I have read of a few cases of forced marriage in the Pakistani-British and Nigerian-British diaspora, but not in Bangladeshi-British. Basically you can choose from the options provided and you have to choose because the parents want grand kids and shit. Again, you don't "have to" choose. You can reject all the prospective brides/grooms. I have multiple family members who haven't married because they didn't find a suitable bride/groom.

The difference is that if the guy wants, he can say no. You have mistaken forced marriages for arranged marriages. The man does have a say. And so does the woman. The parents only look at prospective brides and then take a call if they find a suitable partner.

At the very least make backups of these screenshots and save them in a few different places. 1 in the cloud, 1 in an on-site location, and 1-2 more with your friends. If she goes to the police you need to have all this evidence ready. You can marry back after a divorce, although it usually is with another divorcee. And no, not really. Whatever are the terms of the divorce settlement, that is to be followed. They are usually skewed against the man. The real question is, how can someone prove that they intended to marry, but backed out for any valid reason? In this event, even a rape case could be filed against a man and the onus is on him to prove his innocence.

I've heard of much infidelity by Indian woman, as well as false rape and dowry complaints. I will not deny that, infidelity, false rape and dowry complaints are made quite often. But many, maybe most women do genuinely want to stay committed to one single man. Most surveys are conducted in small boroughs of extremely wealthy parts of major cities. And the government doesn't do a very good job at classifying data.

There is a certain stigma against premarital sex. However I don't think trying to stop it would do any good to anyone. Just makes teens all the more curious. It could (and probably even has) led to several cases if unwanted pregnancies in teens, which might ruin many lives.

especially in a culture like India where woman are unmarriageable after getting banged It extends to men too, and it's only a risk if it's found out. Often times when two consenting adults have sex, the parents of the woman file a rape case against the man if they find out. Even if he's acquitted later, it still leaves a blot on his life.

This isn't quite restricted to the top 5% guys. Most of the times it isn't even about guys being rich. Many families would even refuse to marry their children to someone who has had premarital sex. This will probably be unheard of in the West, but that's not the case in India. Often, even the woman agrees to have sex only because she wants to stay committed to a single guy her entire life and vice-a-versa. This is a cultural difference, and I request you to take that into account as well.

This reminds me of the case of Sarvjeet Singh Bedi. A Delhi resident who was falsely implicated in a harassment case. What makes his story really sad is that in pursuit of justice, he lost a lot. He lost his job, his reputation, and just his right to life in general, in spite of being acquitted. He was called 'Dilli ka Darinda' by a top reporter of India which means the Pervert of Delhi. I only learnt of the case recently, and I wish I could help him out in whatever way I could.

It's not just a practice in the west. Muslims and Jews also circumcise boys. It is a barbaric practice that causes damage to young boys. They don't have any say in whether they want to be circumcised ot not. Nobody seems to care about MGM. It is ALWAYS FGM that is in the limelight. There are zero laws banning circumcisions except under specific circumstances where the boy's health is in danger. However laws on FGM exist and it is completely outlawed and punishable.
