I'm from Australia and hate Zara over here but whenever I'm in Europe it's so much better. Maybe UK Zara is better than what you get in the states.

Why don't you stick to the basics - fish, steak, chicken with 3 veg. You can get creative with veggies (roast, sauteed etc) or do buddha bowls for lunch.

I'm a bit more flex. I'll probably notice an attractive female or famous person and comment on it 'wow her hair looks nice' it does make my partner feel uncomfortable. He will always reply with a compliment 'you're silly, don't worry about her you have nice hair too'. He doesn't feel comfortable at all and never checks out other females infront of me and expects the same from me. I never comment on a male ever being attractive. Guess in your relationship you have to establish your boundries with…

My man never does this either. He knows it's disrespectful. OP find a man with the same values as yourself or learn to set boundries quick - look at your post history. Your man clearly is too immature for a relationship and thinks men can cheat while being in love. He is killing your self worth. Do you really want him sleeping with others or are you compromising your needs to keep him happy?

Neturels are in atm. So different shades of creams. It's easier to work with compared to greys so that's a plus. At the end of the day if it's your house I say do whatever you like instead if following trends anyway :)

The grey trend is done. You're shopping at the wrong places if it's still grey. Maybe they haven't been able to keep up and behind a season

I have no words of advice but just want to say I feel very sorry for you. Hope your situation improves for the better. The position you are in is extremely difficult. Especially when you aren't getting the support you need from your 'role models' in your life.

Men who get with anyone and everyone is the biggest turn off. I want a man who has self respect and doesn't sleep with anyone he can get.

I feel for you. I know it can be devastating. My mum is in her late 50s and I remember growing up I always thought she was so beautiful - still do. The way she carried herself, dressed, hair and makeup. Her skin always looked glowing. You should look into getting some hyaluronic acid into your skincare routine if you don't already. Also maybe you need to learn how to do your makeup differently now. I know my mum's beauty secret was applying a thin layer of oil under her foundation and her skin l…

If you don't meal prep. Cook enough for left over lunches the next day etc. Or have your veggies chopped in containers in the fridge ready for your cooking? An example could be a big batch of slow cooked pulled chicken which can be used in wraps or tacos so your meals are versatile. For quick dinners stick to easy meat 3 veg meals.

I honestly had that same feeling and the same questions. I was so scared of the unknow because my ex was my first love. It's so scary thinking you won't find anyone else you click with. But you will. I'm sure you are an amazing person with a heart of gold. A good man will snatch you up and cherish you. I'm not going to lie but breakups aren't easy and it took me a good year and half to heal from it. I was lucky I clicked with my current partner straight away and everything felt right. Whatever y…

Girl I had this feeling with my ex. Something constantly nagged me, something wasn't right but we had a 'good' relationship and he was a 'good' guy. I thought something was wrong with me and I needed to work on myself. I did as much mental health development as I could and still couldn't shake that feeling. After 5 and half years (closer to 6) we broke up. We also did long distance for a while so probably didn't realise he wasn't right for me sooner. Now I'm dating a guy who I get along great wi…

You do you mind me asking how long did you wait? I've got a friend who has been seeing a guy for a year for a year and half and won't listen to any of her friends when we say he isn't going to commit ever.

I'm really into the Scandi style. So relaxed, comfortable and homely. I love throws, cushions, mirrors, prints and plants. When my partner and I were dating he loved my style when he came over and saw my place - really appreciate it. I have shades of grey, baby blue, white and timber around the house. The soft colour palette really relaxes me. Whatever you do, make sure you invest in good bedding. Amazing pillows, sheets and doona - you can even layer your bed. You want to feel relaxed in your b…

I wanna know why someone hasn't snatched him up by now. He is 37 and single? Was he married? Why did that marriage break down? Are you sure he is husband material? If you aren't attracted to him now.. you're not going to later down the track. And this will lead to problems such as sexless marriage. He is much old and his skin is going to wrinkle and sag well before yours. Date someone closer to your age girl. Their are guys who are attractive and got great qualities. Don't settle.

Feels like rubber bands flicking on your skin and didn't hurt me much. It actually is a really quick process and I got sessions 6 weeks apart. It was on of the best things I have ever done. I got half a leg, underarms and down there done. It doesn't completely get rid of all the hairs but does reduce them a lot. So I still have a hairs down there and underarms and I just shave every couple of days - can go longer without shaving. I'm sure if I got a few more sessions of laser I wouldn't need to …

Start shaving and get laser hair removal. I had six sessions 7 years ago and have never been to a top up (which they recommend yearly) and only grow 2-3 black leg hairs now. It's amazing and low effort.

He wants you to be understanding about him 'accidentally' sleeping with someone else? It is no accident. It takes two to tango. Girl I know it's very difficult but you need to let him go. He has betrayed you on a number of occasions and YOU deserve better. Once you let him go you will be free to grow and develop. You will realise one day that he wasn't worth it - your values and morals don't align. One day you find someone who wants a healthy relationship, your relationship will be so much easie…

I just want to know where were you? She wore a fancy hat and crisp white gloves.. If someone made racist comments to me. I would politely say 'I'm sorry your parents didn't teach you any manners but let me tell you that is rude and no need for it'. If someone pushes in line 'sorry but the end of the line is over there' and point them in the right direction. Be polite and firm and people will respect you. My first relationship I was in a similar situation to you. It wasn't nice but I tried making the relationship work because he was a nice guy and we had a lot in common. I held on for 6 years. Eventually one day I had enough and we broke up. I'm now in a new relationship with guy whoes morals and values align with mine and it is so much easier. Personality can make someone super attractive and after stalking your post history - girl you can sing and got sass!!! You have a beautiful voice and I love your fashion style. I wish I could sing but I'm tone deaf. It is difficult to make friends as an adult but you have a lot of reddit friends here :) I agree it is hard to feel attractive in our modern age of photoshop and plastic surgery. I'm 32f and my partner is 24m. We have been together two years in October and live together. We usually have sex 3 or 4 times a week. It's hard because my partner works 70 plus hours a week. He usually initiates it and sometimes I do. We have great sexual chemistry so that helps, just finding the time when we aren't tired is the main problem.

Invest in your clothing. Chose simple colours that you can mix and max pieces. Even if you are overweight nice fitting clothing will always look good. Also wear simple makeup everyday - takes max 10min once you have a routin set. Have a simple hairstyle that you can up keep. For example low pony tail, curls or straight hair. A way to a man's heart is food so why don't you make him a nice romantic dinner and have time to connect.

Yeah I agree with you. I'm 32 and my partner is 24 and we are nearly at the 2 year mark. He is very mature for his age and loves that I'm smarter and wise compared to girls his own age. A lot of girls his age were going out a lot or spending all their money on makeup and clothing.

RP comes very naturally to me - thanks to my mum. I'm not as conservative as her (I don't believe in marriage or god) probably due to environment I've been brought up in. But naturally I am very feminine and submissive. Seeing how my mum managed a household, dressed, spoke to people has had an impact on me. Although, I'm not as good as her. If my mum wasn't RP I probably wouldn't have the traits I have now. I definitely don't try to work on it. But naturally love taking care of my partner, cooki…

Honestly don't listen to your family and friends if they say you need to lose weight because you don't need to. You should be thankful for your body and focus on the positives. Just remember it could be worse. I would love to be your height but I'm 5'2 and thick. But I embrace it because it's me and thankful that my health is in good condition. Maybe you need some therapy if you can't do that.

I hope you don't have body dysmorphia. When it's your bone structure their is only so much you can do. Embrace what you have!!! Dress for your body shape. It's hard to appear thinner when you are already thin. Not everyone is a 6 foot long model.

I want to give you some hope. Yes it is hard to find a man without a porn addiction in our day and age but their are men out there with high morals and values. After I broke up with my ex after 6 years I have been with a guy who isn't addicted to porn. We have been together for almost two years. If you are religious maybe you can meet them through church? Or through good friends? But want to clarify men with good morals do exist and they will appreciate you for your high morals. Keep positive an…

You need to learn how to control your 'reactivness'. When you meditate do you shut your mind off? What worked for me was being able to stop myself before my reactive reaction (stop my thoughts take my mind to meditation for a split second) then think about the situation logically in a calm manner. It takes practice but you will get there if you put your 'mind' to it. Also eat healthy if you don't already to balance your hormones - it helps! Good luck.

Well I haven't written our whole relationship up. My partner does take care of me. As mention above atm I do most of the chores around the house because he has been working crazy long hours. Sorry to say but I actually don't believe in marriage because I am not religious and an atheist. So we will never be getting married. He will always be my partner and never my husband. Marriage is an outdated union for me. We don't want to spend money on it. Rather travel instead. We live together, share a bank account and are 100% with each other and that's all we want for now. Also atm I do regulary cook meals and do the washing because my partner is working 12 plus hours a day, 6 days a week.…

When dating a guy show him that you are wifey material. I cook nice meals for my man, dress well and keep a well kept home. I'm also attentive and go and buy small presents eg. New work socks when his are getting worn out. Wash his clothes if he leaves it at your place. Celebrate small milestones with him. For example, when I was dating my partner he had a paid modeling gig on a Sunday and was going to come past my place after. So I made him his favorite cheesecake. A man likes to be cared for. …

I would make the most of it. Try new recipes and cook a three course meal for him. Have a nice 'date' night at home. Light some candles and enjoy a nice evening together to make it a little different from your other nights. I would also use this opportunity to have deep meaningful conversations to connect. On another night maybe offer him a full body relaxing massage. Good luck!

Oh I feel like you two have cultural clashes. My mum is Chinese and doesn't think abortion is a big deal. When I was 16 she use to threaten me if I got pregnant I had no choice in the matter and would have to have an abortion. I hope your husband can learn how to be more compassionate and see things from your prespective as well. If he can't maybe it's time to move on. Maybe grief counseling will help you as well.

I think he may have watched too much porn. As you know too much of anything is bad. He honestly wanted me to fuck other men and his ultimate fantasy was for someone to cum inside me and he could lick it out.
