Friend I feel this and was in the same position as you about a year and a half ago. I spent 6 months being pissed off. But one day something clicked. I listened to a random podcast episode in my career and it reminded me of my passion. A year later I was just offered my dream job (this past Tuesday) for a dream job. Be in your feels. Reflect. Whenever you think is right. If you haven’t dealt with the divorce and yourself it will end in disaster. Dating after divorce sucks. There will be rejection and depending on your situation it could make things worse if you haven’t healed properly, or you could become a stage 5. This. No matter what think about how your actions will affect your kids. I hope she is still a good mom. But as others stated you were separated. I do not believe this is cheating. Not only will these actions affect your relationship with your kids. But could destroy other kids as well. I know you’re hurting. And that hurt is real. But come to terms on a healthy way. Therapy is amazing. It won’t heal overnight but you will be so much better for it.
