In addition to the lifting and doing sports mentioned, one of the most important things you can learn at school is good study habits. This is the time of your life where you develop your personal learning system that will set you up for doing well academically in your life. Do your homework, study for tests, and find the way that suits you best. Learn to work hard. This will apply to a lot of areas in your life. Don't just drift through life until it forces you to pull your socks up, be ready.

Also, get as much social practice as you can. Say yes to any events you are invited to, make friends and enjoy yourself. I wouldn't worry about getting a girlfriend at this point in your life but if you are so inclined there is lots of information out there, start with the side bar.

At your age, i would have just focus a whole lot more on practicing any sports or martial art. Also, read a lot about lots of topics.

Dont put girls on a pedestal and limit the amount of "adult entertainment" to half of what you are viewing right now.

Play a sport seriously (practice + lift weights) is the best I can offer a 13 year old

Damn. You're in a good spot then. Yeah dude, play a sport and lift. Read books on the redpill reading list and really spend time contemplating and applying the advice given to you by the authors.

It's almost summer time, so realistically if you went into monk mode for your summer break, by the time you got back to school you'd be in good shape.

Being antisocial or self-conscious is literally the worst thing you can do. Talk to everyone, mean or nice, ugly or hot. Then invite the girls you like to hang out. Boom, girlfriend.

and don't tell people you read TRP. don't worry about flirting, game, or any of that stuff until you're in college.
