That's called depression. I recommend seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist (DBT/CBT helped me the most). What it boils down to is removing cognitive distortions and creating a life worth living. It's fucking hard, and it's not a permanent fix. I beat depression a little under two years ago, and I'm now going through another bout after being socially isolated for the last two months; but now I know it can get better.
