Two things stand out. Too much focus on her. You can't control other people, most can barely control themselves. And two, you have no business expecting anything from this woman, you are not married nor engaged, you live separately, you are just two strangers who have sex sometimes. With zero commitment there are zero expectations, unless you are Dicaprio.

It doesn't matter what a woman says in this context. Someone already mentioned - she feels like this right now, in this moment. You left for a week, she is imagining that you spent the whole time in orgies and whores while she got fat with the baby, of cause she "does not love you".

First step would be to stop doing the wrong thing. Which you were told multiple times, but you keep insisting on holding your frame with a hormonal woman who is heading for postnatal depression. Do you want her to drive off a bridge with two kids in the car? Just tell her you love her, that you we will get through this, ask how you can help, you only see your future together, talk about baby names and how you will raise kids. DO not tell her how she is wrong, not the time.

She is hormonal. And will be for another year. It is your job to lead her through this rough time. Instead you are being a retard.

Be an interesting man and life will fall in place. A new hobby every 6 month and make sure you become good at it. Read a new book every month. This way you have more to talk about than weather and can have interesting dates, such as going to events at your hobby where you dominate everyone with your superior skills instead of paying for her dinner and watching her chew food.

I think you focus on weights too much. The goal is to be fit, healthy, confident, a man of focus on your own path. The 5x5 one fits all training program is training wheels for beginners who can't make decisions or hold themself accountable and need to be convinced to exercise. If you are past this stage, make your own path towards fit and confident. With that in mind, if you can't move the fridge in your house, do 5x5 a bit more, still need practical strength.

Personally, I think MAP is mental porn. You read about doing things that you already know you should be doing and feel good about yourself. The mind projects what you read as if you are doing it, creating mental stimulation without materialistic benefits. I'm more of a less reading and more doing. Some folks spend years reading and minutes doing. Don't fall into that trap.

Put on a suit and go out. Surely there is more to life than sitting at home with a woman who has migraines the moment she sees you.

Without any declaration from you she is a free woman to chat and fuck whoever she wants. If you want exclusivity, you need to declare that.

You are shaken because you take it personally. She is going to be annoyed for the next 9 months, hard to be happy when you are sick every morning and your back and feet hurt all the time. Understand that her frustration is not with you. You just continue to be the oak, keep a bowl of fruit on the table for health, let her cry on your shoulder for emotional support, make future plans like kids' bedroom to show you plan to stay with her, take her out for walks in a park.

You don't grasp the meaning of "optional". There is nothing to deal with. After "Wear something nice" add "we leave at 6", the rest of that puke was optional. If she is not ready at 6, you go alone. "if you insist on keeping up with this I'll have to hang up" this is garbage. You cannot threaten to hand up and not do it. No self-respect, no boundaries. You should have said - you can't talk to me like that - and hang up. When she texts "fuck you" a minute later - block the number. All that puke y…

"Verbal intercourse is optional". You need to go back to basics, you either have never read the sidebar or forgot of its existence.

She doesn't have to clean and cook. I know a few stunning women who got married with conditions of not cleaning and/or cooking and their husbands are happy to support that lifestyle. They are happy with their hot wife life. Personally, I married a woman who was happy with an ice cream on our 1st date and cooked me a fantastic dinner on our 3rd. You know what kind of woman you got there, she told you right away who she is, decide for yourself if you want that or not.

You are not supposed to pretend to be busy. If you were "busy" jerking off - you should have called her instead and had phone sex. If you just closed a million-dollar deal - you were busy. At least read the side bar next time you have free time, so that you actually are busy and sound honest. She can tell when you lie and any boundary you try to enforce, she knows is a lie.

You can absolutely buy flowers if you want to buy flowers. You can buy the whole flower shop and start your own flowers business if you want to. You completely misunderstood comments about flowers and need to read the sidebar again.

There are three ways to structure a family - man provides and is in charge, woman provides and is in charge, 50/50 split. Each has their own pros and cons and works for some people, but not others. As long as you are honest to yourself with your situation, everything will be alright.

If you need her income, you don't get to complain about her being at work. Earn enough money so she doesn't have to be at work, then you can expect her to always be there at 5pm cooking you a dinner.

+1 to joining a gym outside the house. At least for the first year of starting to work on yourself. Different mindset, get to meet new people, you are not always around for your wife.

I filed for a divorce about three years ago thinking that it will solve my problems. People here have opened my eyes to my retarded childish behavior; I've put divorce on pause and started working on myself. The sidebar and accountability are really what it is all about. Reading it once will not help, you will forget what you've read. Take notes, re-read, it's a full-time job to reprogram your brain and habits. Took me three years to get to a reasonable state, a year for every decade of being a …

We all get partners we deserve. If you could pull a Victoria secret model, you would. But you can't. What you can pull is what you have now. If you want better, you'll have to be better.

From what I've read, women are social creatures and rest in social setting. Looking after kids 24/7 makes them tired because they lose the social aspect. Since you have finances sorted, organize some social time with her, go to a theater, a trip to nature, whatever is in your area that is in public and is not kids' playground, so she can feel like a beautiful woman and not a nappy changing machine. This worked for me every time. After taking her out she forgets all about sleep deprivation and ho…

Pick up two new hobbies every 6 months. you will meet people there who are also interested in those hobbies, you'll be able to talk to them about it and form friendships. you can't have friends if your life is about sleep 8 hours, work 8 hours, sit with GF 8 hours. doesn't matter what hobbies are, go hunting, learn knitting, as long as you are getting knew skills under your belt.

I'm surprised that a woman who supposably wants to marry him, would rather go get drunk in a bar with her friends than to spend the little time they have together. Add to this that she doesn't care about his healthy lifestyle and talks shit about him, sounds like a loving relationship, ready for the next step. I would drop her and start working to better myself. You should be incarnation of greatness on this planet and your next GF will have no choice but to brag to her friends how amazing you a…

You don't get to blame your childhood when you are 30. At least for the last 10 years you were capable of making decisions for yourself. In my first post here, people called me a "whiney little bitch" and it opened my eyes. The time has come to pass the torch to you.

Put yourself in her shoes. Would you sleep with someone like you? No way. Think about what women want in men and where did you lose it. Then go find it.

OYS #3 30s. Together 5 years. BP 80kg x 1, LP 190kg x 6, Pull-up 3x8, SQ 60x10 Workout Lifting is going good, I started to add variety to my basic routine forming a training program. Still working with lower weights focusing on form and control. Struggle with squats, a very big weight gap between LP and SQ; squatting feels awkward, but on the last leg day it felt better and smoother. Have some struggle with training the back - it never reaches a burn I feel with other muscle groups. Pull ups cha…

OYS # 1 Passive-aggressive retard in his 30s. 192cm tall, 85kg weight. Married for 5 years. Two kids. Lifting / Diet: Started going to the gym again after a 5 years break. Ashamed of my current stats because I remember were I was 5 years ago - Bench 60kgx8, Squat 60kgx10, Pull Down 65kgx10 Started to change what I eat by removing chocolate and sauces from my diet, moved from deep fried to grilled or baked food. If I can make a sandwich, she also can make one. I am getting mixed signals here - " If it forces you to do something that inconveniences you at that moment and she can easily do it, its a shit test" (c) To take her out I would have to stop putting up the drywall, this is inconvenient. If she is hungry she can make a sandwich. An hour later, when I finished with the drywall, I made myself a sandwich. Are you saying that I misunderstand the quote above? Also, isn't a trip to a restaurant a reward…

wife should be dripping with gratitude, The goal was not the wife. The goal is to create the environment in which I would enjoy living. For some reason I expected my wife to create such environment. Now I am doing it myself. I will work on passive-aggressive, did not realize it was me.

Thank you for the feedback, I did not see myself as passive-aggressive. I was consumed by renovations, all walls were taken down, insulated, put back up, painted/wallpaper. Some walls were removed, others added to make open living and extra room, storage, etc. Roof/floor also insulated. That was lots of work and I stopped paying attention house affairs.
