check with a lawyer but legal separation in nevada doesn't shield you from being on the hook if your STBX racks up debt. ​ you need a divorce, don't waste time and money on a legal separation. I would wait until all court documents have been signed and settled. once there do what you want. ​ personally i just quietly changed my status to divorced (or removed married) and choose to not notify my ex , and i think there's some sorta silent mode (ex won't get removed from your friend list, but won't get notified of your posts) ​ i wouldn't remove anyone due to the divorce, unless you've been wanting to remove them and only had to keep them on due to your ex.

definitely call 911 if needed. I'd try and make sure you have video of everything if you need to. I've seen a few videos on youtube where the guy calls for domestic violence and they cuff him, and only after watching the video do they uncuff the guy and cuff the girl.

Same here, I have my kids 50/50 I don't go more than 3 , maybe 4 days before they are back with me. my daughter did go on a 6 day trip with mom so i called on day 3 of that. ​ worth every penny in lawyer bills to get 50/50 , though she didn't contest the custody so at least that part was easier / cheaper for me.

I'd need to know how much you make, how much she makes, and her living costs vs yours . ​ is 150$ fair ? i have no idea. ​ I make 76K my ex makes 52K I'm giving her 373 every 2 weeks , we have 50/50 custody (3 kids) she lives rent free (or very cheap) with her mom, i pay 1600 a month in mortgage. Yes the kids should sleep at your house mid week. my kids switch houses every 2-3 days . the movie studio doesn't get the entire box office sales (i know popcorn and soda is expensive, but movie theatres also want a cut of the ticket profits) if theaters keep half the sales the studio got back $114.5M on their 144$ production budget. but they also spent a lot on marketing. 50-100M ​ it probably lost them money. there's a site that digs up all the numbers (rentals, dvds, ) and shows what the studios takes of the gross sales is.

Most crimes have punishment ranges, how ever the Jury can (in a lot of cases) find you guilty of a lessor crime. They Jury also can find you innocent of a crime, even if they know you broke the law, if the circumstances warrant it. There likely is the "if they don't think 1st degree fits they can find guilty of 2nd" ​ however the DA will likely give them very different instructions versus if this was a non police officer on trial. ​ people lie, cops, judges, DAs are people . ​ one of the worst lies I've heard was from a Placerville, CA Judge (traffic court) . lied right to my face about my 6th amendment rights, and then recommended i sign them away to "ease the back log on the Californian courts"

Yep. I've started writing my state reps that sentancing for crimes shoudl be blind. Judge A runs the court room for the case Judge B does sentencing with names , races, genders removed. so Judge A would write a report and B would read it and then hand down a sentence. I think this would give men and women, black and white , etc, fair sentencing, which would then give society fair sentencing. i'm not holding my breath, but i continue to write them emails

I think epically terrible parents are who i hate most in this world. ​ almost feels like there's just not enough hate to go around. ​ held in jail .. should be held in a bear trap for doing that to a baby.
