Not "new" but a post like this resonates even for a beginner. Good one.

Depends on age of kids: the way I am doing it is by planning events and activities ahead of time with kids. Basically look to proactively and deliberately spend time with them on about half the time. If wife wants to join and she's sweet I won't stop her. But otherwise I can make myself unavailable on other 50% of time (if she's not fun to hang out with / bitchy). So it's almost like preparation for and as if being divorced and single parent.

Wow. The male hamster on fucking ecstasy. The lies men will tell themselves.

It's her loss if she leaves you. That's how you should be looking at it to mitigate your "hurt".

Very true. Go to salsa first, learn it before she does then do It together.

8 month old is not 2 weeks or 2 months. Baby will be fine. Go for it - she needs less help than she thinks and she can handle it. Fuck people would go to wars and be out at sea for months without seeing their families back in the day.

Definitely shit test. And definitely take salsa with her. Huge turn on for her and good for you to bond plus get some skills that will help with other women if need be.

At your stage and since you don't have kids, I say man up for a month or two (normal dread and self improvement), then sit her down and communicate clearly expectations and values. Maybe you guys just don't want the same life and future. Since you don't have kids, next her if she doesn't comply. Cut the cat's tail with one fell swoop not slowly and laboriously. Rip the band aid. You get the idea.

thanks - makes complete sense. Last night I got a dose of 5-year old daughter shit test like you wouldn't believe it. Classic tantrum screaming top of lungs with fake tears and shit trying to convince me she was in the right about some stupid stuff she did. Yelled at me like nuts "THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME HAPPY!!!". That's not my role little lady. As a father my goal is to raise you right, love you unconditionally and protect you - not to make you happy. Tough to explain quite like that to a 5yr old…

Great reads by the way. Also works for environment where few females exist, but due to years of blue pill and some other mommy issues, a dude may be tempted to give in too much to the collegiality, equal approach. So to me "always control the frame", always have an agenda, communicate clearly on your terms, be mindful of the interaction setup etc. - that's golden right there.

Nah. That's weak. Too much self deprication. Also too self conscious and implies some kind of regret and fundamental, flip the script change (that ultimately should not concern her.) "I'm on to great things, baby." Smile, wink, slap ass, change subject. Go change the world.

Anything similar for men vastly outnumbered at home? Say dads with multiple daughters (and maybe a female dog in there too)? Thank you.

Here's my shit: been acting like a beta bitch with asking for sex (got denied) instead of telling, and not really waiting for the right time, or being more of a seducer. It's like my neediness comes through my pores sometimes and my wife - of course - smells it, as it takes the best of me: I lose my cool, before too long I act all butthurt. Butthurt. Butthurt. Butthurt. Fuck I act like such a butthurt little kid - even lying to myself that I am not - takes me a couple of days to come to my sense…

Almost no alcohol consumption with wife at home. (used to have a beer or two and get a gentle buzz- enough to make me lose it a lot easier if she or kids pissed me off). Stopped that and now I am much more in control Fogging Lifting - definitely got some nice muscle definition and love picking up my kids, doing deadlifts with them etc. - fun More aware with kids and activities to do with them. Amazing how little 4 year old can be such an alpha chaser & shit tester Reading more Back into martial …

I'd say this is better than nothing and a good start. If she wants to look good, she will soon feel good. Dress better, work out, look better, feel better, feel sexier, hornier, etc. - You get the idea. Don't stop hitting on her, and subtly and not so subtly seduce her. Look for opportunities to amplify tension throughout the day and initiate at night.

Sounds like you are much and still thinking about WTF she thinks about you and what her next move is. Classic. Been there (I still find myself there at times) done that. You should not try to solve a big mystery that your wife may be. You have more important things to do. If she plans to leave you, you should be cold as fuck OK with it. If she comes out and says it, you say "OK, get me the papers, I will sign". You have to rebuild your frame man, claim your balls back. YOU are the one who asked …

Fuck man - great job. I too had same realization when I took the pill- been dreaming about flying for years. On my list together with a bunch of other things I want to try out. I even scheduled the test flight with the instructor, and twice we had to cancel since clouds were too low. Eventually we did a 1 hour instruction on the ground. Talk about really getting the itch! Dude showed me all controls, talked theory etc. All we needed was to take off and go! Made it seem relatively easy - and I ag…

Kind of screwed up that you guys are talking / she brings up divorce so quickly - after only 1 year. Is there more to the story you're not including here? Your frame is weak if you were feeling like you fucked up after what you describe as juvenile dialogue and interraction in which divorce (a fucking serious topic) came up. Your frame should have been fucking Oak, stone faced, she brings up divorce? Say "fine" and walk away. What kind of woman is that (histrionic type???) that freely brings up …
