Well, he definitely seduced her, but you may be right.

Up until last week, we just had a DNA test, I wasn't even on the birth certificate and we just had an informal support and visiting agreement. Now that I am legally the father, I have a lot more options, but really dread the idea of a custody fight. I have a sense that the details of this all would be hard to prove, and I wouldn't get to far.

If I sleep with him propped up holding him in my arms, that seems to work most of the time. His mother bitterly hates that when I do that to him because he then expects her to hold him too. I did send her an email, it's in the other comments. We'll see how she responds.

what brand is it? Is it organic? I have no clue, all I know is that I he had the strong smell of garlic on his breath, and I saw a gel cap in his poop, which freaked me out when I realized. It is possible to overdose on garlic Thanks, thankfully I only saw one gel cap, it looked like a tiny thing no more than half a centimetre circle. His poop was also green, but that could be from the fruit-rollups which are his favorite.

Thank you, and one more thing. I may not be an expert parent, but I do have a beautiful sweet loving happy confident 12 year old daughter. I may not have raised her like a nutritionist would, but she sure seems to have turned out to be the most perfect girl in the world. I treat him with just as much love and care as I did her, I may have made a mistake but still don;t think I did anything that horrible. Though I certainly will be more careful with his diet from now on.

frankly, I don't have the money for a lawyer, I'm unemployed right now, and even if I did, I would much rather spend it on him than on legal battles. As far as the gel cap, I saved the diaper in a zip lock bag and dated and timed it, but it's been almost 24 hrs since he was dropped off, and he seems fine now. Whatever was in his system is long gone, it seems crazy to go to the emergency room at this time, but I think will take the diaper to his paediatrician and ask about it depending on what sh…

I don't know? that's the whole point. Some people use it as a remedy for certain things, but she didn't tell me, and even if she did it seemed sort of odd to me.

Plus, it's sort of hard to resist a pleased baby. Thank you, also he is sort of underweight for his age and a picky eater. I'm really reluctant to refuse him food when he wants it badly. I'm usually just glad to see him eat anything.

Thanks, he had other foods too, I'm not a pro at this parenting stuff though. I would never do that to him or his mom intentionally.

They are the most disadvantaged, not because they are the least helped by government services, but because their mothers are the most helped by government services.

Well, it will protect you from the manipulated pregnancy liabilities, but not from other things like false rape charges, or domestic abuse charges, or complaints to your employer, or just general slander and badmouthing.

After reading a few posts like this on reddit and other places, it really causes me to question the nature of the abuse going on. Was the abuse an act on inappropriate sex ... which caused serious personal damage, or was the relationship abusive anyhow and inappropriate sex just happened to be a part of that, making a bad situation far more serious?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
