You’re looking for r/femaledatingstrategy lol, which is toxic as fuck and I think has been banned from Reddit. Not healthy and yeah you’re not gonna find that on redpillwomen.

Tbh you will probably get a better response to this question on r/vindicta, but I’ll share my thoughts. There is a moment in every single woman’s life where she will feel this way - whether it’s when you’re 12 years old or 30, when you go through a glow up. Tbh it just takes time to adjust. Keep playing with fashion and makeup in ways that feel fun and comfortable to you. By continuing to engage with the world you’ll grow and learn how to navigate the world and these new situations, even if you …

This is the same for me. It’s shocking how predictable I am with my cycle. I was on the pill for 15 years, went off the pill at the end of 2022, took a while for my cycle to normalize but now it’s like clockwork. During ovulation week my drive is super high. During the following week I basically have no sex drive at all lol. It’s so fascinating

Lmao I would probably be a little envious just because my husband, as much as I adore him, just isn’t affectionate like that and I soooo wish he was sometimes 😂 but I agree with the other comment, it’s more of a “couple goals” vibe than anything malicious.

I’ve posted in this subreddit before about how learning to STFU was the number one thing I did that took my relationship from boyfriend/girlfriend to marriage. It was also my biggest challenge, but it yielded the most results by far. Honestly, the first step for me was understanding that this was the thing I needed to do. And what helped me understand that, was my husband (boyfriend at the time) told me that he couldn’t and wouldn’t put up with my nagging and complaining anymore. So I emotionall…

LOL yes that was me! Clearly it’s still on my mind even though it was years ago. The thing that stands out in my memory was my ex telling me that his ex girlfriend was hotter than me. He would tell me stories about how men would just fall over themselves trying to talk to her, would grab her, constantly asked her out even in front of him, etc. When I would become distressed about this (feeling like I wasn’t good enough or fell short of her) he’d just shrug and be like “sorry, I mean, do you want…

Well, for one I can tell you that this would devastate me to the point of probably not being able to continue the relationship in a healthy way. I struggle majorly with self esteem and value attractiveness way too highly; and if my boyfriend/fiance/husband said something like that about a woman that already makes me feel insecure I would never be able to let it go and it would cause fights and anxiety for years lol. In fact my husband made a comment about a model saying he thought she was “perfe…

Sounds to me like you have a super hot boyfriend who loves you! There’s no reason to feel sad about that from my perspective. If you maybe feel like you’re taking opportunities away from him, don’t - he chose you and he’s still choosing to commit to you regardless of who comes to talk to him. Trust his judgment!

I wonder if you may have a history of eating disorders that you’re projecting onto him? It can be scary to see someone go down a path that may have been damaging for you, but being particular and focused on health and fitness isn’t a bad thing and doesn’t lead everyone into obsession. You have to just trust him on this one. If he’s not neglecting you and your child, or his job, then let him be into fitness. Ask him to teach you some fitness stuff or share what his macros are so you can be more i…

Well, if this situation was a whole year ago the moment may have passed but it’s always good to remind your partner that threesomes are just a fantasy for you and you’d appreciate him not trying to make it a reality. And good for you that you recognize that! He may think that if you mentioned it’s a fantasy that maybe you’d be interested in pursuing it if the time was right so gently let him know that that’s not the case. You got this girl. That’s interesting…he kind of brought it up himself tbh. Are threesomes something you guys had discussed/explored previously? Maybe he thought that he was getting a vibe and wanted to take a shot? If your friend was really outgoing he may have misinterpreted her friendliness. When I have flare ups or flashbacks to the time when my husband said that about the model, I can get really overwhelmed and intensely emotional and reactionary. Hey! I struggle with this kind of thing too. Sorry you’re dealing with this. I know what it’s like to not be able to let something like that go and still get upset about it, even after a year. My husband once admitted to me that he thinks Emily Ratajkowski is “the perfect woman” and to be honest I STILL get upset about that years later lol. My first question is, why did your partner say that? Did you ask him if he was attracted to her and he answered honestly? Or did it come up out of the blue? …

I actually had a similar thought while watching the movie! For example when she’s texting him “how about we get out of the apartment tonight and get a hotel? My treat” I was like “noooo!!! Stop! Don’t remind him that you outearn him, tell him you need his help with something!” Lol. I mean honestly that guy outed himself as a shitty leader, untalented analyst and all around insecure manchild pretty immediately after her promotion and I was happy for her that they imploded before they ended up act…

One of the most powerful things a woman can provide a man is emotional support and connection, “being a soft place to land”. We focus on that a lot here in this sub. Men generally want to play tough around other men, which I get. I think there are certain relationships men can have, like a mentor/mentee relationship, where they can sort of discuss real issues with each other, but overall if a man is gonna get real support I think it’s gonna come from his woman. That’s why when people ask “what c…

Nothing happened per se…some subs have a way of tracking where their users comment and if you comment on a sub they don’t like they immediately ban you. I think it’s a way of preventing brigading (for example a liberal politics sub might automatically ban people who are active in conservative subs) but yeah it’s pretty unhealthy

Nope nope nope. I could never date a man like that. Once he’s an adult and especially once we’re married I expect my husband to be dedicated to me and our family first. Of course that’s not at all to say he shouldn’t be close with his family, but I would be so turned off by a man who couldn’t form his own opinions or go his own way. To me that is a huge sign of weakness and inability to lead, which is pretty much my number one dealbreaker.

My husband and I lived together for years before we got married. To be honest, a big turning point in our relationship happened when I learned to cook his favorite meals (dishes from his culture that take hours to make) - as soon as I did that he became much more serious about me and proposed that same year. I was definitely doing a lot of cleaning, hosting his family, etc as well. So yeah, I would agree that there’s nothing wrong with showing what you can do before getting a ring. However my hu…

I love this post but it’s not gonna get great reception in this subreddit lol. I was a stripper and poker waitress before I got married and have also always used these tactics to be successful at those jobs. I had to brush up on certain rpw aspects to turn my relationship into a marriage (learning to stfu was my biggest challenge and yielded the most results) but yeah, learning how to use the male/female dynamic to your advantage is a huge boon in sex work. But again, this subreddit isn’t going …

Hahaha this is what I tell myself when I get all dolled up to go out yet get approached by very few men 🥲 I don’t think it’s actually a real phenomenon. The extremely attractive women that I know get approached by damn near everyone.
/r/RedPillWomen01/07/23 08:29 PM

I don’t completely reject this line of thinking because of course everyone knows someone conventionally physically attractive who has had a very easy time at life - lots of friends, partners, etc. Of course being exceptionally hot will open those doors for you. But looks isn’t the only thing, and that’s where I pause with these arguments. To jump straight to an extreme example- I recently met a guy who had a pretty severe facial deformity. You can’t miss it - his face is quite deformed. He has o…

Tbh it sounds like he’s competitive with you about cooking? Since you said he praises his own cooking in an over the top way, and it sounds like he criticizes yours in a very dramatic way too (which sounds so hurtful, I’d be crushed if my husband was like this). Maybe you can try asking him about that…it’s definitely weird and hurtful. Maybe he’s negging you with this, trying to make you feel bad.

You don’t need to keep growing. Just stick to a comfortable weight, or do body weight movements for upper body like push ups, etc. I recommend Pilates for body toning - I do a split of a few days weight training, a few days Pilates, and it works really well for me. I also don’t like looking bulky and people have definitions of bulky that don’t match mine lmao

So, i agree that you should ask him subtly for feedback during pillow talk after bedroom activities, but if you’re looking for potential ideas to trigger a “next time” - First start by walking through the conversation you were having before you first got that reaction out of him. What were you talking about? Were you laughing at his jokes? Did you touch him, maybe put your hand on his shoulder or leg? Were you playing with your hair? I like Weekend & Beyond, they’re based in Europe and have a lot of nice feminine things - they also have a fair bit of menswear inspired pieces but don’t let yourself be turned away! There’s also a European brand called Aeryne that I like but they’re a bit pricier. I think a maxi or midi pleated skirt with heeled knee high boots and a nice sweater would be a great feminine winter look if you get actual cold weather :)

I just asked my husband for his perspective and he said that he “feels loved and respected, likes having a hot woman to call his own, likes feeling cared for, and wants to grow with a partner and have kids one day”. Which is fairly similar to what your man said. I don’t think the fact that your man specified whether or not he loves you and loves spending time with you necessarily means anything…I don’t think men think in those terms the way women do. There was a thread on this recently.

I think this happens to everyone now and then. It happened to me before with an ex (actually it has also happened with my husband) and honestly, I just make a note of it and move on. Some people can be hard to buy gifts for, and in those scenarios it may be easier and/or better to gift experiences instead - take them to a new hot restaurant, or to a concert for their favorite band, or to do an activity they’d enjoy. I don’t see what bringing it up to him will do aside from make him feel like he …

I don’t agree that he’s exhibiting learned helplessness because op said that he can cook and clean up after himself, he just doesn’t want to do it for her (or anyone else). I think he’s just kind of selfish and perhaps is afraid of being “taken advantage of”. I agree with the rest of your comment though, he should care a little more.

I feel motivated to dress up and look good because people treat me better and I feel better about myself. If you lean into it you might find the same, and that’ll help you get into the habit. And it doesn’t have to be time consuming. Figure out your five minute makeup routine and build out a strong wardrobe that makes it easy to put together a good outfit, and it’ll be easier to incorporate into your life.

I’m tall-ish for a woman at 5’9 and I dated a guy once who was 5’7. And I always wore heels around him so I was usually considerably taller than him when we were out. Tbh I kinda liked it because it gave me mafia boss with his hot, tall model wife vibes. I had a friend with a similar issue and I told her that and it changed the way she looked at it lol so hopefully it can help you too.

I don’t know about fun per se, but I’ve been making breakfast stuffed bell peppers almost every day for about a month now, they’re just so good and so easy! Cut a bell pepper in half, bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, then load it with a sprinkle of shredded cheese, crack an egg into it and top it with some sausage or bacon, then bake it for ~25 minutes and voila 😌 so filling and so tasty.

I’m in a pretty similar situation with my husband. We don’t have the same job, but we’re in the same field, and we have the same dynamic you described in your post- for me, work is something I have to do to live in society, for him, work is something he needs for his own self worth and confidence, not to mention he loves his job. I’m just a woman in my 20s, but I think something a lot of people don’t realize is that love is a choice. You fall for someone, everything is amazing, and eventually you get comfortable and that brightly burning flame of passion starts to dwindle. People see that as “falling out of love.” But its then that you have to actively choose your partner, every single day. My husband and I have been together for seven years, we just got married a few months ago. During the course of our relationship, we…

It has happened to me in the past. Personally, I understand if someone has an issue with it, and I’m willing to be open and honest about it, talk it through with them, but in the end they have to accept it. If they can’t, that’s okay, but we can’t be together. My husband doesn’t have an issue with it though, so I’m all good there.

I’d say I’m probably…30% trad? I’m not religious, slept around a lot when I was younger, big time party girl, etc, now I’m college educated and making pretty good money. My trad side comes in because I believe in/feel very comfortable with a male-led relationship, I value my role as the woman of the house in that I cook, clean, and support my husband wherever and however I can, I believe in keeping myself fit, feminine and attractive, and I can’t wait to have kids and be a mom.

I started trying to build a quality wardrobe about four years ago, and I feel pretty satisfied with what I have now. I think I must have spent at least a full twelve months doing nothing but watching YouTube videos about this. Look up Lydia Tomlinson and Audrey Coyne, they’re my favorites. There’s a major logical leap from “men don’t necessarily want sex from someone who gives it up too quickly and easily” to “men hate consensual sex”. I can kind of see where they’re coming from, but just because a man pursues a woman for a period of time and she turns him down at first, that it can never be consensual after that and it’s the “coercion” that turns him on. That’s ridiculous obviously.

My husband is also currently going through an intensely stressful time, so I’ve been treading carefully and being aware of my actions so as not to increase his stress. Things that I’ve been doing: making a conscious effort to not complain, even just off-handedly about small things. giving him lots of space, but when he does express that he wants to talk, I usually drop what I’m doing and make time for him taking care of the small things. I saw a video recently where a person stated: if another human can determine the state of your inner self, is this not the ultimate slavery? I’m not an expert on this topic, but I think the basic advice is to work on becoming comfortable with who you are. This can look like taking time to truly determine your value system, reflect on your beliefs, and commit to living by those - and if someone rejects you based on that, it’s not necessarily a personal rejection but a sign that they don’t align w…

The qualities my man has that make him traditionally high value are: - his height - high earning career - very high intelligence - very loyal I think a lot of woman may not recognize him as high value unless they know him because he’s not super fit, he doesn’t necessarily seem “high value” at a glance, but anyone who knows him knows how high value he really is. I want to preface this by specifying that these are rules I apply to myself and my relationships only - in no way is this universal. In my marriage, I hold myself to a standard of emotional care for my husband and making his life as easy as possible. I struggled for a long time with my husband’s messiness, before we were married. That is the hardest part, for sure. A big one for me is to use the rpw tactic of “stfu”. When he comes in and he’s in a bad mood, and I feel the need to immediately address it there and then, or if he says something snappy that rubs me the wrong way and I want to respond in kind, I just stfu. My husband is very similar. He’s wonderful in every way but he’s highly emotional as well, mostly just with me because he feels safe to be vulnerable around me and he knows that I know how to handle it. I’ll go ahead and throw it out there that if you prefer the “strong silent type” it may not work out long term. But if you love this man and want to make it work, it’ll serve you to learn his moods and how to handle them, just as he (hopefully) does with you. When my husband comes home upset, cra…

Dread game is a trick for men to play though. I’ll admit, I phrased it wrong in my original comment and had a poor understanding of it. But a quick check of red pill YouTube channels shows that it’s a “tactic” to be used on women in order to make her more into you, and it’s purpose is to cause her anxiety that she’s losing you so she’ll chase after you instead of the other way around. I first heard of it through a self-proclaimed red piller who would brag about his “dread game” while he was cons…

For dread: if a man is high value, most women already understand he could get another woman any time he wants. It gets talked about all the time in this sub. The insidious part about dread game is that it keeps the woman in a state of anxiety about it. “If I do/don’t do x he’ll leave me.” There’s a difference between understanding that you have to put effort into a relationship and having a fear that if you don’t go to the gym enough or clean the house every single day your partner will leave yo…

One example is “dread game”. One of the darker aspects of men’s red pill IMO. The idea is that the man constantly hints or displays that he could and would get another woman any time he wants if his woman doesn’t toe the line and do what he wants. Another one is negging, where the man will subtly insult the woman to make her feel insecure and therefore make her want to win his affection or attention.

I used to just say it, start a fight and deal with the consequences. Now I realize that usually if I just stfu, the feeling of anger or annoyance passes within a few minutes, I don’t ruin the mood, and everything’s great. If you’re in a relationship with expectations of sex, and you don’t like having sex with him to the point that you avoid it “for as long as possible”, you need to get out of that relationship. To be honest there are multiple red flags in this post. Sex and intimacy are not something you should be “depriving” your partner of, or withholding from them. Of course that doesn’t mean you must have sex with them whenever they ask, if you’re not feeling well or whatever you can express that, but the gen…

Not sure why the “red pilled” and “blue pilled” terminology came to refer only to relationships rather than the things you’re mentioning based on the movie. It was just appropriated that way. Wikipedia defines it as “a metaphor for the specific moment [men partaking in the men’s rights movement or the manosphere) come to the belief that certain gender roles they are expected to conform to, such as marriage and monogamy, are intended solely to benefit women, rather than for mutual benefit”. I’m a big fan of Move with Nicole on YouTube. I injured my hamstring a few months ago - not as serious as herniated discs, to be fair - but it’s bren really great helping me to lose weight and tone up. As others have said, it’s more about your diet. Your workouts will just help you create more of a deficit to potentially speed up weight loss, and help you tone up, but they aren’t the main driver of weight loss. Focus on maintaining a slight calorie deficit.

A lot of it is just making the habit and getting over the initial hump of “I don’t wanna”. Maybe try getting a trainer so that you’ll have someone to not only hold you accountable but can also guide you so that you’ll see results faster, which will be a huge motivator. Once you start and start seeing and feeling the benefits and differences in your body you’ll be hooked. And also, find a type of exercise you really enjoy. It doesn’t have to be typical gym stuff. Pilates, boxing, rock climbing, d…

Dr. Michelle Daf has a good channel about femininity. She’s also a Christian and speaks a lot about having a relationship with god and letting your faith guide you which may appeal to a lot of rpw in this sub. Lisa Hart is another good one. She’s a little on the sensual side but still extremely classy and elegant.

I’m not sure how old you and your boyfriend are, but you don’t need to settle for someone while you’re in college. So much growth and change takes place after college when you enter the workforce - for a lot of people it officially pushes you out of that young person mindset and finally makes you grow up. If he seems unambitious now, it’ll only get worse when he’s working a 9-5. Just because he’s a nice guy doesn’t mean he has to be the one. But also it is important to not let people get in your…

Yeah, I think you can explicitly offer that. Just don’t be too pushy. Something like, “I’m here for you. If you’d like I can come by and help take care of things, make you lunch, anything. I also understand if you want space right now. Just let me know.”

Wow, I’m so sorry to hear this. Best thing you can do in a situation like this is be empathetic and “hold down the fort”. Make sure that while your boyfriend is handling the fallout from all this, you’re making sure he has food in the fridge, meals cooked, house cleaned, chores taken care of. Basically try to help with all the daily stressors that will cause this situation to be even more overwhelming. Additionally, be empathetic and ready to listen but don’t try to force a conversation until he…

Seems like this could easily become an issue though through no real fault of her own. Say her man makes a date at a restaurant for them, she takes a look at the menu online and sees that there’s nothing there she’d be able to eat. This is “making him responsible for finding foods she can safely consume” but it’s also just natural that he tries to set up a date for them.

I agree with most of the advice here about making him feel like a king, but I think the most important thing is you’ve gotta try to change his perspective. You didn’t settle for him, he won. Out of all the other guys you’ve slept with or gone out with, he’s the best one. This is advice coming from my man. I have a high n-count too that he knows about, but he doesn’t feel insecure about it because he sees it as he won out over all these other guys. Good luck!!

It’s not wrong at all to enjoy attention and feel an ego boost from a man flirting with you. As long as you don’t cross any boundaries there’s nothing wrong with it. No need to feel guilty. In my opinion (and experience), sometimes it helps fill in the gaps where I don’t feel like I’m getting enough attention from my man, especially when he’s really busy with work, I get a little emotional boost from other men hitting on me - but that doesn’t mean I pursue or allow anything to go too far.

An idea might be to find a workout plan that you like, on an app or something, and then you can just complete the workout at a park or in your yard, or something like that. I use the Good Fitness app which has a no equipment version (they recommend resistance bands but it’s not necessary) and I get great results. Could be an option! It’s not a video you have to follow, just an exercise plan that lists sets and reps of different moves.

Can you expand on what you mean by “can’t do” YouTube workouts? Is it an issue with your internet? There are tons of apps and Instagram pages that stream workouts but that might be tough if it’s a problem with your internet. Do you have any experience with exercise? I would recommend buying a pair of dumbbells and going to a park or something to get some exercise in but that depends on if you’re familiar with different weightlifting exercises.

Ugh, I had an experience this past weekend that relates to this. I’m in my late 20s, and I was chatting with a woman in her early 20s that I met through a friend. This woman was STUNNING. Perfect body, gorgeous face. She told me she doesn’t work out, never has, never will. My jaw basically dropped because she has a super small waist and big butt and all that. I work out all the time just to keep the slightest curve to my butt and keep my waist cinched. The next day I found myself in a mindset of…

I was raised by my dad, who isn’t exactly an old fashioned kind of guy and was actually more of the tough guy biker type, but had some pretty old school ideas about relationships. No idea if there’s any science behind this, but for some attractive people they’re always valued for their looks and it actually causes them to be hyperaware and hypercritical of the way they look, which can make them have low self esteem. For me, I find that changing my outfit/hair/makeup etc helps me to shift mindsets. From work outfit to my gym clothes to my home clothes, it helps me compartmentalize. At home, I try to put something on that is cozy and comfy but also sexy in one way or another - my man likes it when I put my hair in a ponytail, pull my bangs around my face, wear some little short shorts (or form fitting sweatpants) and a tank top, and just wear very light and natural makeup. One day one of my girlfriends texted me and said she was interested in a guy, but he was an inch shorter than her and she was asking how I dealt with the height difference. “You always seem so confident about it,” she said. I told her that’s because I was confident about it. It nev…

Is the implication here that women are only as valuable as their SMV? Which only lowers after the age of 20? Because if so, that’s the whole reason we get so many posts here from ~24 year old women expressing distress about “hitting the wall”. In my experience women really don’t start losing their good looks until well into their 30s, first of all, and secondly there really is something to be said for maturity. Have you ever hung out with a 19-21 year old woman? They’re very young. If you’re a m…

You have aired two different problems here. The first, how to get rid of bad posture, is something that can be fixed with yoga, Pilates, barre, or just plain exercise. You need to strengthen your core and back. Getting tired after standing straight for a short amount of time is not healthy and you will cause a lot of problems for yourself in the long run. Please start working on that right away, for your own sake. The second is how to build self confidence. That is something that is so often tou…

Excoriation disorder, also known as dermatillomania. It’s a legitimate psychological disorder, if you’re picking to the point of bleeding you should seek professional help. If you google it you might find some coping methods that could help you. Good luck, I also struggle with skin picking.

I’ve talked about this on this sub before, but it bears repeating. I used to be aggressively critical of my looks and extremely insecure. Think regular crying, covering mirrors and sometimes refusing to leave the house because I felt too ugly. Those feelings started when I was 13 and continued until I was in my early/mid twenties. I don’t know what it was exactly, but suddenly one day I was in my mid20s with a graduate degree, a full time, well-paying job, a healthy long term relationship, lots …

If it’s at all financially possible for you, I highly recommend getting a trainer. I’ve been a “gym goer” all my life, but getting a trainer completely changed the game for me. Since you’re a total beginner, it’ll be a huge help with keeping you accountable, making sure you don’t hurt yourself, and guiding you through the extremely confusing world of fitness. Trainers can be pricey but I have found trainers that you can do a thirty minute session with once per week for very reasonable prices. Th…

I just bought my first bra from Third Love this week and it fits really well! They have a “fit test” on their website to help you figure out your size, although that doesn’t take the place of getting measured - you should definitely do that.

For me, I invest in a good razor (nothing too crazy, I love the Gillette Venus), good shaving cream, and use really hot water on the razor when I shave. Always shave with the direction of the hair at first, then reapply the shaving cream and shave against. When you’re done splash with cold water and apply Vaseline to help close the pores so you don’t get bacteria in there which can contribute to razor burn and ingrown hairs. That’s what works for me! I’ve found that the key really is getting a g…

After reading what you said, it sounds like you have all the makings of a “sexy” girl. Hourglass shape, long thick eyelashes...you’ve got it girl. Not sure what your hairstyle is but having long, layered hair would also be helpful. Indian women usually have thick, gorgeous hair. In that case, sexy really is an attitude. But you’ve got to find it within yourself. For me, that usually means watching movies or music videos that feature sexy women. Listening to sexy music. Sometimes you’ve just gott…

I'm also curvier and what I've found works best is vintage/pin up style dresses! They were made with your body type in mind. Someone in this thread also mentioned wrap dresses and you can't go wrong with those.

I’ve always been the same way. I’ve actually been on the extreme end of the spectrum - I was so insecure and placed so much of my self worth on my looks that I would sometimes cry when I saw an attractive woman or refuse to leave my house because I felt so ugly. Fortunately I can say that that has faded as I’ve gotten older. Having a full time job, a home to care for, and a man to love has made me feel that as long as I stay up on my fitness and beauty routine and look my best I don’t have to ne…

I used to be awkward too. What I did was I spent a couple of years quietly observing charming people. That includes real life people and people on tv, in movies and in books. I took note of charming, smooth small talk and behavior and tried to emulate that in my conversations with men. There’s actually an entire YouTube channel dedicated to this kind of thing - Charisma on Demand. Check it out, maybe it’ll help. In any case, you probably will have to spend a year or two laying low and learning b…

Personally looks are bottom of the barrel for me. I mean I guess if I truly find him unattractive then it wouldn’t work out but looks are some of the last things I care about. Caring too much about good looks will cause you to miss out on some great people. Sounds like you’ve met a pretty ideal man - I’d go for it.

I appreciate this post. I’m a young woman who expects to get married to my long-term boyfriend within the next 2-3 years and have kids a year or two after that. I didn’t have a very traditional family growing up (broken home, messed up mom) and I feel like I can’t even wrap my head around what it’s really like to be a SAHM. My boyfriend knows me better than I know myself and he says I’d be bored to tears without a job, even though personally, I think it sounds amazing.

Personally, I feel my best and most “glowed up” when I’m in touch with my femininity and sensuality, or what I think of as the ‘feminine divine’. I feel completely out of whack and honestly pretty terrible when I’m not in touch with myself in that way. To get there, I pursue a few different things: - Exercise, particularly dancing, yoga, and stretching, makes me feel very sensual and kind of sexy and brightens my mood. Sometimes I just need to go practice my splits and flip my hair around a litt…

Honestly; this can also be taken totally wrong by a guy, and I wouldn’t give this advice to most people. Some guys interpret this as controlling. Granted, it might also be a sign that you’re correct about assuming that he’s having thoughts about this other person - just want to caution that this might spark a conversation neither party was prepared for.
