5	Sarah Silverman makes rape joke same night as Tosh and everyone laughs. SEE? This is what a well written rape joke should sound like. Completely Victimless. Making fun of the stigma regarding rape instead of it's victims, and actually attempting to do something positive. Important thing to note however is that this is a joke that we can discus because we have a recording of it. I feel like it's pretty heinous to accuse Daniel Tosh of anything if we can't hear what he said for ourselves or at least see an actual transcript that's not from memory.
