Hello everyone, I have a quick question I have filed for annulment and the serving date was August 30 what happens if the opponent doesn’t show up on or before 30 August ? Does the result comes in my favor just because they didn’t showed up ? I didn’t contact my lawyer up until because of long weekend. So before contacting him I want to store some knowledge what happens when they don’t show up. Please help.
