Every morning, I take a long walk on a public trail in my city. The paved surface might be 2 meters wide, and I always walk on the extreme right side (as if I were driving) to avoid oncoming traffic.

Typically, when I meet women approaching from the opposite direction, they never move over to their right side of the path. Indeed, when there are two or more of them (and/or their spawn), they typically hog the entire width of the path, forcing me to stand off the trail while they pass.

I don't post this observation looking for an explanation of this obviously anti-social and dangerous behavior. The apparent quality of possessing a uterus seems sufficient for my understanding.

The men I encounter on the trail always move to their far right as we pass each other.
