i was 64kg when i was 17, after that is when i started working out. i remember getting to 73kg and staying there for a long time until i started to force feed myself. took me about 3 years from that point to reach 100kg, and a further 4 to reach 120kg after which i cut down to 113kg. all in all i've been at this for 10 years now. i imagine in 3 years you get about 90% of the results you're ever gonna get, though.
