Pretty bad oneitis since last year. She didn't want to go on a second date, after which I nexted her. We lost touch, but she started banging my door again (liking my facebook posts, sending me a long facebook message asking how I was doing, heavy flirting when she saw me in class). I noticed her girlfriends were a lot friendlier towards me as well. End of May I thought I might as well try one more time and I asked her out, to which she said she couldn't come, because of exams. She did say that she was available after her exams (5 weeks later).
5 weeks!? That was too long for my taste, I suspected she was leading me on again. Somewhere in those 5 weeks, she liked a random facebook post again however. I ignored.
Fast forward to last week: I graduated, had good results, just came back from a great weekend, feeling great. Graduation party arrived. Probably the last time I'd ever see her. OF COURSE I was trying to forget her in the weeks before this party, talking to as many girls as I could, though I wasn't able to delete the idea "well I can talk to her once more, see what will happen" from my head. At the party, I had a great time on the dancefloor, talking and dancing with many girls. Then I drank too much. I danced with my oneitis, but she seemed to avoid me somewhat. (looking at me from a distance, then when I approached her and started to dance, she would immediately go say hi to some friends of her).
Retarded me got (a bit) frustrated, and near the end, I invited her outside 'because it's so hot on the dancefloor'. Though I was drunk, I was pretty sure I could handle this conversation, since I had some great conversation with many people before this one.
I don't quite remember all that was said, so excuse me if this recollection is messy: I noticed she didn't acted at all as I was used of her, very early mentioning that she wasn't drunk, was hungry and wasn't planning to stay long (that was my first cue, should've left there and then). "Awayverysoon2, are you high? your pupils are so big". (I have big eyes, other than alcohol, I didn't do drugs). I mentioned that date we talked about last time, to which she playfully acted "hmmm, did I say I wanted to go on a date?", she continued by giving me a long and detailed description of her upcoming vacation, free dates, to which I responded something in the lines of "bullshit, are you really expecting me to remember all that? I get it". Meanwhile friends of her interrupted the conversation saying bye. She responded "You can always try". (this is the meanest thing she said to me in retrospect, leading me on again), to which I said that's bullshit again. She was moving back towards the party, repeating that she was hungry (second cue). Frustrated, not wanting to leave it there, I mentioned something about the facebook likes ("What?? I can't even like your facebook posts? Ok then, I'll never like anything you post ever again"). (note that she often liked me being interested in, or going to events).
I told her she wasn't the good girl I thought she was, but rather good on the outside, bad on the inside (some line I use with girls, most girls likes this one). SHE however responded saying "whow Awayverysoon2, why are you acting so weird?" (not looking in my eyes, constantly looking elsewhere, fidgety). Not totally remembering what happened afterwards, after I was calling her out on her bullshit some more, she started calling me "a loser" (first time ever I heard her insulting someone, not being in manic pixie mode (drunken me told her "eh, no, you're a loser"). She had probably been sending 'help-signals' to friends of her, because some gay friend, in a police-tone started talking to us. She took the opportunity to go back to the party, and told me "Bye Awayverysoon2, all the best". I said "All the best? Seriously? Ok well, bye then!", and I left.
In retrospect, I'm wondering if I wasn't too aggressive. I think I was pretty calm, though I might've seemed somewhat threatening. At most I seemed, without saying it explicitely, frustrated and fed up by her leading me on (which is a BIG no-no! right????). My intention was not, not in any way, to try to scare her or make her feel aggressed or something. I knew that she was uncomfortable at some points, though this didn't stop her from going away, nor did I ever prevent her from moving. (btw, there's supposed to be SOME level of tension, right? I never tried to be friends). Since I was drunk, and this whole me-too affaire, I was wondering if I should apologize for my behaviour or something. (this would be through a facebook message, I lost her number).
TL;DR: semi-drunkenly talked to oneitis on party. Might've unintentionally scared her. Wondering if I should apologize??
