Thank you! I'm going to give this (focusing on my breathing) a try next time. I usually just try to empty my mind...it works for a short period of time but thoughts inevitably creep in. It's funny how sometimes they sneak in and I'm unaware that I'm thinking of something.

My question is how do you go about increasing the duration of your sessions? Would you go until your mind wanders and then stop that session (theoretically expanding your boundary each time you meditate)? Or would you keep going despite the wandering mind and arbitrarily increase the duration of your session after awhile? I currently do 15 minutes; have always done 15 minutes, though during one particularly stressful day I have done 30.

Side note (kinda, I'm staying with the female pill rather than the reasons behind it), Teal Deer did a video about this pill and the big push to get it through trials; and as always, he does fine work.

This is golden; if only I had been told something like this years ago. I still have much work to do, since inside I still feel the need for closure in these situations. Logic really is a handicap when you deal with women.

Women may not have voted but men were seriously trying to please them and make them happy. They were able to vote far more often than we're commonly told; go to 1:38 in this video to get to voting specifically. They also never tell us that single women were indeed business owners. Sure they did sacrifice a lot to raise families once they did get married, and that's the reason why they were compensated well in the case of divorce, but this narrative that women (especially in US history) couldn't …

"Why settle for mediocre if there is even the slightest chance for something amazing?" This made my stomach churn. Ditching someone for the slightest chance for something amazing? Yeah, that sounds like a female trait. Thankfully the comments gave me a modicum of faith in humanity. But yeah, if breaking the heart of a "nice guy" is the best thing that could happen to that "nice guy" then that logic can flow towards overweight women. If I break their heart, then they'll get in the gym and work to…

4) Go out 2-3 times a week. I've wanted to make a thread asking this next question, but it's very applicable here. Is it possible to get better at this going out alone? I have friends, but none of them are in the same position that I'm in (trying to learn game and swallow the RP). The ones that are good at game just seem to take over and leave me in the dust wing-manning the leftovers for them. Some of the ones I really enjoy hanging out with are either a) in happy relationships so they aren't g…

This. I remember going after this one girl for a large part of the semester. I initiated 99% of the time. The one and only time she ever initiated, I was having a horrible day and didn't want to be bothered with anyone. The irony; the one time I didn't want to listen to her is the one time she initiated and wouldn't stfu.

I am not against taking a relaxing dump; not by any means. Shit, on a really bad day, taking your time on the throne can be one of the positives. But he's taking a shit longer than he's working out on a daily basis. If you're new to working out, that's fine; but at some point you have to ramp it up to accomplish your goals.

I'm so glad people here can see behind the bullshit. The forces behind what we see in the video are income level, and SMV (you can argue that they are one-in-the-same). Those have WAY more to do with what occurred than race. In lower-class areas, what is the SMV of the average woman from that area? Think about it. In lower class areas you see a lot more obese women. Not very high SMV, right? The girl in the video isn't smoking-hot; but she has a pleasantly decent face and a good body (hips wider…

Maybe not for cake, but guys do the same thing. You'll get a very similar scenario with alcohol; one guy trying to improve his life and take it easy on the liquor, while out-of-shape friends who don't give a damn pressure him to drink more and more. Then they say they do it because they want him to "have fun" or "relax". People in general will do this. Women do it more, but no gender is exempt from this type of behavior.

I understand your position far more than I care to; it was the exact same for me in HS and college. It was pretty hard to relax and be "natural" with women when in the back of your mind you hear the preachers telling you about "hellfire for your sins (fornication)". It would always bring up an internal conflict between your brain and your body, and I believe women can sense that a mile away. Religion along with not having a male figure in the household are what's making absorbing the RP take as …

My 2nd favorite part of this whole thing is how that Rugby team responded. “We take the allegations seriously and will fully co-operate with an investigation. While the processes are under way the player accused is entitled to the presumption of innocence, but if the accusation is proven we will take appropriate action.” No "knee-jerk" reaction of penalizing the man solely on the basis of an allegation. Love how for once, a male is "entitled to the presumption of innocence". You just don't see t…

100% truth spoken here. *Last relationship, had women stumbling over themselves and staring at me when we went to the bar together. She even told me whenever she caught other girls checking me out; she loved it. Too bad I didn't learn of dread game until I came here. *I was out with one of my homegirls getting ice cream. While we sat inside eating, I saw two guys and a girl walking by. The girl saw me and immediately started eye-fucking me like I've never been before; was even looking back as sh…

Http://redditlog.com/snapshots/460041 My jaw is officially on the floor. I feel like I'm watching a soap opera, I almost can't believe this shit is real. The audacity of her getting mad because things aren't going the way she wants them to. I knew he was still having emotional issues with this but for God's sake it >has been since the Middle of December, it's time to get over it and start >living again. It's a sad-state of affairs; relationships between black men and black women. This is coming from a black male. It's not that I don't like black women. It's just that many do not qualify themselves well for me or for other black men I know. What I'm about to say may sound wrong, but it's the honest truth. If ANY woman 1) Is overweight 2) physically unattractive (which can count for #1) 3) overly masculine 4) too "hood" (I personally like a little "hood" in a woman, as long as she can turn it off…

I took a trip to Spain in the summer following my HS graduation with our school's Spanish club. The girl I had been chasing off-an-on from Freshman year went as well. So our group is walking to a restaurant, and her and I are walking ahead of the group horse-playing around physically. She starts to run off and I catch up to her and grab her to continue playing around. She then started to yell "Rape! Rape! Help me! Rape!" with a big smile on her now-turning-red face. I let go of her and tell her …

I believe this is because religion in general (but particularly, modern Christianity) really caters to the hamster. Monogamy isn't just ideal, it's required (no dread game, you can have plates but no taking them for a "spin"). But the worst of it is in the total rationalization of wrong-doings. With men, we are held by this little thing called accountability; where if we fuck up, no matter how sorry we are there may be undesired consequences for our actions that may or may not ever be resolved. …

He said no problem and said that he never had sex with this woman and she was crazy. I was surprised and asked again until he said she just rubbed one out for him. Realizing this I said that we were fine in a paternity test and we were gonna win this. I just told him to use a better language in court and he said ok but masturbating is a difficult word. Come the day, this guy in front of a female judge used the same words 'rubbed one out' and the judge laughed her ass off and the plaintiff confes…

I don't know swingers personally, but the ones (swingers) I've discussed this topic with online have mostly admitted that there are still rules within the relationship (ie, only the "husband" can kiss, finger-fuck, finish inside, etc.). This is still setting a boundary that only one "special" person can cross, which in my book still sets up the possibility of being disappointed by your significant other ("you let him bust inside of you?! how could you?!); so why be married? Again, I'm basing thi…

Historically marriage has been the bedrock of civilization. This is probably only because divorce/separation was taboo, and laws and societal expectations made couples work out their complications. We don't live in those historical periods any more, so defending the way it "used to be" is irrelevant for what we face today.

Had a liar and a cheater do the same thing to me on "Fakebook". We had been dating for a few months and had just gotten a little more "serious" just before things went sour. Because we were only together for a short time I cut her off; I called her out on her bullshit, deleted her from Facebook (but not blocked) and got rid of her number. Fast forward about 4 months, and I get a poke on Facebook along with her liking a few of my pictures that aren't private. I just scoffed and ignored it. Then f…

and I "better not play the childhood rape card" because it's "not an excuse for my whoreness". Is this childhood rape claim common? I actually heard that in the relationship that sent me here. Of course, I heard other things that I just didn't believe (such as she "couldn't get pregnant because she had an ovarian cyst" and we didn't have to use condoms...no, I'm not stupid). This one though, she dropped on me after I developed a case of one-itis. After things went sour I shared that with my frie…

Well, I believe frame goes regardless of gender or sexual orientation. People in general challenge your state of mind/opinion to see if you're firm or not. I think of it as dominance. Whoever can maintain stronger frame (control the atmosphere, situation, conversation, etc.) is the dominant person. Whenever someone tells you not to "let your woman control you", it's a frame issue because she's dominant over you. Dominance isn't exclusive to sexual/romantic relationships, otherwise you wouldn't s…

Good pointers, thanks for the input! I've never studied on amused mastery, will have to read up on that concept. These seem to be more applicable to the workplace, though a few of them appear to apply to more relaxed social structures as well.

I'm still figuring out how to solve it myself, but I'm pretty damned happy that now I can pinpoint and sometimes even predict when shit like that is likely to occur. In the workplace I'm kind of neutral when it comes to the hierarchy, but I still want to improve frame and game; especially since the ones who have better frame seem to get higher pay/promotions One popular sporting example I like to think of is with Muhammed Ali and Joe Frazier. Ali knew how to work the crowd in pre-fight hype, whe…

Essentially, putting my emotional well-being into my ex's hands and having her throw it away in the trash. Everything seemed "fishy", but it was a lesson well learned. I can recall every mental "red flag" that I ignored. I subconsciously held a strong frame before the most unforeseen of shit tests. It's like I read here; after something great happens, expect a shit test. I totally didn't expect her to withdraw emotionally like she did. It all happened overnight, and she didn't want me to come ov…

Oh, she's hitting the wall pretty hard. I can tell she slipped in some younger pictures, and she looked decent in them; but damn she's that fugly at 28?!

This is just the high-ass expectations of women. When they steadily approach the wall, their standards get lower, and lower. This youtube video talks briefly about this OKCupid finding (at the 5:00 mark for those who don't wish to watch the whole video). Thankfully, there are a (very) few women like this who call out women/feminists on their bullshit.

Woman logic; "he's different, he's special, I'm not going to sleep with him". It ALL just "clicked" for me when this woman said she didn't sleep with her husband right away. Alpha fucks, beta bucks, right out of her own mouth, holy shit. AND he can't sleep with other women because she's jealous? They say you can't have your cake and eat it too, but she sure is doing that here. Mind blown.

I am, though I think I need to study more about SMV. That's an area that I struggle in, since I really don't see how that can improve without making more money or being able to reach more people with my business; after all, people generally don't give a damn about you if you can't do anything for them. Biding my time seems fine and all, but makes me restless. Coming out of HS, I thought I'd be in a way better position by now. My family back home doesn't make it any easier. My mother worked for o…

I've been really wanting to discuss this MGTOW phenomenon, as I definitely fall into this category. I find myself self-employed and proud of it, yet it is hardly the glamorous and prestigious endeavor that many make it seem. Naturally, I want to thrive so that I can enjoy the fruits of my labor more and work less as I increase in age. Of course I spend a lot of time brainstorming and fine-tuning with my business, but I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel and many times wonder "what the …

It's all bad. Basically they plow through men until they get closer to the big 3-0, and then they settle down. The fact that some of these bitches are married and are still talking to and fondly reminiscing over guys that they DUMPED for minuscule reasons is unsettling. Oh, and "if only we met 5 years later"? They don't even try to own up to their stupidity. More like "if only I wasn't a spoiled princess". This shit hits close to home because I've been that guy, except I burn bridges into the di…

I just recently took my first dose of TRP, and I feel similar to the OP. Not in the sense of "why even bother with them in the first place", but more of a sense of disappointment. Like some in this thread have said, it's seeing that everything I've been told about women, and the dynamic of male/female relationships has been a straight-up lie. Truth be told, it makes me a bit sad; the love I was looking for externally doesn't exist, and it makes me feel a bit of pity that women have all of these …

I like the fictional examples; I'm not watching them to get a "script", but more to view an example of how to "be" when I'm interacting with people (not just women, as I want to improve my frame with everyone). One thing I've noticed IRL though. I notice friends of mine project and control a strong frame with their different "styles". Some control it with humor as in most of these examples, some moreso with disarming charisma and less humor, some just seem to be able to reach out and develop dee…

That chick in this video is annoying as hell. The mere sound of her voice makes me want to punch the shit out of my computer screen. And she admits "sleeping with her friend but having no sex", yet she's not keeping that guy around on the premise of "implied pussy".

I totally agree with this. It all depends on how "Americanized" the woman is. I dated a South American girl last and even though it went way smoother and with less bullshit than you'd get from American women, you will still run into the same shit in some way, shape, or form. If a non-American woman dreams of everything "America" (or to be more specific, USA), that is a huge sign right there. She probably buys into this "Housewives of whatever-damned-city-it-doesn't-matter-because-all-of-these-bi…

It just really shows you, when it comes to women, it's ALL about how you make them FEEL. Don't have much frame but looking for a quick lay? Front and posture like you're "somebody" and fake your way into her panties. Then disappear before she realizes she's been duped. You want something more like a relationship? Well, you'd better call a time out and actually get some shit going for you first. She'll try to un-peel your life like a damned onion, so you'd better bring something to the table or e…

I've been there; well not EXACTLY where you are. The way I see it, there's a RP version and a BP version. TRP version is felt from wishing there were more to it and there was actually a woman out there who can at least bring some dignity to the table. TBP version is more a resignation, just being tired of playing the game and losing. I've gone through TBP version. Having read so much of the material here, it's inspiring and liberating, but it makes me ask "are women really this dishonorably simp…
