You're here, you are critical about yourself. You have a goal. You are not homeless, you failed at college twice and still try to go back. Trying to go to college is a goal many never will achieve. Beside i somehow doubt college should be the end goal. So what i see, is that you fail and you keep going. Change your perspective for once. Dont look at all the guys that are better than you, but look at those who are doing worse and gain some self worth. You might be a 4 or 5 at the moment. But your…

I wonder that you probably aren't alone and there will either we be coworkers you could ask if they see any therapist or can give any tipps. I wouldn't wonder if there are any support clubs for that get of purpose

It's all about perspective. Most people don't see what you see. Glad you made it, there was a great post about dopamine the other day. When addiction meets depression, you are most likely to do some bad stuff to yourself. Had suicidal thoughts for quite a while. Fun fact, one reason i hesitated, was that i didn't wanted to burden the poor, firefighter who needs to get rid of me. a fitting quote. Hard times create hard men Hard men create good times Good times create soft men Soft men create hard…

Problem the truth doesn't sink in well, when you see the world differently. Hence the book :)

Yeah especially as the book is pretty eye opening. You will see that the "oppression" is not normal.

Honestly send him a copy of "no more mister nice guy" either he gets it or is lost. Also there is a good one called "beziehung ist männer sache" as you seem to be german. Message to him. "Its your fault and your choice. You need to improve yourself. Read these two books. The journey is on you"

Again its perspective. For me its honorable to teach fellow man. You'll become a better teacher and writer, which also will help with your personal life. Actually i think way clearer since I've started writing regularly. But you have to limit consumption and looking for the karma. That is what gets you addicted. So for me it would be a shame to see you go. I have a feeling its a bit due to the controversy about your first posts. But keep up the good for the people that actually care about your p…

Good point, i wasnt clear enough. Its not for daily journals, but great to get everything out of your head and on paper once i a while. For me it's a mind download. When it gets to cluttered.

Great post. For Journaling i also use a technique i call todo cloud or mind download. My Problem was that i again had a phase where i tried to remember everything in my head and i was constantly jumping from "you need to do" got super stressed and a bit depressed. So i took two pieces of paper (or sides in your journal) and made a cloud for work and personal life. The way i do it, is that i write "todo" in a circle. Then projects get a sub circle. For example "training" or "finance". Traing will…

Where are you in this post? You ask society about what your place should be. But it's your choice. Learn that it's okay to want something. Think about yourself first for once. Females can be good to make everything and their feelings. Be aware though, once you'll find that your live hasnt been about you so far you will get angry. And feel it others (societies fault), its not. Own it, it's yours. But you cant change the past, so focus on self improvement and what is happening now. Next step on yo…

Thanks for the comment. I didn't mention cortisol as the katabolic counterpart to insulin. So added that as an edit. Btw if your into that theme try to look into carb back loading. I experimented with adding some glucose right after the last set.

In the current state most guys know how to Beta. Whats lacking is Alpha, which gets misinterpreted as Alpha is all you need. Still i dont feel you can't be successful (in job) with out some alpha. Or we need to add the omega state to the model, for the guys that cant even fill the provider role.

Good point. A lot of ways to get the strength resistance training done. Swimming and rowing is a pretty slick combo for great upper body. But beware of the confirmations bias. Is he in a good shape of sports? Or is he good at those two sports, due to a fitting physique.

You shouldn't train the same muscles every day. Try to learn more about training splits. Also your ligaments and bones will adapt much slower then your muscles, so beware of injuries. Consistency is key.

This is true. I remember sometimes putting a 5k run for fun after a hard strength workout at 17-18. Now I'd die.

Im quite stoked how many commenters think this it good advice on nutrition. Please read this article from whisper. https://www.trp.red/p/whisper/1442 While this post gets some factors right, the underlying cause is completely different. It's all about insulin and triggering the right hormonal stages. Like mentioned in whispers article. EDIT Actually its about insulin as an anabolic hormon and Cortisol as the catabolic counterpart, which was implied in "triggering the right hormonal response" EDI…

That is great, i probably would habe cried and quit at that point. I feel that so bad with the self critique. A lot of my missing self-worth was due to my negative self talk and critique. Since i learned about the red pill. I Am happy with myself als long as i put in the work. Which is great.

That is exactly it. And conflicts in Ice Hockey get physical really quick. So greatest of respect for having control over them. But it must be almost traumatic for a 15 year old.

Thank you, I'll do my best. Is funny how different you think about it once you become a referee. It looks disturbingly easy, but isn't.

Absolutely and once you feel good about one part, you find another aspect to improve.

As you might know I'm not an expert at all in farther figures. But from what I noticed there are empowering farther figures and suppressing ones. And then there are a lot of zoned of Betas. Even with a strong farther, with preschool & school being female or blue pull dominated it's a lot of influence. So there is a lot of habits to "unlearn". Like AlfaRed2000 said, up in another comment. Go lift. That will give a lot of self respect and you finally learn to speak up for yourself.

This so true. I'm a hard believer of that if you needed to break down the Red Pill in 3 words it would be. "Go Fu***** Lift" Rule #1 should be: - If you haven't touched a weight in 48 hours, you aren't allowed to enter.

Actually you have a point. But it depends on the level of play. On the lower levels, there are lot more volunteers and they got pushed into the role. For us if your club has a certain size they need to provide a referee. So normally its the guy that doesn't say no.

What a great way to sum it all up. It was a hard lesson for me to learn self respect and to enforce the rules. But it helped me a lot and im still learning.

No i Wont. I'm a hard believer that we should SELF-improve, but stand together as the group as we are.I also believe in that people who seek out this place, want to and will improve. But they can be in bad mental place right now. I've been there myself. If only 1 person finds that comment helpfull, because a stranger on the interwebs said (and means it) he'll believe in him, even though anyone in his surroundings won't. Then i can gladly say, i did my part.

But really make a clear move. Tell her you want a real date and escalate from that. Either you get a clear yes or no, but you aren't the valet anymore. Chances are, you are already in or on the way to friendzone. So be precise that you want her / are interested. But bite on your tung with all that "soulmate feelings talk" if you say that before her, I'd say it's 90% chance she isnt gonna respond well.

I'm with you that some post feel "off" On the Chad and Tyrone thing, i can only quote Whisper in his interview when he said "you dont want to be Chad". It's a stereotype. Not the goal. Do we need a tyrone? I don't know? would it be racist if we only have a white version of the stereotype? Anyways both stereotypes are good with girls, but far from the ideal man, so nothing we want to be. If you haven't heard the interview yet, please do it! it will give a better perspective on TRP and it's core v…

Lol no. But the shit this guys done is clearly a IOI. Anyway i know better now, im just annoyed by women that fake IOIs to get free stuff. Can just say the 2/3 rule is a godsend for me, but i still feel pity for the guys that dont know better.

Yes exactly, im just saying everybody knows about the contract, but women break it knowingly. As you found im still annoyed by that fact. I thought times had been more honorable 100 years ago, but im probably wrong.

As a former Simp i can approve. I doubt any guy would put that kind of work into it without hoping for something. BUT The problem isn't that a guy would do the (honorable) work and be a gentleman. The problem is women seeing it as free real estate and feel entitled to it. If you don't want him, dont take his free work or even encourage it by flirting. Thats a culture problem. It becomes the males problem when he isn't changing with the environment.

I stumbled on the Red Pill some months ago and it gave me a purpose and vision to lift again. I read on hear that frame is self acceptance, but I'm a highly selfcritical person. So i know im not at my goal yet. But im happy with myself aslong i put in the work to reach my goals that day. So I'm thinking "you are a fat fu.. but the best version of a fat fu. On the way to your vision you could be today" so im actually proud about myself, and i have never said that about myself EVER. All thanks to …

I learned that lessons about SOCIETY years ago. It's not the females fault. But you get told "be nice and they will Love you for your personality" that is pure bulsh... Beeing overweigt all my youth to suddenly (started Lifting and clean eating) dropping 35kg at 18 it was night and day. I didnt change my personality, but my attention went from "hes creepy" to welcomed. Just looks. No emotional connection blabla. Society is a freaking lie on that part. Gained wait again over the last 10 years of …

Or if you cant do even one, (trust me been there revently) do an easy variant. Like on knees or against wall. It's not a failure to train for your current level and condition.

From someone who had a major depression this year and beeing on the verge of giving up. I can say that i started Lifting again and started to eat clean after the frist sessions. And it literally saved my life. So if your on the edge. Do some pushups. On your knees or standing against a wall. It doesn't matter, Just do something. You can do it i believe in you!

For your second question, what do you want? I hear that you want to take your family in, and maybe your wife's parents. What responsibilities do you have towards HER Aunt? Especially when it means your family can't live with you. I hear "my house, my family first" in the question but hesitation to say it out loud.

I think the sucess of this post is due to the fact its not spread out. The internet is full of small bite size articles but nothing that is complete. This though is a complete journey that will get you 80% of the way. Once you start you can dig deeper.

As someone whos been gone from pretty decent red pill, to Bluey Blue pants during my LTR and now getting crawling back to the red side. Go lift, no excuses. This is step one. Your body will shape your mind and self esteem. Read the red pill everyday, get into the mindset. A date is not a job-interview where it's rational and you share information about each other. For Girls it's about feelings and entertainment not facts. Yes i've had such an formal job-interview like date i bored a bank-teller …

For me it's okay to post onsocial media or stories. But don't do it for the likes. Be clear about it, it is marketing. Show your life and your self. Ultimately the girls will want to join your life. It's just the way of being visible and present these days. Very important don't seek likes or comments. You are there to present your self and let the world come to you. If they want an interaction with you. They need to hope for your attention. As for your other question. Be clear about your red pil…
