In general trying too hard is a bad idea. Except if it’s important to your well-being.

I met a very pretty girl who got obsessed with watches after visiting Switzerland. I think there were some handsome watchmakers involved too.

Father passed away early, and I get real positive benefits from some podcasters. It's a great way to spend time with, in a way, some great men whom you normally wouldn't meet. Over time you realize in times of need you can keep coming back to the well for a mental nudge.

Find appropriate female role models in real life, fiction, or both.

The Jocko Podcast. He's not anti-SJW, per se, but he is a good male role model and extremely intelligent.

That's a risk too... I so I'd shoot for once/twice a week. If you pay attention to how you emotionally feel in the two days after jerking off, and you DONT feel empty/a little depressed, then I'd say go for it anytime. That is more likely when you work out a lot, like you're on a team and have to train really hard. I'm not a nofap shill at all, just saying pay attention to the effects of jerking off during emotional times. Healthy test levels can cure a broken heart.

YMMV with the jerking during a breakup. Personally I'd advise less jerking off, like once a week, to let the testosterone rise up and wipe those pussy feelings away.

I hope the google execs are only doing this because they fear the shitstorm of bad PR, rather than actually believing that men and women aren't biologically different...

I mean... just try to have fun and enjoy life? Get a dog if you like them? Read more philosophy? There was one of those cliched quotations I saw on a poster, but it's worth remembering now and then: there is no path to happiness; happiness is the way. Basically, work on not "struggling with it" and instead accept it and see where your life and personal growth takes you from there. Watch stand up comedy too! Because they are the masters at the lesson, "If you don't laugh you'd have to cry." I kno…

Inject your life with some positive and intelligent male role models. Best be more masculine than not. Try some podcasts: Joe Rogan Experience, the Jocko Podcast Try some sports: doesn't really matter which one so long as you like it and there are talented men to learn from, practice with, and compete against.

Agree that it's not some crazy extreme shift of lifestyle you necessarily need. Don't make the change seem so monumental in your mind that you never make it. Try running 3 miles 3x or 2x week, doing alternating days of push-ups and sit-ups, then pull-ups and leg lifts on the bar. It's a random plan out of my ass but the point is you don't even need to get a gym membership, buy any special shit, learn any new skills etc to get very fit. Do that later when and if you want to, but for now you can h…

Along the lines of your solution 3- I'm reading Sebastian Junger's book, Tribe, and I think you'd probably enjoy it.

Yes I've had it for sure but I was younger and maybe that had a lot to do with it. I'd count it as one of the more intense, genuine, and sustained loves I've ever had

Too lazy to look it up, but I heard he actually ended up going back and completing his military service. If anything to shut people up.
