If I don’t have any recorded marriage and want to get annulment. Will be able to get through in the court or I have to wait till one years to withdraw it. I don’t which way I’m heading any help would be much appreciated.

3 months but filed annulment last month. They live in another state we tried serving the papers but it was unsuccessful attempt my lawyer has not said anything till now idk I’m smashing my head because of this ignoring behavior.

If I file for annulment for this situation would it be accepted by the court or there’s chance that it will get rejected. If it’s get rejected the next step is to file for divorce ! If I do that will they ask for spousal support and all that bullshit ? That will lead me a bankrupt ?.
