't really a great time to Start learning pickup. Seriously, what can you really say or do. You go to an institution from 6-2:30 and live with your parents. Your favorite places are the mall or the movies. Its kind of limited. The only advice I would give is just keep being outgoing, bit by bit get over your shyness. Study hard and smart, get into a good major at an affordable school. Confidence comes from success in life. Take it one step at a time.
