Men misread women not being attracted to them as finding them sub-human. They are not open about anything else. They aren't into you. no i regularly hear women talk to me about other men, and they are very open about saying that they view unattractive men as far below us
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 07:35 PM

The same goes for those who punch down and then beg for help/entitlements. I am judging them
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 03:23 PM

I don't think anyone sees anyone unable to form a romantic bond as sub-human or low value. Do you go outside and talk to women? Ime more attractive women are more open about this

It's like they don't have the cognitive horsepower to visualize the bell curves overlapping. they dont, and they wont have the cognitive power to understand distribution differences in other topics either

Its an inevitability with the income disparity, especially at the high end. Men make 65% of the money. Top 10% income is 181k for men 129k for women. Top 5% 255k for men 174k for women. Top 2% 380k for men 255k for women. I dont think this accounts for labor force participation either which moves the distribution downward for women relatively. Even if men wanted to pair with their "income match" its impossible at an aggregate level because the counterpart on the distribution makes way less. Men …

How is a man objectively better at making money Men are contrarian and women are consensus seekers. Nobody ever made a fortune doing what everyone else is doing and fixing cars? Higher spatial intelligence

Has anyone really asked “why are we using this much in the first place?” Where do you think this comment lives

They are npcs in the debate that by reflexively trying to dunk on men make their posts reveal their true intentions about things. In this way, they do contribute to the discussion

If a particular man or woman are equally capable of doing a responsibility Capable binary doesnt mean effectively or efficiently. Division of labor is the first principle of economies of scale
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/26 09:13 PM

And if you prefer traditional roles, is that because you believe men and women are naturally better suited to different responsibilities That is objectively true

Im asking because my ex (finance director) and current girl (food scientist w PhD) both fit this handbag buying pattern to a T and im curious if its an archetype at a certain range doesn't every dollar go into a big pot and nobody plays petty games? Thats what chumps who get married do

I doubt everything everyone says men and women included. I take it seriously when an outcome is defined and measured outside of people's claims about a situation by domeone with no stake in it. If you ask people 65% will say theyre smarter than average. Thats objectively crap information

A Veblen good is a luxury item where demand increases as the price increases, defying standard economic laws of supply and demand. Named after economist Thorstein Veblen, these goods serve as status symbols driven by conspicuous consumption.

My high school junior year math teacher cheated on his wife he had 3 kids with divorced her and started a new life with the other woman. The kids called him homewrecker to his face, almost daily. He had to just eat it and pretend it didnt bother him. I thought it was funny at the time but looking back thats pretty brutal

sure my girl wanted to finish up planning our trip to europe. i wanted to be lazy and push it off to the next day since it was like 9pm already. 2 weeks later i realized i completely forgot. checked a bunch of other options and ended up getting the same original flight we were looking at for $500 more a ticket. i felt shitty and paid for both the ticket price increases since that was my fault for forgetting

I think people are asking for clarification on if you're referring to a specific type of mistake. If i never see it for any type of mistake you can use any type of mistake as an example Like I messed up on an Google sheets formula and the numbers ended up wrong and we were working with wrong assumptions at work for like 3 months. This is why I tell people if you have manual data entry/excel your solution is wrong from the start
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/26 09:09 PM

Or that you don't believe any woman ever owns their mistakes or bad choices and takes actions to correct them or apologize? This one. I've never seen it. Always someone else's fault. Always the world that needs to change

No, its not. I can take accountability for my mistakes without punishing myself. I can say, I fucked up, that was a bad judgement call I apologize for wasting everyones time. Re: 4 - is it your opinion that any woman who ever mentions her own experience with sexual assault and harassment is de facto "crying wolf? i think theres much ado about not a whole lot going on, like comparing some guy at work saying you have a nice ass to quid pro quo harassment or violent forcible rape. you kinda visibly see this going on in the term rape being phased out for sexual assault. Anything not related to dating that makes you exceptional draws embarrassment/mocking. I've been mocked for some of my best ideas. If you want more evidence that women have it better, they are the main beneficiaries of DEI/affirmative action programs. They are more likely to get things like scholarships or a job due to this, therefore, women have it better in arguably the most important thing in the world, money. Dei is illegal for all govt contractors which is most large companies and the ai layoffs are hiding a big rollback on dei dead weight hires. 2016 wants its talking points back, we already won on this one

that the #1 consistent male-coded social behavior is deceptive self presentation to garner both a level of sympathy but also respect from the group. That’s the main difference between how men and women self-present. Have you ever thought that maybe you’re just not an empathetic person who doesn’t really care what happened to a person? Empathy is required to understand people actually. You have to be able to put yourself in your shoes and think how you'd react to Option A vs Option B to make the right call. Sympathy is not. the real problem I see over and over again is that men see women in a way differently than how women internally and externally portray themselves. instead of listening to the words that come out of your mouths, you are being externally observed analyzed and judged on your actions. and that's a problem not because it's incorrect but because you can no longer present any internal narrative you want. Where men are failing right now is that a lot of them are doing everything that they can to avoid marriage, but they are not offering anything but good will in return. Why do I need to offer an alternative im getting everything I want already without it. Your pageantry bs costs 100k and 100+ hours of planning just to dance to the same cringe music for the 100th time

Yeah I went out a couple weeks ago with some friends that are personal trainers and dont make nearly as much as me. I spent over $100 on drinks hsnging out with them for 6 hours. They kept going after I tapped out and went home to take care of my dog at midnight. Thats a stupid expense for me at my much much higher income but for them its a 2x a week thing

the vast majority of people never have to worry about being attacked. I've been in 4 situations that devolved to near fights in the past year. One was this sunday. Im not a shit starter but if you go outside where there are drunk people, you know, touching grass, it happens One of these involved a drunk woman repeatedly screaming in my exs face and I put myself between them. She still left the bar after the 3rd or 4th time

Yeah the #1 resource and the only truly finite one is time = money and labor. Despite all the chores anecdotes the women here like to bring out, a married man works 1hr more a day (paid work + unpaid work) than an unmarried man. Basically its on a time-money axis. The way you win is making the value of your time very high. Any amount burned on a specific woman is meaningless when you can go make more. And you can pay to compress everything else so you have time for dating.

When talking about hypergamy? There's no hope to achieve- the red pill is an attempt to explain what happens. Women are hypergamous and try to climb upwards, this is provable. The general message is dont get used for your resources since that fits the median. My takeaway is make more money until looksmaxing-maxing and "being used for your money" is like buying a gumball

Yea Whats the future tense of hot women marrying up. The next generations hot girls grow up rich. Daddy bankrolls them until their man does. They find some work but its kinda irrelevant in the grand scheme and more personal development. People who dont really need to work can spend 100% of their time and energy and a lot of money on looks maxing. The cycle continues
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 06:21 PM

Everyone makes the tragic mistake of assuming ses and looks independence but thats just not the case The hottest women concentrate on the most expensive zip codes with the richest men and all the different forms of looks maxing mean you have very few lower class hot people

I have my shit together A moral compass is a very childlike view of the world. People cause great harm trying to do good all the time. People reject whats good for them almost universally. This framing also puts someone who learns from their mistakes and refines their worldview (objectively good) as someone with no moral compass. It's silly Feminism might be the best example. The net effect is population reduction to the magnitude of ww2 europe and feminists think theyre making the world a bette…

I look at what women do not what women say. I do this for everyone. Men also make a lot of claims that don't hold up to scrutiny. Your particular naxalt example will never outweigh the collective inertia of the market. Itll never be worth thinking about for a man trying to date many women. The goal is exciting, hot, rich. Rich often does run counter to morals ethics values and rich works like a charm. Women never have issues with how you got rich
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/26 11:32 AM

I know the Olympians have none but that doesnt mean defining one isnt good. If we define one its easy to prove men are getting blown out. It likely depends on a lot of factors like how comfortable they feel with that guy how well they know him, sort of vibe he has. Calling someone “the cost center of the relationship” means they are framing the relationship like a business and saying: “You consume resources, but you do not generate equivalent value.” In normal language, it means they think you are more of a burden than a contributor. What “cost center” means In business, a cost center is a department or function that costs money but does not directly produce revenue. Examples: HR, compliance, IT support, administration.

I had an ex that straight up turned crazy during college from campus speeches etc and started treating me very differently. She grabbed my phone while I was sleeping and deleted all the sexy pics she sent me during our relationship and told me "THOSE DONT BELONG TO YOU". I never mistreated her one bit

Also then account for the additional labour that women do 'because they're naturally better at it' like notetaking and organizing. I'm in engineering and every group project, there is a woman who, on top of her fair share, organizes, makes sure no lose ends, submits, reminds everyone, plans meetings and whatnot. Like if 70% of women have a higher level of “emotional outbursts” and 50% of men have them, that doesn’t mean having emotional outbursts is a feminine trait, that’s illogical. It means to a statistically significant mathematically provable level women have more emotional outbursts than men A lot of these traits are instilled in a person by our culture and how boys and girls are nurtured, not from our biological makeup. Track that in structured data and control for it. Tell me what results you ge…

Looks and personality both matter. Its a logical and gate not an or gate. I can only conclude that most men have never experienced being sexually objectified, and thus don’t know what it is You cant imagine someone reacting differently to the same thing? Women mistakenly misjudging the midpoint is implied. Women wanting men in the top 40% of (engineered objective attractiveness metric) will filter out significantly more than 60% of men is my point. The same way how going halfway from average to smartest man in the world will filter out 98%
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/26 12:08 PM

Average can mean mean median and mode Something interesting about men having higher genetic diversity - that means the gap between the ugliest men and most attractive men will be much bigger than the gap between the ugliest and most attractive women, the same way it is with intelligence. So mean attractiveness will skew higher than median (50th percentile avg) inherently

Last time I was on the apps I got rejected a ton for suggesting free dates like going for a walk through the park Its a nice sentiment but the overwhelming majority of women view being treated romantically as spend lots of money. The only way ive seen to get away from it is nice cooking at home, like a perfect filet and lobster tail with wine pairing at home. Alright let's go there. The answer is both yes and no. Lets break it down. Women have collectively decided they only want top tier men, which creates pressures on all men to become as close to top tier as possible. This is also why stereotyping is more effective than assuming nothing about anyone 2) blue pill people here display different set of beliefs. There are people who are sex positive and who are anti porn a…

the framing around this is always fertility decline but lots of people dont want kids. my first boss who had a net worth in the 100s of mils was childfree. IIRC the projections are showing that roughly 30-40% smp age people now won't have kids, so even if you dont have a majority there's still enough to make a big disruption in the market and that's not the only deciding factor just call a spade a spade. it's not about fertility, women hit the wall and get ugly to a point where what they offer i…

My thought is that maybe, on some level there’s a psychological aspect to it where women admire or feel drawn to strong male figures in history or leadership roles. They dont care about that shit buddy. If they did military history wouldn't be a >80% male field.

Get a hobby to build some confidence. Doctors can afford expensive, fun ones like getting 100 level season tickets. Then you go make friends with the investment bankers who have the season tickets next to your section. Im guessing doctors get tested and you have to skip the doing a line of coke with your new friends People who say money doesnt buy happiness, I gotta say, I dont think they ever really tried

1 is all pay walled 2 is estimating candy in a jar as a proxy for wiser which is just hilarious In heterogeneous networks, first decisions are made quickly by impulsive individuals who need little evidence to make a choice but, even when wrong, can reveal the correct options to nearly everyone else. Interesting idea. The higher likelihood of people in heterogeneous networks not liking each other means people tell captain quick to judge why theyre wrong with higher frequency

Nor is intelligence the number one marker for distributing dating advice. I've noticed that in anything there are 2 kinds of top performers. The naturals and the learned it late, had to be extremely analytical to try to catch up halfway. The naturals are always the best, but they have no idea why. You ask them for advice and they just tell you some variation of "do the thing". The late learner knows what works and why it works because they built the mental pathways after metacognition started. T…

doesn't mean that they are smart enough to actually see things from women's perspective and know what should they do. I would argue against this. Women here regularly say how can you vet someone in a few dates but I have to make a decision on paying someone 150k and staking part of my reputation on them after talking to them for 2 hours all the time. My practical advice for vetting: create subtle game theory traps and ask hypotheticals on anything that seems sketchy. Game theory traps put what t…

Because (top tier) men are smarter than just about all women. Avg intelligence is extremely limited, you have low odds of getting valuable insight talking to men but much lower odds talking to women Women don't resonate with men's experiences and don't know what actually needs to be done. Again, this works both ways. Intelligence is how you process known data into accurate predictions on unseen data. The dating experience on one end (numbers game) can easily be extrapolated onto the other end (b…

Don’t lecture me about “emergent tech.” I live and breathe the space. a sausagefest of crazy proportions intensifying logarithmically as you go up As I said, most women I know have intellectual jobs or intellectually and physically demanding jobs. Many have kids and spouses. And yet they maintain their friendships. you're going binary on me again. that's not how any of that shakes out. Just having kids is a hard cap on what someone can accomplish esp for women. The climb is not the maintain and …

so i mention emergent tech and you thought to yourself, physical energy not mental. ok then Why do men act like they’re doing something exceptional here? you're framing work as a binary 1 0. This simplistic view collapses just adding hours worked into the mix. Now add decision making degrees of freedom (yes you can quantify how hard a job is mentally). Account for time constraints. And aggregate. I would ballpark the split at somewhere between 80/20 and 90/10. Mind you it’s the actual normie blu…

Its pretty easy, but the constraints of finite time and energy mean you have to be selective and intentional. Addition by subtraction is a thing Hot Take: I’ve observed that men (more men than women to be specific) find this aspect difficult for some reason? Yes the workhorse gender has less time and energy to spend on "maintaining relationships". You are at a pivotal point when mastery of emergent tech will define who has socioeconomic power for decades to come. A massive hierarchical reshuffli…

much ado is made about men being stronger but men still make up the military when they're no longer required to form a shield wall and swing heavy spears around. because if you gave women the same physical strength as men they still rout immediately when the cavalry approaches and everybody dies. If you're really upset about something like this you're not going to like the coming centralization of power once people start letting the proto AGIs rip on scenario modeling everything. Think a machine…

the usa wont even arrest the people involved in a kiddy diddling kompromat ring intended to subvert control of the country to a foreign power. We have another rape/murder ring setting "pop culture" for the last 30 years most of the members of which are still on the tv. And you think demanding action on anything 200 steps less damaging than that is going to be productive? yes - we know the men in charge are the other players in the game

it's a very comparable analogy and easy to understand but sure i'll break it down for you. if i go to a shitter company im the smartest guy in the room and they desperately need me and will cling onto me. if i go to an elite company i am part of a large replaceable stream of extremely smart people. the shitter company offers infinitely better security but the elite company might be a better choice anyways because of what they can offer me that isn't security like more $ and rsus, exposure to the…

Otherwise, women are perfectly as able as men. ok i would highly dispute that, but moving on Physically for the purposes of personal safety/security, women are less capable than men. I think this in and of itself creates an inherent hierarchy and that is enough to satisfy the original definition youre arguing about of misogyny. A corollary is that anyone who isn't a complete moron is a misogynist by that defn.
