Don't get married works because...Again, just a risk not worth taking. So avoid all risks in life? Maybe I should avoid all human contact since people have germs and I might get sick. This risk-aversion argument is dumb but at its heart there is another word: Cowardice. What would you think of a generation of people who were too dainty and soft to get married? We are not talking about enlisting for combat or volunteering to clear a mine field here.

As a postwall woman, yes we do get the free gifts and attention from men. Sometimes unwanted stalker attention and the dread of knowing that he has your address and is mailing you boxes. What's in the boxes? Should you open them in the backyard while wearing safety gear?

My fear of divorce is based on the same religious principles which guide you, and this issue never gets discussed here in Pill Land. What even gets ignored in most churches is the seriousness of no-remarriage. It's weird to me how everyone has forgotten this.

I'm pro-marriage ultimately because I'm religious and see marriage as the only acceptable place for sexual relations. We may be in the minority here.

But are you religious? Do you get a lot of flack from people at church?

It would be hypocritical of me, the runaway bride, to say anything at this point. I have never married despite all my life claiming that is what I wanted. And I meant it, best intentions and all. But my actions speak too loudly on this issue so I cannot judge a man for being upfront. Guys, I literally canceled my wedding two months before the big day. I am a flight risk.

They have a natural inclination to "not date down". No actually, their FATHERS put the stop to that. Most gals would be more than happy to date a drummer in a local rock band.

I would not advise chasing men. Back when I was in high school someone had to finally explain to me that it made me look desperate to ask guys out. Oh, good to know...and I stopped it. Men pursued me, problem fixed. But another friend of mine kept chasing the boys well into her 30's and I tried to explain to her that she needs to slow down and she told me she had to be herself. OK, at least she was authentically desperate and no one was deceived. She got passed around like a bad idea. Later she …

I would frame it differently: the three ingredients to making a person turn conservative are marriage, mortgage, and munchkins. Singles are not so much free to pursue base sexual desires as they are free to form bizarre paranoid conspiracies and turn their personal lives into a bubble of like-minded singles. Especially if you live in the city.

::shrug:: I had different values, and I freely admit I was wrong to vet solely based on IQ. I dated geniuses that were smarter than you would believe, real Bobby Fischer types. Almost all of them are unemployed now: bipolar, drug addicted, etc. My vetting was off, clearly, but what gal in college has worldly wisdom? So I soldiered on. If I had selected for a provider, there were plenty of earnest young men I passed over because of looks. (Thinking back, even the geniuses had to be attractive for…

They want the finished article now. Potential won't cut it. No one can know who will be a washout after college. I knew some top-tier geniuses who (as I later learned) were unemployable.

Those women are for the first time competing with much younger women who are interested in the same man I agree with you except for this point. No 20 year old is competing for my 54 year old boyfriend, come on.

Not sure if they do, but I know how Christian women think. My friend who is married to an omega loser has more status and can hold her head up high because of the Sanctity of Marriage. Anyone single, male or female, is always suspected of Fornication.

This reads like a morality tale to warn women of desperation. I never had to sit at a bar hoping men would approach me, sheesh! You do realize I get hit on just by standing in line at the post office, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/18 03:40 PM

As a never-married 46 year old woman I get a lot of weird looks from other women, especially Christians. Church women pity me. Co-workers pity me. I get unsolicited advice on locking down a man. Never mind that I always have a boyfriend of many years at my side, they are all "praying for me" to make it right.

I have a friend who not only did the ersatz-wife thing, but paid into the house that was in her fiance's name. After all that work and financial investment, he left her and she lost everything. No more house, had to move in with parents. All us gals learned from her mistake.

Many of the links were dead or deleted, but the photos that remained showed a lot of youngish girls with short hair, pretty things but not conservative. The men were a mix of races and only one was old- the rest were cute well-groomed guys in their prime with radiant smiles and laughing eyes. It made me happy, and I saw my fellow Redditors as human for the first time. It changed my approach here.

People are really judgmental about nursing homes Tell me about it. I worked in an Alzheimer's ward and people still gave me shit about my job. I was forever defending the rights of families to put their loved ones in proper residential care rather than have grandma wander down the highway at 3 am because she has dementia and can walk.

I don't have photos, so I can't claim one way or the other. There was a photo thread where PPD users posted under anon accounts a photo of themselves and we all had to guess who was whom. What it revealed is that a LOT of PPD folks are hot. Of course, those might have been the only ones who played the game.

The closest example would be this guy who turned out to be married, but had hid the fact from everyone and would not wear his ring. He was really secretive and would change the subject if you asked if he had roommates, that sort of thing. A mutual friend finally tipped me off and I left him.

but sadly due to hypergamy, those women want men who are 10s What I consider a 10 and what Sally or Beth consider a 10 is vastly different so there are plenty of men to go around for pretty gals. There is no shortage of attractive men BECAUSE women have varying tastes. See the other thread where we describe our ideal of male hotness.

the Xers like me seem to have got a clue from our parents experiences. Also noted here as I am Gen X like you- many of my classmates are divorced and onto another marriage, or married very very late. A huge percentage never had kids. This may be in reaction to boomers ruining families and making everyone wary of legal matrimony.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 09:12 PM

What a strange question. Of course they married their first choice, was there any need to ask this??
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 09:09 PM

So it is possible that previous generations did not marry for love? Maybe that is where this all originates.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 09:03 PM
9

Most women can't get the hot guys they want for marriage; so they have to look down the totem pole. I guess, it just does not reflect on my own experience. Looking around I do not see it in female relatives or friends...but who knows? Outside my circle it might be normal to be desperate. Maybe women from lower class or immigrant families or people with a lot to lose in they don't lock down a man. Just never anyone I know.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 09:02 PM

Thinking about my grandparents' and their marriages...yeah, there were a lot of women marrying for money. That was the 30's so maybe they figured it was a matter of survival...?

I am challenging the idea of Stacies marrying men they cannot stand and seriously, no one does that. People steal even though it is wrong because they have something to gain. Marrying someone and sleeping in their bed every night would be WAY too high of a sacrifice if you think they are gross.

The gals here are essentially an assembly of contrarians camped here to contest every statement that is seen as a damning criticism or analysis of women. So you would rather we just agree with everything you say?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 02:13 AM

Or not. Ask the gals here and we will tell you how we all like different types. Some women like tall Aryan men with beards, some like dark ethnic men with chest hair sprouting out the neckline if their shirts.

Incels are afraid of women and have constructed this elaborate fantasy world to nurse their fear and justify why they will never approach women This is exactly like the one incel I knew in RL and tried so hard to help.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 01:18 AM

Women want: tall, handsome, big dick, hair. Women agree and go for the same type of man and settle for the same type of man. Who are you so wise in the ways of women?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/18 01:13 AM
4

Of what? Hot women marrying men they cannot stand? Is her family being held hostage?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 10:08 PM

Stacy settles for them. More specifically their money. Stacy sees them as her retirement plan. I have literally NEVER seen this happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 05:28 PM

That's fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/18 05:19 PM
5

In my own experience, there are two types of incels: angry and non-angry. You can guess which ones post online and which ones just live quiet lives. Most incel men do not yell at the world and blame women, they just go to work and pay bills. Ask yourself: which approach gets better results?

/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/18 01:18 AM

Or not. Have you considered that virginity is invisible and therefore no one can tell? Let me tell you a side story: My boyfriend looks like an Arab (even though he's Indian) and he lived in Oklahoma for a long time. The loss in sexual motivation isn't because she no longer desires him, it is because she feels he is committed to her, and she can focus less on sex and more on nesting/preparing for a family. Exactly, the crush is over and real love takes the wheel.
/r/ExRedPill12/05/18 01:14 AM

I second this, as it relates to what many people experience when dating a cheater who constantly accuses you of sneaking around. I had a boyfriend long ago who pulled this same stunt, and of course I had been faithful so there he was being a massive hypocrite. He even went so far as to lie in wait outside my house at night hoping to catch me in the act. I am not making this up. And he was the one sleeping with his ex gf.

This is the real truth that I wish they taught us in Church: you can have a huge Christian checklist of what you demand in a man, but beggars can't be choosers. All us gals went to Bible camp and Christian college and heard the same mantras about being super picky and never settling but most of the women were not prizes and were being set up for disappointment. Non-Christians do NOT understand the push to get married young because sex. So many couples from Christian college rushed into early mar…

Actually, I learned a lot of good intel about how men think when women are not in their presence. Some of it was not ugly at all- that men can truly fall in love and stay in love, for instance. That men get genuinely hurt when a woman leaves. That men are not cold stoic robots inside.

I understand that you are vulnerable and that is how the Red Pill sucked you in. It happened to a lot of us: he were insecure or unlucky in love and looking for answers. Hearing a strong authoritative voice give you easy solutions makes the anxiety go away- they must know what they are talking about, right? And of course Red Pill wants you to think that. But that is also how cults lure in vulnerable people, so be wary of any group that has a claim to The Truth. The best advice I can give you is …

I have a long backstory to answer this, but the short version: I was insecure so I sought advice from Red Pill last summer on how to lock down my boyfriend. There was absolutely nothing there to help someone like me, and the only "improvement" I acquired was Roosh told me to wear high heels. That's it. Then my boyfriend got on me for spending too much time in the Pillosphere and he has a good point.

I know a few bipolar men and no one with Borderline Personality Disorder. (At least not diagnosed.) Bipolar has a few varieties though, and some people are more severely depressed than others. Most cannot hold jobs, but they do qualify for disability. It is a life-limiting condition.

Please refer to the Kama Sutra, which predates a lot of missionary work. Most sex positions are not man on top.
/r/RedPillWomen30/04/18 09:41 PM

My previous boyfriend was much younger, ten years my junior. It caused certain problems as he was less mature and less responsible, but also he wanted to still play the field. Finally I cut him loose so he could have all the casual sex he wanted. Bye. My current SO is nine years older than I am and this works MUCH better, but bear in mine we are middle aged so this gap of years makes little difference in our maturity and life goals.
/r/RedPillWomen30/04/18 09:10 PM

"The traditional sex position is missionary." Is there any proof of this belief? The whole reason it is called "missionary" is because most natives never did it that way until the European missionaries taught them to.

The factor I was referring to was not women lawyers married to bums, it was WOMEN married to bums. Wives making more money and the husband spending it all at the casino. That plays out way more (as far as I have seen) than women running up their husband's credit cards- which is probably just an old joke.

I have always noticed the exact opposite dynamic in most couples: the wife is frugal and the husband blows his savings on a car he cannot afford. This causes a lot of stress but rarely do I see the woman being the one who blows all her income.

Get a makeover at the salon. Don't be afraid to pay extra for highlights or anything that the professionals suggest. Do the same with makeup and clothing. Look your best. As for personality, smile a lot and be a fun gal. This may sound fake, but men like being around happy women who make them laugh. If they enjoy your company they will want more of it. Simple as that.

I know the feeling. If I spend too much time reading Red Pill online, it makes me paranoid about men. And so it stands to reason that men take in the Poison Pill and feel suspicious of us gals, but this has real effects on real people and when you act on Pill strategy you alienate good hearted women altogether. Flush that out of your mind. Avoid all manosphere.

So if low N count atheist women are what red pillers crave, i guess they should expect women with very low libido? If she is a Stacy she will get hit on constantly ( trust me on this) so the best way to ensure her chastity before marriage( barring religion) is if she is frigid. That ice queen will never cheat on her eventual husband. Thus low N count and low likelihood of adultery. There, i just solved all of red pill strategy for you.

The whole discussion was about women making poor choices and expecting men to bail them out. So if the poor starving artist is a man, the argument falls apart.

if you go for the LTR it will lead to tragic consequences She will murder you?

::shrug:: I have seen an equal number of male and female artists.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/18 04:40 PM

So how do you explain all the MALE artists I know who make a living (albeit a poor one) off their art?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/18 04:39 PM
4

Um, that is already the case: people work hard because they have to. And now that women are out-earning men in many respects, your argument is just outdated.

LOL!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/18 04:22 PM

Again, as an artist who has an art degree and an art JOB, i never mooched off any boyfriend or husband. Strange how none of the artists i know expected this either.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/18 03:58 PM

Speaking as an artist, absolutely no one gets an art degree with plans to mooch.

If someone lives their life in a way that does not jive with my prude Christian upbringing, I just figure they had different parents and therefore different values. Long ago I figured this. But if the woman is honestly damaged and displaying destructive patterns that is cause for pity.

This came as a surprise to me in my thirties, when women kept telling me their hair was not their own. White women. They all had extensions to achieve hair that looked effortless

I can address the long hair issue since you likely have never heard this before: Most women cannot grow long hair that looks good. Shocking, right? Bet you never knew it was fake hair extensions and they are genetically incapable of anything but stringy thin hair. But that is your red pill for the day!

I see two squiggly lines, one pink and the other blue. They are far apart at the beginning and then mostly tangle into eachother after age 24 or so. Priene I like you and the way you think. If you were to visit Los Angeles you would immediately see that our culture is much different from yours but American women are not all fat. Not here. We are normal people who are not banging Chad or leaving "average" men to rot. But again, I do not live in Mississippi or any of the really fat states where pickings are slim- men here look good. Women look good. When you hear stories about America bear that in mind.

I am American and can answer: it's not the sun or the beach, we have those here in California too. Americans are sexually repressed compared to Europeans- I know this because my best friend is from Spain and he has filled my head with stories of all the free love in Europe.

Red Pill has taught me things it never intended. TIL that women are all entitled gimmee-gimmees who demand SO MUCH from men and guys will fall all over themselves for Stacy even if she is a bitch. Obviously Red Pill does not WANT women to be this way but they are claiming it as Truth so why not give it a try? If Red Pill works and it's Truth I should be able to waltz out there and make men tap dance for me, buy me things, use up all their precious time to make me haaaaaappy. It's the Truth, isn'…

Give me an example of "active dread" and I will tell you.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/18 02:19 AM
3

For a very short time, at a very high price.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/18 02:10 AM
3

To that end, I still am skeptical that active dread would actually cause a recognition of lust/attraction. I second this. If applied to myself, I would remove myself from the relationship completely, no further contact.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/18 02:07 AM
6

Because some women might react out of fear that their inactions will cause the relationship to end, and they might not want that. That is why "dread game" is used in the first place. What a loving relationship. More like a Stockholm syndrome.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/18 02:03 AM

Oh my, I guess morality is not a factor if I seek revenge for this active dread? Like cold, calculated well-planned vengeance?

Depends on your circle. If you are an athlete, status is determined by winning a competition. If you are an artist, status is ALL about artistic skill and merit. In any field of competition you have your own insular metric of success. Maybe that is why I am surprised to learn that marriage and children give women any ranking at all. My whole adult life was about meritocracy.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/18 06:39 PM

My own circle of gal pals are pretty humble so i would be shocked if they overrated themselves. Women in general suffer image issues and low self esteem.

That's female solipsism, it’s the lack of both self-awareness and awareness of men’s experience of the world. According to the man in the Red Pill interview you linked, women are not as aware of men's issues because culture and society does not bring it to their attention. Who knows really.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/18 05:09 PM

It's different if you are getting attention for your accomplishments. Artists post art online, receive GOBS of adoration and flattery and get their fix knowing they did a good job. Fans flock to their Patreons and they feel even better. If you are just posting selfies than you know there is no achievement and the victory is hollow. Replace selfies with photos of your latest creative endeavor. Problem solved. EDIT: typos

Virginity itself is not a detractor. If a man is amazing and kept his cherry just because of religious values, i know people like this already. Being Christian means this is not weird to me. But if a man has obvious defects or acts like a prick no one will believe his virginity is due to scruples...again, people assume this about women too.

Hey relax, i am going to Red Pill you on an important truth: sexual attraction is not logical. Horniness is beyond reason. It’s like asking “ do you want hot dogs or pizza?” when i am not hungry and then, what is this sorcery? Later on I am ravenous! And i want pizza!

Learn to recognize and start passing Shit Tests. Right out of the gate, why not start there. "Can you hold my purse?" or "Can you get me a drink of water?" is not a test. Regions of the US are VASTLY different. I have lived all over and I can tell you that people just look better in California than in Texas...but with a qualifier. San Antonio is one of the fattest cities in North America but just two hours north is Austin, which is full of thin people riding bikes and walking dogs by the river. So it's not the climate, it's the cultural attitudes about exercise and fitness. Mississippi is incredibly fat but no one seems to mind there. Miami is full of pretty slim…

In short, abuse.

"Maybe today's men will raise their boys" That is a big maybe. Mothers do most of the child rearing and they are unlikely to instill an internet philosophy on their young. But sooner or later they have to start making sacrifices if they want to get the attractive men they want. YMMV. I never had any problems in this area and my boyfriend is high value. They can no longer count on commitment, and must be content to have attractive men only for a night or two. We are going on two years. There is no wall.

Secondly, that isn't an accurate view at all. Most people do settle down in their 20's. They also don't have an abundance of sexual history (average N count is ~5) Agree so hard. Where are these dudes getting the notion that pretty women are out banging the gang?

when she is in her 20s she doesn't want a family yet so she rides CC. When she is in her 30s she stops and now wants a family suddenly. THIS is what you think all women are about? Sorry pal, that is a tiny subset of the female population.

What makes such women who no longer can get the man that they want shame men who choose younger women than them? Who does this? Women don't care if you find a younger gal hot, honestly.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/18 05:12 PM

I literally never see women complaining about this Me neither. There are plenty of people who live happy lives and are unaware of any problem until they read it on Reddit.

Why should men take the bullet, basically? What bullet? Dating someone your own age is a bullet? Interesting... Why should men be "smarter" and accept that women "just wanted to have fun, were stupid" and now they "matured and want stability"? No one says you have to date a party girl. Find a nice nerd girl, or a church girl. No "N count" to concern you. Why is it on men to lower to woman's level? Love the choice of language here, implying that woman are beneath you. But taking it at face value:…

This this this. We gals know of what we speak: there is NO shortage of hot guys for mature women, sorry OP. I Never had to lower my standards one bit, in fact I raised them. Men in my age bracket are not going to have anything in common with 22 year old girls, and most of them have daughters that age. No one is bitter and no one is shaming, but the cold hard facts are that even in my forties I have the pick of the litter. So I chose the best looking man on Match and we are still together and eve…

I believe (off topic of course) that the benefits of a healthy LTR are beyond measure. Not just the free back rubs, but deep psychological contentment at having someone love you for you. The abiding joy never gets discussed here and I am not sure why that is. Are most people just unlucky? Are they all "spinning plates" these days?

in redpill circles 'higher beta' literally defined as 'the sort of guy you want your daughter to marry' Very curious. Because I can tell you flat out: the sort of man my dad wants me to marry? Not my type. All the things that Red Pill claims women are clawing the walls to get in a husband- income, stability, family man- are things that my DAD wants me to marry. Not me.

A lot of influence, a LOT. I avoid certain colors and flower patterns now, and he suggests things for me to wear and I wear them. I did not have to change radically but he bought me some outfits that he specified I am only to wear with him and not to work.

I really focus on not putting pressure on him, especially when I know our situation is not ready for those things. Who wants to nag someone into marrying them? Absolutely. No one should ever feel pressured into making such a huge life decision. After a year or two you should evaluate your relationship (at this point no need for a conversation, just look at his actions) and decide to fish or cut bait.

a lot of women still think that killing a fetus is the same as killing a human baby. Exactly, if she gets knocked up her entire life will be ruined and she knows it. Imagine living with that kind of fear. Women live that fear all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/18 04:02 AM

but that's a biological advantage they have No dude, no. Having a uterus is NOT a biological advantage and the only people who think that are men. Maybe some gals lie about birth control ( i have never met one) but most women are terrified of it failing and getting pregnant out of wedlock. Their deepest fear is that somehow the birth control will fail that 1/100th time on their watch and now their life is ruined. Scarlet letter and all that.

Some have careers, some don't. But cheerful and laugh at lot. Fashionable clothing. That type. How about normal men? Normal women pair up with them, all types. Almost all want kids. All types of bodies and faces. All have careers or at least jobs. How about low value men? Do you mean low value as in felons …

I have never reported a man for being socially unaware, but I have reported a couple men for being out and out bullies. There was no ambiguity there. Status comes from having a good job or impressive life filled with accomplishments. Winning the gold medal, for instance. Status comes from being the best or earning wads of money. No one cares if a woman is married anymore, except at church. That is the one place where anyone would think this important. Seriously. You know some odd people.

Finally a happy post! Thank you for asking and I will answer: In my experience, femininity means not being the loudest voice in the room or acting like a hoyden. Any drag queen can learn how to talk the talk or walk the walk but we gals have inner qualities such as empathy and agreeableness and a strong nurturing instinct that we can play up. When men say they want a feminine woman they mean personality traits more than hair length.

Misandry is bad, misanthropy is bad, it's all bad and we should discourage it. Make whatever jokes you want as long as it's actually funny. Just treat other people as you would want to be treated. Not a binary issue.

Physical attraction is based on whatever turns your crank. If all your life you wanted to marry a magician, his income would be irrelevant. If your main focus is on whoever is the top lawyer at your firm, that might relate to success levels sure. But visceral emotion has more to do with looks. we can't exactly go physical against men. Exactly. Very very few women could take on a man in a fight and win. The frustration and anger has no proper outlet and some childish impulses to lash out result in property damage because she wants to punish him somehow. Not that I approve, but if you understand the human desire for revenge knows no gender....well.

The heart and soul of Red Pill philosophy is that women are all whores. So one would naturally expect the red pill women to behave in cunning and slutty ways, egging eachother on to cuckold their simp husbands while sarcastically calling him Captain. Yet strangely this is not the case: instead they are submissive and deferential to their men, looking to be the best and most faithful wives ever. But what happened? Some of my friends are feminists and NONE of them are like what you describe. The idea was that a woman has a right to get the sex she wants, even if it's meaningless and casual. I found this kinda gross but that's just me.

Lying is IMO a huge character flaw and I stated at the very onset that it was a dealbreaker for me. He agreed. Having said that, you can do things without bringing it up- sure, go get your paternity test. I sometimes sneak out and plan things for a surprise or a prank (we are really into that) and he has pranked me HARD :D That is not lying so much as practical jokes and no one gets hurt.

When you walk into a room of half Stacies and half Plain Janes are you more egalitarian? I can tell you that men notice pretty girls and ignore the average ones. Duh. But trying to paint this as a gender issue is dumb.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/18 05:58 PM

From personal observation, many lonely guys have unresolved issues with mom. One guy I knew had an almost incestuous relationship with her and was unable to see how creepy this looked. Another incel dude I knew self-described as a sociopath. Another one was a complete jerk to everyone who tried to be his friend. In every case it was clear why the man was alone.

Exactly, Chad is a demigod. An archetype. Never a real person who gets constipated or loses his hair.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/18 05:49 PM

Who is this mythical Chad? I keep hearing about his physique and his success with dames, but isn't he just a person like everyone else? Will he never grow old or fat? Will Chad never lost his job?

If a person can admit to basic biology and disavow the religious notion of equality But what if they deny equality in favor of the feminine? We have all noticed that when red pillers say "men and women are different" it means that women are inferior. At what point do women get to be on the winning side of this belief?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/18 05:46 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/18 05:29 PM

Everyone has a different backstory as to why they are incel. Having known one particular incel in RL it was absolutely his woman-hating philosophy which was to blame. Good looking well dressed intelligent guy who could have been slaying it, but he embraced hatred. It was hard to watch.

"men are more likely to thrive and survive when they have a job, a wife, and a community connection to a church or some other group that grounds their lives." I have a lot of compassion for people who are down and out. There is no joy in knowing that divorced, jobless men are taking their own lives- this is a victory for no one. My opinion is that men are lonelier and have less friends than women and so no one reaches out to help them before it's too late. For shame.

This is still a very low view of humanity. No one loves anyone, it's all play or be played, and Chad is what? A demigod? Watching from on high while the mortals are furiously trying to screw eachother over? Sad.

the goal of AWALT is achieved when men are immunized from the damage caused by hypergamy and the female sexual imperative That's like saying "the goal of AMALT is achieved when women are immunized from the damage caused by flashers and streakers." As if that accounted for most men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/18 10:43 PM
2

Women don't like guys who hate their entire gender. This is one aspect of the Pillosphere that baffles me, since I never hated men. Guys are funny and make great friends, men can be sexy and smart and make me proud...I do not understand man-haters one bit. Men are awesome! So what if there are a few jerks who use and abuse women, they are just scum anyway. Why would you say AMALT or write off all men based on the failures of jerks? Now repeat that paragraph but switch the genders.

No one reasonable would be pissed at another person for being reasonable. Male or female is irrelevant. If someone is abusive and cruel their SO might capitulate for the short term out of confusion and loyalty but the LTR will be ended in due time. To answer this specific list, replace the word "man" or "woman" with "person" and here we go: A person standing up for himself is "mistreatment"? No. A person telling a person 'hey, don't mistreat me" is "mistreatment"? No. A person saying "no" because he doesn't want to do something is "mistreatment"? No. A person acting in his own self interest is "mistreatment"? No. A person walking away from a person acting like a bitch is "mistreatment"? No. See how easy that was? Treat people with respect.

Having read a great deal of ROK myself, I can see that site is filled with articles purposely worded to elicit outrage. They do it to get more visits, more ad money. Articles on how women should be private property like animals. Articles on how women all fuck dogs. Articles on why girls should not see the inside of a school after 8th grade. Such logic, so even handed.

"In its simplistic ways, is this not all but a mere power struggle of the sexes?" If you have ever been in love, completely overcome by your need and attachment for that other person, than you know the surrender. The power that person has over you is so strong you would face your greatest fears for their benefit. Where else do we see that much devotion but in a parent's love for a child? Love in itself is what conquers, not some silly battle of the sexes.

The school of life videos are childlike and simplistic but I agree with the overall message here. We pick partners who feel like family. For many many years I tried dating guys who were the opposite of my dad and ...that did not work out. My brain is hard-wired in ways that I cannot change and I just have to work around it. This may be what drew me to the Red Pill last year and why I glommed onto in for so long even though I knew rationally that it was false- Red Pill philosophy appeals to women…

Wonderful response and reflects so much of what I observe in life. Long ago i was one of those women who, as you said, threw myself at a man in devotion and dedication and was chewed up and spat out.
