Right on, I use the app fitnes tracker, and I read that I should eat 1800-1900 calories, not sure if that’s to little. 2700 seems like a lot.

This is absolutely the hardest thing for me to understand, I used to go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I was fit. I’m 27 years old now and stopped the gym and gained a lot of weight. I’m 5’10 220, still have muscle mass but def getting flabby as shit. It’s hard for me to figure out how many calories I need to eat a day to be at a deficit and then weighing out carbs and Proteins just make me want to quit.

I mean I don't hang out with anybody then her now , I work all the time now and she was my one friend that stayed loyal . She can be a annoying bitch , but has remained loyal and someone to help me through this redpill transformation and supporting me . I lost my two best friends pre RP because of beta jealousy on their part .
