I relate so much with this, thanks for the post. Literally restless all day to go to the gym and feel so nice and the dopamine rush is insane. Have trouble focusing on anything else and consistently doing anything else apart from going to the gym though and the thing you said about oneitis is so true, literally take over my mind and I create so many theories and stories in my head constantly whirring at 100 Miles per hour.
