I don't know how many women I've shoulder checked as I've passed. They are walking in pairs and next to each other and won't give way and I'm by myself and can easily pass by them if they just adjust to single file. They then usually give a surprised and indignant exclamation as I crash through the one that's closest to me. I used to turn around and say something like "the sidewalk is for everyone" but now I don't bother. I just keep going. The collision is enough.

My first thought. It's like "you can't take care of your toys so we'll take care of them for you until you're old enough to take care of them yourselves." The average rapist rapes multiple victims Doubtful, and you cite nothing to support that claim. The note they handed me did mention tampons and sanitary napkins along with the products used by both men and women. I don't have any problems with that. It's a specialized need that would be ridiculous to point to as a special privilege for women. It was just the lack of any assistance to a homeless charity helping the vast majority of the homeless (men).
