it's worth watching. It's all non-verbal stuff, so it's really helpful to see him doing things vs trying to understand them from reading some text.

Stop thinking about how to get girls to like you, and start thinking about how to have as much fun as possible with them. You'll be happier whether you sleep with then or not, and the fact that you're not just after sex will make them much more likely to want to have sex with you.

Ask a specific question, give some concise background as to your relationship or the interactions you've had, and you might get some good advice. It's hard to just throw stuff out there to help you without any detail.

Yes! All of the other advice in this thread is fucking awful. If you were actually enjoying talking to her, continue to. If you weren't, finish up your conversation and excuse yourself. I've gotten set up with her friends, or had an instant lady wingman for the night multiple times by just continuing the conversation and not saying some asshole line.

What I've found is that the more you just go out there and wing it the more experience you have. With each new person you gain a little more experience and the next time something similar comes up, you're more confident because you've been through it before. Everyone ends up following some kind of pattern because when you figure out what works for you, you're going to keep doing it. I tried using canned stuff for a little bit in the beginning and things went pretty badly. It's better in my opini…

I tell them about it at some point. The way I frame it is that it has helped me to become a more socially competent and outgoing person and that it's given me great insight into human interaction. Usually it just leads to great conversations about relationships and how men and women interact.

I just peace out whenever I encounter this attitude. You don't need that shit. There's plenty of beautiful, chill chicks out there that won't give you this kind of trouble. Once you maintain that attitude, that will actually happen a lot less because they can tell you really just don't give a shit whether you talk to them or not which makes you different than all the chumps that are going to bend over backward to get their attention.

I think the most important thing to take away from this is that you talked to EVERYONE, not just the girl that you were interested in. This makes it so much easier to talk to the ones you want it's crazy. It shows the girl you are comfortable in lots of situations, you like being social and meeting people in general, and that other people like you too.

You know, I hadn't really thought about it, but it took a long time for me to realize you can just talk about whatever and say whatever as long as you're having fun. All the tips and tricks are just to get you to a place where you discover that for yourself and can finally relax.

I usually just don't react at all and keep carrying on the conversation like normal. Sometimes I've had them tell me a second time because they honestly think I just didn't hear them, but I say I I'm just enjoying talking to them and then they hook me up with their friends. You don't need witty/cocky lines.

confidence =/= arrogance. Arrogance is actively going around and telling people you're awesome. Confidence is truly believing in your own mind that you are great, and just letting your actions speak for themselves. Stop trying to define things as Alpha and Beta. You can be a nice genuine and caring person and still be confident in yourself.

You should have just not said anything and moved on. She doesn't care about you since she flaked so many times, so you shouldn't care about her. You had the right mentality when you said continuing to chase her makes you look low value, but telling her off did the same thing. If you had plenty of other stuff going on you wouldn't care that she flaked and just stopped messaging her.

Tons of negativity in the comments here. This sub is here to help you get better with women and improve your own self image, and self worth. Get these negative sad-sack comments out of here, and start working on yourself. Thousands of men have done it before you using the resources you'll find here. You can do it too. Quit bitching and take accountability for your own happiness.

Cold approaches - I've had a ton of make outs and phone numbers with no follow up dates, a handful of F closes and 1 girlfriend. Pros: Tons of new people all the time and you can go from open to close real fast. Cons: If you're night gaming it can be expensive. If you live somewhere where there's not a lot of foot traffic it's difficult to find places to meet women outside of the weekends. Online - Most of my success has been here. I used to only hit on and date girls I would consider being in a long term relationship with, and that severely limited my dating pool. Since I've relaxed my standards and expectations, and I'm having a shitload more fun and I'm getting a ton more experience in for when a girl I really do want crosses my path.

There is a lot of good concepts that can be taken from this: Most girls will be more warm to someone approaching them through a mutual friend, or some shared activity or group. Complimenting a girl on her physical beauty right out of the gate is going to force them to decide if they want what you're selling almost immediately. This will result in some easy hits, but also a lot of instant rejections too. High risk/high reward Calibration is VERY important. Read the signs. When you approach, do so…

When I was in college going to a frat house as a non-frat member was always a waste of time. They have built in status as it's their party, their house, and their friends. The music is blasting so you can't talk, and every dude who lives there has a bed that is literally just upstairs. I'm not saying it would be impossible, but I think you're at a distinct disadvantage trying to pick up in someone else's frat house. Because of all this, don't worry so much about getting blown out there. I honest…

Why make up stuff? If you're in the friendzone, just go date other women, and then don't hide the fact from her that you're dating around. Talk about dating and sex with her and then just ramp up physical stuff with her. I think most times guys get in the friend zone is because they just weren't aggressive or upfront with what they want with the girl. Making shit up to try to trick her into thinking you're desirable is just more of the same misdirection and passivity that got you in that situati…

There will be a lot of little firsts along the way that are significant milestones that don't get talked about much. I know the first time a girl asked me for my number before I asked for hers was big. There was the first time a girl bought me a drink, the first time I made out on the dance floor, the first time I got invited to a party by people I just met that night. Like a lot of people, I started with the Game too. It got me really excited about learning because it was more of a well written story about what was possible than a real self-help book. If I was you, I'd show him the Game, but then show him seddit and some more up-to-date material that's out there. A crowd favorite on here right now is Models. I'm 24. Read this book about 6 months ago. It's the last PUA book I'll probably ever read because now there's no more need for me to learn any new tricks. I'm just me. I attract girls that love me for who I am thanks to this book.

It's only oneitis if you're not actively pursuing other girls too. Make sure she's not taking up too much of your thoughts, you haven't even seen her in a year. If you live in a large metropolitan city you probably see a few dozen girls on a daily basis that you have instant access to, make sure you're gaming them too.

Yeah, if you're messaging back and forth for two weeks and she doesn't want to give you her number or make solid plans at that point I just drop them completely. All the girls I've met online that I then went on to have a lot of fun with didn't hesitate to give me their number or meet in person after a message or two.

If you've got a real-life connect that's better then a digital one in my opinion. As long as the mutual friend has the want and desire to set up something where you can all hang out again. Otherwise, facebook's worth a shot. You've got nothing else to lose.

honestly, I still use "do you want to kiss me?" occasionally too, although now I'm more in the Just do it camp. I feel like push pull is often absolutely necessary. That's still where I have some of my problems is once I think I've got a girl hooked, I stop pushing, they get bored and I blow it.

If you like building stuff and electronics, one buddy of mine has gotten really into building RC stuff and its actually pretty cool once you start building things from scratch. He has a few cars and a quad copter. He just recently bought a go pro that he mounted to the helicopter and it streams a live feed to the controller so you can fly it out of your field of view. Just go out and be seen with her having fun. A lot of women will probably think you're together and won't feel as threatened when you start talking to them. After you've talked for a bit just mention that you and her are just friends. If you approach without her, have her just come in and have fun joining in on the conversation. Have her open sets of girls and then you just join in. She should be doing all the same stuff a male wing would do, but it's better because you're getting social proof an…

The other advice here about finding your priorities is great, but there's another half of that that I think is equally important... Removing the things from your life that are holding you back. There was a time where I used to play video games for like 5 hours a day. When I looked back at all that time I had spent I realized that I would be so much happier I would be if I did something productive. Something I could tell stories about to my friends. Something that improved my life like learning n…

The reality is that most attractive women aren't hit on anywhere near as much as you think they are because everyone is just staring at them and no one walks up and talks to them in the middle of the day. The hotter they are, the more this is true. Most of the time they're getting hit on is by creeps and guys at the bar who finally drank enough to stumble over and say something. Just walk up and be normal and talk to them. It's not that weird.

Just ask her to go out to the bar. Don't complicate it. It wouldn't hurt you to start lifting and put on some weight. If you're pretty sure you won't get turned down, then what's the problem? Just go for it. Sometimes you will get turned down. Dust yourself off, smile and then try again later when you're having fun.

You know what I do with those kind of girls? Nothing. I don't have time for attitudes like that. I know there's a lot of tactics to try to get to these girls, but I don't have the time or the energy to get them to like me. I used to get blown off left and right when I started this and I changed my whole wardrobe, got a haircut, started working out, grew some stubble, lost my glasses, and now I actually get complimented and approached by women when I go out. Agreed. When I post here, I try to write in such a way that I would be perfectly fine having anyone I know read them. Writing that isn't demeaning or disrespectful to the very people we are trying to seduce raises the bar for the quality of conversation we can have about the topic.

Points in this article: - Don't show interest early (I disagree) - Keep the mindset that you are trying to get to know her, not trying to impress her or win her over (I agree) - Have standards (I also agree) I feel like the article has a bad title because showing interest too early is only a problem if you don't follow the other two points. If you are being nice and expecting anything in return whether it is sex or a girlfriend or whatever, then this is bad. If you're being nice because that's who you are and you enjoy doing those things without any real expectations of her reciprocating, then you're good. Here's how I got over my fear of escalation. Basically, if she's ok with the level of physicality we're at, I'll push forward to the next level. If she retracts, then you drop down one or two levels from what you just tried (depending on the severity of her rejection) and slowly ramp up again over the next 10-15 minutes or so. This is going to be a vague recap of what I remember from reading the DiCarlo Escalation ladder. Go find that for much more detail. level 1 stuff: high fives, hand shakes,…

I think the only way you can do this "wrong" is by not actually applying the things that you read, and not be willing to put in the effort to change yourself. You've made the first step in admitting that you want to improve your social life and you're willing to work on it. There's a lot of good advice you're getting from some of the other posts, but there's one simple mistake I made in the beginning that I wanted to point out to you. DON'T WALK AROUND SO MUCH! Find a spot where you can be comfortable that's high traffic, and then relax a bit. Post up at the bar, talk to people while they're getting drinks. You think that walking around makes you look like you're not bored, but it actually makes you look like you're searching for fun, and can't find it. The mentali…

I do kind of the opposite. I don't usually smoke, but I'll bum a cigarette once in a while when I'm out drinking. I carry interesting lighters (an old colibri, or a bright yellow zippo depending on how I'm feeling that night) and I offer them up to the group when we walk out to have a smoke and everyone is fumbling around looking for their lights. It's enough to get a conversation going or a good way to isolate someone from inside a busy bar.

It can go two ways. If you go in the bar, sit down and have a drink and you're comfortably talking to the bartender and the other patrons when she walks in, that looks good. If you're sitting in the corner texting, that looks bad. I prefer to wait outside of a place and go in together if it is an actual date though as it sets up the frame that you're together right from the get go.

If things were already going well as soon as we get through the door I won't say anything and just lightly push her against the door and go for it. The fact that you just go for it without any dancing around it really turns them on. I do it gently so they don't feel threatened and they have to comply by backing up to the door. If they resist at all I just laugh and we go do something else for a bit. Either way, my intentions are super clear and the tension is thick the second we shut the door.

I've seen you a lot on here lately, I feel like you must be a noob destroyer when they come over asking about if you brush before you floss or what their friend should do about his jealous girlfriend. Thanks, I try to take care to do that here because when people are offended it invalidates the point you're trying to get across. The discussion turns into an argument and what could have been a meaningful conversation turns into a battle of wits to see who's right. People skills are what the games all about.

I can totally understand what you're saying. I suppose that maybe I said what I said because this situation has never really come up for me. If it was heading the relationship direction, we both understood each other and it was mutual. Same if it was just having fun. Maybe I'm just clear enough through my actions that I've never had to bring it up before hand and warn a girl if it was one thing or the other. We both just knew. I'm not out to hurt people as a side effect of my enjoyment. What I w…

Exactly, sex is not an implicit secret contract. It's just sex. It can blossom into a relationship, or it could just be a ONS. If sex means more to you than that, you need to be the one that brings it up, whether you're the man or woman.

This is what I was getting at. People need to take responsibility for their own happiness. The reason we're here in the first place is that we want to become more attractive to women. We've accepted that we need to change our own behaviors and beliefs in order to become the attractive men we want to be. Putting the responsibility on anyone other than yourself to make changes to improve your social life is to surrender all control over your own happiness.

I agree that honesty is the best policy, but I feel like this post is a bit off to me. From what I can tell, the guy in your post has done nothing wrong other than being a fun and attractive individual. If he's outright lying about his intent, then that is manipulative and wrong, but that doesn't seem to be the scenario you're talking about. It sounds like the guy is just casually dating a few people and has other stuff going on. He has abundance, and she has scarcity. It would be the same story…

I've also used talking about pick up to pick up girls before. It's actually a really interesting topic for them because women are not used to men being socially aware and observational like they are, and it gives them a new prospective. You can tell them things about their own psyche and use your environment as examples of good and bad pick up. All the while you're getting close, laughing, and the conversation naturally leads in a very flirty and sexual direction because that's the subject!

For me changing that mentality is what has led to a huge increase in my success. Your goal should be have a shit ton of fun and chat up some girls instead of going out to get laid.

I saw this on here a while ago and it's perfect. You get there number and tell them you're going to text them something dirty with a smirk on your face. Then you send them the words "Something Dirty ;)" It's gotten a laugh every time I've used it. It gets their head going to a flirty sexual place while simultaneously showing you're funny.

To Manson, vulnerability is not synonymous with passivity or weakness. Being a strong, assertive, and confident person will sometimes put you in places where you are socially vulnerable. Going for the kiss, stating your intentions clearly, and talking honestly and passionately about what you want from life are all ways to be vulnerable. Exposing your true self for the world to see. Hiding behind a cold hard "alpha" facade is just another way to hide insecurities about who you really are from the…

Any time you put yourself in a position where you can be rejected, but you show the strength to take it in stride you are making yourself vulnerable but not needy. Walking up and starting a conversation makes you vulnerable, stating clearly your intentions with her makes you vulnerable. You don't know the outcome, and it could be bad, but you're coming from a place of self reliance and security. Because of this, you don't NEED her approval. You're putting yourself out there for judgement, but he…

A big part of the game to me is just finding girls who are receptive and rolling with it. I'd much rather walk around and talk to everyone in the bar, and go for a cute girl who's interested in me from the moment we meet than be constantly fighting the whole night to win someone over. You've got to choose your battles, and if you found this girl to be cute and receptive I think that deserves credit.

Refuses to talk at all. Basically decides you're not worth talking to and either politely, or not politely ends the conversation. If a girl talks to me for more than 5 minutes, she's interested. :)

The point of doing these silly games and routines is to get a girl to give you five minutes to form some sort of opinion on you. If you just say "hi" and smile, she will decide in 3 seconds whether or not she's interested in talking to you based solely on your physical appearance. Saying something different and funny, (even if it is cheezzzzzy) will give the guy a chance to show some of his charm and personality before the girl decides to blow him off. I'm not against walking up, smiling, and ju…

My advice is to stop playing video games altogether. Back in college I was hooked on CoD and I used to just play for hours after class. Take all this time and effort that you are putting into getting better at something that in the end has no real meaning and put it into something that will reward you in the future. You could spend that time learning a skill instead. Hell I even learned how to do handstands and juggle and stuff like that when I was bored. Great party tricks and fun to do. Read, …

I think you can eye as long as you want as long as you look friendly while you do it. To just stare into a girl's soul with a blank look on your face will creep them out. If you smile a little, and relax your eyes so that you're not intimidating looking you can hold eye contact almost indefinitely. This works with guys too. It actually makes you more in control if you're not afraid to look a guy in the eye, but you can do it with a relaxed look in your eyes instead of trying to stare a guy down …

Try going online. I've had luck finding intelligent and interesting women online that don't enjoy getting picked up at bars and have gone to the internet to meet someone instead.

I try to find bars where the emphasis is less on dancing and clubbing and more on mingling, seeing a band, shooting pool, and just hanging out. If you enjoy conversation and you're good at it, you should play to your strengths and hang out places where you can actually make conversation. Day game is a great idea. I know a lot of people around here disagree with it, but I usually avoid the club scene because it just doesn't suit my personality. If I do go to the club with a bunch of friends I'll …

I've read it and applied this stuff and vulnerability in itself is actually really powerful. A lot of seduction materials promote having a "Don't give a fuck" attitude, and tell you to "be alpha" all the time in order to get women, and that this tough guy that doesn't care will score all the chicks. And it's true, it probably will help guys that are insecure about themselves and have up until now been unsuccessful with women to adopt these ideas to get through some of their problems. I feel like…

I commend you for going for it when you could have just went for a hug and call it a night. Way to go! One thing I'd like to add is that going for the kiss when you're saying your goodbyes is probably not the best way to initiate a first kiss. Like you said, there's awkward tension and a lot of pressure because there's no time left, and the mood might not be right at that point. Next time just go for it when you've got her laughing and having a good time. Even if it's a quick one earlier on in t…

There's two steps to this and it's a parody of the moronic 1. be attractive 2. don't be unattractive that get's thrown around by the hopeless all the time on reddit. It goes 1. Be awesome 2. Be yourself while being awesome Spend time becoming a type of person that you think is cool, and that you respect. The kind of person you would want to hang out with. Then it's as easy as being yourself in front of other people.

Escalate past flirting. If she doesn't reciprocate with you, then realize that she just has a flirty personality and put HER in the friend zone. Having beautiful flirty friends who know how to use their looks to get stuff are fantastic. I dated a girl for a while who was like this and I'd rarely have to pay to get into clubs or for drinks. She also knew a ton of other hot girls that she'd bring out when we went places. Even if you do still want to date the girl eventually, the fact that you're n…

Honestly, I don't text much anymore because I follow two simple rules for myself. One is don't text them unless I actually have something I want or need to talk to them about. Sending pointless texts like "sup?" Or "how was your day?" are boring and don't really inspire her to text back. Also of you have nothing to talk about, you're probably having a boring day yourself and should go do something interesting to enrich your life instead of trying to gain value from talking to her. You should alw…

Be a wise ass, not an asshole. Like The8thCellJr was saying, to be a true 'alpha' male means just being cool with who you are in confident in the things you do. You don't need to be a dick to prove your manliness, in fact, it quite often exposes that you aren't a confident man if you need to put others down or brag to elevate yourself.

You should always exercise opposing muscle groups equally, unless one side is weaker, and then you'll want to do more of that to get balanced. Opposing groups are just the push vs pull muscles for any given motion. If you slouch a lot and your shoulders are rolled forward, (a problem I had from years of sitting at a desk and doing computer work) you should focus on your entire back to help with that. I also went kind of nuts and sit on an exercise ball at work so I can't slouch and it strengthen…

If you've never grown one before. Try it out and ask people's honest opinions on it. I grew a beard for the first 6 months ago, and I've gotten more than a few compliments on it from girls that always saw me clean shaven. YMMV, but you might as well try it out! Just make sure you keep it tidy.

on back days I usually do about 5 of the exercises below for 3x8 each: * wide grip lat pull downs * seated cable rows * T-Bar rows *reverse flyes *upright cable rows *deadlifts *hyperextentions *bench rows *v-bar pulldown The ones that will help the most with getting the shoulders back are the reverse flyes, upright cable rows, and the T-bar. Be careful to get the motions perfect. If you're doing flyes and upright rows properly, and you're just getting started with them, you shouldn't need much …

I think improving posture gives you a huge bump. Focus on doing back and shoulder exercises to draw the shoulders back. I've been doing this for about a year and it has helped my posture immensely. Even a lot of big dudes that work out regularly have bad posture because they disproportionately work their chests, which bows their shoulders.

I'm sure you get laid, I never said you didn't. That's not what I meant at all. I guess what I'm trying to say is that your beliefs will be self fulfilling because the way you think dictates the way you act. It's a cyclical problem. You met some bimbos, had lame conversation, started looking down on women, and now intelligent women wouldn't want to talk to you even if you do meet them because of these underlying beliefs that bleed through everything you say and write. I don't think that necessar…

So since you've never met a woman (besides your own family) that you consider intelligent you believe they're all that way? If the only way you rank intelligence is whether or not a person wants to sit and talk about math and science then I feel like you're really missing out on a lot of wonderful conversation.
