I live in a foreign country and don't have access to her books. Are they available online?

Holy shit, as a woman I found this so hot, and empowering. I'm smart, consider myself a feminist, but I want to seduced, and at the same time totally respected. It's a hard line to walk. Thanks for the great quote.

There is a difference between the men want to sleep with and the women they want to date. They want to sleep with alphas and date betas.

AAAH! No means no! No means no! AAAH! I don't want to make this a reason for people to think it's okay to be pushy or coersive or rape people. I'm so thankful and glad that he was a nice guy and wasn't pushy or mean. NO MEANS NO! I'm just saying that no sex can mean yes kiss, or yes making out, or yes sex in a few days. And begging is just about the least attractive thing a guy can do.

Okay, just because I can change my mind doesn't mean that no doesn't mean no. NO MEANS NO. Holy shit, I don't want to be raped. That would suck. I said from the beginning that I was not going to have sex with this guy. It's my own fault for taking him home, but he said he'd lost his key and didn't have anywhere to stay so I let him sleep on my couch. I would have kissed him or done other stuff but he didn't put any moves on me at all. He didn't even touch me once. Just begged to let him sleep in…

This. I liked him. From the start I told him I didn't want to have sex, but I did want to do something with him.

What! I'll tell you your problem. You tried to game high school girls your first day at work. You're working there. Give it some time.

I'm torn on this. I'm not the type of girl who would ask a guy for his number, unless I was being totally platonic. Plus my goal with all this seddit stuff is to get men to seduce me, not the other way around. ALSO: I have a sneaky suspicion that guys say they want forward girls, but they don't really. I think they would be intimidated/turned off by a straight forward girl taking the lead.

Interested is interesting. This is the truth. Be interested in other people and other things. People love to talk about what they love. So don't try to focus on what you have to offer. See what they have to offer.

advice or anything on how stop getting my ass kicked it would be awesome. So here is my advice. Take a deep breath and start doing the things you wish you were doing. Life has kicked my ass. Kicked it right to the curb. All the goals I had for myself have pretty much been unmet. I've been fired and broke and fat and had no place to live and all that shit. And you know what? It didn't matter. Once I hit rock bottom I realized that I can either fail at living this mediocre life I don't want or fai…

No, it doesn't. It signals your disdain for her perceptions of the situation. And at least in the way you have worded this post you sound as though you have little affection for her outside of using her as a stepping stone to get to her better looking friends. Or as a quick lay to practice your PUA skills until something better comes along. I'm just saying that if I was this girl and I read this post I would feel disgusted and disgusting. I'm going to come across as a total girl, and as a total chubby girl at that. (I'm both those things). But this is total dick thing to do to someone. If some guy did this to me, it would just break my heart. There is my heart in a million little pieces all over the ground, oh and now you're stomping on it. Dude being alpha doesn't mean you should jerk people around. This girl obviously likes you and you're just sleeping with her because you can. I don't know how to put this. Seduction is a power…

Good luck with your girl. But if it doesn't work out, then don't idolize it. It's just something that didn't happen for you. Take it from someone who's been there. It feels like one day I'm going to just be there next to her Remember that what you think is going to happen isn't what always happens. Deep down I always thought we'd end up together but it didn't happen.

WTF. I cannot believe this is upvoted to be the second comment. It's shit like this that makes people hate PUA. I'm just saying. See my comments later on for an explanation of why.

Genuine alphas aren't intimidated by women who prioritize their own interests. Explain what you mean by this. Do you mean that genuine alphas like a woman who doesn't play games? I would agree, but the problem, just like with AFCs, is that women who don't play games often get overlooked.
/r/seduction09/01/11 01:25 AM

I agree that PUA is not necessarily objectifying women (although I don't really understand how you can objectify a behavior). But I stand by my critique of how you worded your statement. The ideas in the statement are fine, but the way you put was misogynistic, IMHO.
/r/seduction09/01/11 01:21 AM

Isn't this a recipe for eventually settling for someone you don't want. I say this because the same thing is true for me (the more I want someone, the more I do to fuck it up with them), but I feel like if I never get the person I would have chosen to be with then I'll be with the person I would like to be with.
/r/seduction08/01/11 03:06 PM

Thanks for posting this. I'm a girl and I wonder how common your belief is? I think women have to be really subtle with this to not get slapped with the 'manipulation' label.

Storytelling is an art, much like conversation and most people don't treat it as such. Listen to the people who think tell good stories and see what they do. Really pay attention to how conversation works.
/r/seduction08/01/11 02:50 PM
2

The problem is with the way you phrased it. It made it sound like you were treating women like a dog or a child to be punished and kept within her allotted boundaries. I think the content is fine, but the phrasing is misogynistic as hell. All people need to be reminded of boundaries. It's not 'punishing' people it's letting them know that there are consequences to their actions.

It depends on how hard the purse hitting was. If you're joking with her and then she playfully swings at you then I don't see the big deal. If it was harder than appropriate then I guess that's a problem. You should just say, 'hey that hurt. Don't hit me.' Sorry, but it kind of sounds like you're being a baby. Freezing out it is a little childish.

It's funny that you choose those words because those very ideals that you identify that this story shows I (and all women lack) are very important to me, more important than they are to the average person. I try to live with gratitude towards the many, many gifts I have been given in my life and to behave with honor, by being true to myself, and being true to those around me. Loving someone and being in a good relationship is not driven by gratitude, and it certainly doesn't mean that you will n…

Oh, of course. This was always more about me than it was about him. It was never about him (or not that much - we did have real connection, as much of one you can have when you are in high school). It was mostly about the fact that I just couldn't let myself feel worthy enough to be loved by a person who I felt was worthy of my love. So, I kept him alive in my memory and built a little shrine there to the idea that he was the perfect guy and I would never have him. I should have posted that in t…

I have something to say about this. I'm a girl and I loved a boy since the 9th grade, since the very first conversation I had with him. He was everything I wanted in a person. I admired him, was inspired by him, and attracted to him. He made me want to be a better person to deserve him. I was never enough confident to try to have a relationship with him so during college we drifted apart and stopped communicating. I'd go home and I'd always look for him. I wrote him long letters I never sent. Th…

I'm sorry my FR sucks (I agree it does). I was really drunk when I wrote it and actually, my game was awful. I was too drunk to really have game. I get drunk pretty easily (sort of a light weight) so I need to work on pacing and keeping myself from drinking too much. I'm such a ridiculous person when I'm drunk. I was totally obvious. Lol. First , went up to him and put my arms around his neck, just for a minute to say 'hi', because I'd met him before the last time I went to the club. After that I totally ignored him. I made eye contact like one time. Then, I just hung out with everyone I saw and tried to be the life of the party. It worked! He came over after he got off work and said, hi and then got my number. I still can't believe it. :)

First, great story. Very well-written and easy to follow. Second, I have very little sympathy for you. You lose a friend and then go right back to the game you were playing when you lost her. I have to say that this shows the downside of seduction. All these girls are people. The 9, the 8, Jessica. And just because you can make them do the things you want doesn't mean you should. I'm not being a hater and saying you have no soul, or anything like that. I'm just saying that while you think you've…

VERY IMPORTANT and this is hard: you must make it seem like the man is in control. That means, you must by VERY subtle. You must make the man feel needed, but not be needy. It must not seem like you're giving him 100% control, but about 70%, even if you're doing 70% of the work. This is 100% true and big a barrier for me. I'm a confident, independent, direct girl. In all my sexual interactions at some point I just say, 'hey, are we going to fool around soon?' Because I can't stand the tension. I…

Here's the thing, think about how important a guys looks are to you (and women in general), and that's how important your "game" is to a guy. I have to respectfully disagree. A lot more of a guy's analysis of looks are what a girl 'appears' to look like. She dresses and acts like she is good looking, not whether she is actually that good looking. Your hip to waist ratio thing? Then how come guys are falling all over girls that look like twiggy? I think that yes, looks are more important to men t…

If they're not quick enough to follow me, I'm not really all the interested in being followed. I say, this but there is a lot of pressure to 'dumb down' in bars. Not just dumb down but to be really superficial. I love politics and science and a lot of people this makes their eyes roll into the back of their heads with boredom. I usually talk about the weather and their jobs.
/r/seduction04/01/11 02:51 PM

Well, I think the same thing would hold true for negging a guy as a girl. You only neg about something that the person is probably not insecure about. So you neg an HB9 about her big hands, but you neg an HB6 about her taste in music.
/r/seduction04/01/11 02:44 PM
6

Oh, I have no trouble approaching people and starting conversations. I'll do this to complete strangers. Get a few drinks in me and away I go. My biggest problem is translating from being a platonic interest (this girl is funny and interesting and well-liked) to being a romantic interest. I'm just not the romantic type. I'm not that good looking (I'm not that ugly either, though.) I just don't carry myself like a cute girl, and I'm sort of a mess/clown.
/r/seduction04/01/11 02:41 PM

I agree about the attractiveness, but I think by being funny, intelligent, and using some these techniques I can move myself at least one number up the HB ranking.

You don't need to tell her. Many, many people have herpes but have no symptoms and something like 90% of the population has it. Most people who express symptoms do so as kids, because by the time we're adults we've likely been exposed many times. You're one of the unlucky few to get this as an adult.

Thanks for this reply. I'm sorry I came across as bitchy. It just felt like you were devaluing her and experience. Like, well she wasn't an HB9, but she was okay and she had a vagina so I banged her. From your reply it's obvious that was a pretty good experience that meant something to you. I'm not saying to flower it up, it just came across as sort of shallow and sad, but I clearly mis-read it. Sorry. I thought the first girl was the NYE kiss girl.

Dull. I'm glad you had fun but where's the creativity, where's that deep appreciation of the differences of the human form? Where's beauty of sharing a moment, even if it is just a moment, with another person? Also that first girl didn't seem like she wanted to kiss you at all. I just had douche kis…

I think we are defining date differently. I guess I was just saying that there are lots of reasons that people hold off on physical intimacy and seeing it as some sort of bs excuse is not accurate.
/r/seduction01/01/11 06:20 AM
2

I just think this is such bs. I would probably not kiss a guy I really liked on a first date, because I'm not comfortable doing that. It doesn't mean I don't like him. It doesn't mean I 'won' the dating power game. It just means that I don't want to kiss someone I just met.

I'm dead serious. If you are smart-ish dude and you're chatting up these girls who can't really follow your conversation then you're not doing it because you really like them. It's a social status thing. I can get an HB9 or whatever. Go after smarter ladies and you'll probably be a lot more successful and have better dates and interactions with women, because smart women often intimidate guys and don't get hit on that much.
/r/seduction29/12/10 07:39 AM
6

Why do you want to talk to dumb girls?
/r/seduction29/12/10 07:22 AM
1

I don't know what most of them mean. It makes the whole experience so technical and distant from human relationships. I think that makes it easier for certain people to use PUA to objectify women. By treating their responses and impulses as a 'game' it makes them seem less human. I don't mind PUA, I like being seduced but I find the language problematic.
/r/seduction29/12/10 12:49 AM
1

LOL. I think this is true. I meant, I would want to sleep with in a sort of 'hmmm...he's a scumbag...look at his smarmy charm' way, but you would never pursue me so nothing would come of it.
/r/seduction29/12/10 12:02 AM
1

You are such a scumbag. That is freakin' hilarious. I would never sleep with you, but you wouldn't want to sleep with me, anyway. However, I would think you are hilarious and I would root for you and your scumbag endeavors. Pete? Is that you?
/r/seduction28/12/10 11:30 PM
1

This is a great response. But I would say that there is nothing immoral in the goals of PUA perhaps some of the language and methods are not as constructive as they could be.
/r/seduction28/12/10 11:26 PM
2

OP has a point. PUA is really about guys who want to feel more awesome and meet more lovely ladies. Nothing wrong there. But the language makes it sound like women are deer you are hunting or something. It feels demeaning. I don't know if it is demeaning, but it feels demeaning. I don't think PUA is immoral, but it could have a better face.

Does your campus have some cool architecture? Or something else unique to look at? Any cool secret places you have found during your college career that might be fun to explore? I think the library is fun if 1) she loves books and 2) it has some quiet romantic stacks to hang out in. Snow? Building a snowman is fun. Then hot chocolate and cuddling.

Travel! Get a neat hobby - anything that you really love. Also, read. And watch more than what is playing at the big megoplex. Watch documentaries and old movies and foreign films as well as mainstream movies. Get a different perspective on life.

I'm a girl and I'm just hanging out in Seddit to see what's up. I find this whole place creepy and depressing so I guess I'm just trying to give it a try. This is the question that I find the most difficult to answer: how do you reconcile seduction with a real relationship as your real self? It seems ultimately to be based on this projection of the alpha you want to be and the HB you want her to be. So I hope you get some answers.
