Hm, yeah I can sort of see it as a passive aggressive move. Though, she isn't the type to reciprocate things, even with her female friends. The last time I did a favor for her, she said she'd buy me lunch and then never showed up, said her mother needed to see her. So by this point I was done with her, she kept nagging and I just said that was my price, take it or leave it. Definitely if there is an approach with better tact, I'm all ears.

Yeah, I understand. I felt that my long time as a beta to her was set in stone and unredeemable, and chose the easy hail mary. Luckily, the people she consorts with are of the trashy variety that I don't care for. That and I figured hell...they probably know me as a loser beta, anything else would just be a sidestep

Throw it off. You were right when you concluded that you were nothing in her eyes before the event, so nothing has changed, has it? I actually figured she wouldn't talk to me again after, but she did. I guess by still talking to me normally (but with those, "you're awful", comments once in a while) made me shift gears back into the whole friend concept.

tbh, once it starts she didn't seem that reluctant, it's kind of weird I guess. If she wanted to just spite me, I guess she could have just dead fished it and kept asking if I was done yet. All in all, was good.

Oh, I know she has, just cause she wasn't interested in doing it with me. That and the whole, "I considered you a friend, not like those other guys". Actually, I know one of the flings of hers was around, just didn't want to make the drive.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
