Go where the jobs are. I can almost guarantee that won't be NY or Cali. Go to Seattle. It's the hub of the tech industry on the west coast (other than silicon valley), the women there are beautiful, it's got all the advantages of being in a big city, but you're still in beautiful country, it doesn't care about California's artificial drought.
