look for cat or dog rescues in your local area. I got a younger cat for 50 bucks, which had absolutely everything done to him, and not declawed. I'm going to say that a lawyer only wants to extract as much money from you as possible while representing you as little as possible. In dv cases, convictions are practically a foregone conclusion, and therefore a lawyer amounts to little more than professional hand-holders.
