Humans evolved to become the best long-distance runners on Earth. Peristance hunters: hunting down prey until it collapses from heat exhaustion. And some people say long-distance running is stressful and raises cortisol, but I find it's like meditation: you enter a trance where you're focused but very relaxed, even going at a very fast pace. I like to run in Fivefingers or barefoot on some nice grass. Builds good calves. I think pavement-pounding is stressful with people and cars but in the wood…

Fasting is the only way I know of to lose weight and not get left with extra skin. I talking about an absolute water fast. For weeks. A Scottish guy did one for over a year. Google it. Besides that, surgery would have to remove skin.

Watch "it's no good" on youtube. At first it seems blue pill. But watching the video makes you realise that Depeche Mode is mocking the Blue Pill perspective. Some of their music is BP but only because its New Romantacist stuff. Romantacism is BP & RP in ways. Rammstein is pure RP and fun (the big guy rides a massive dildo and shoots fake cum everywhere and its amazing) Linkin Park is wayyyy to Blue Pill for me. But I love their music. Fibre is overrated. It increases bowel movements because you bowels get irritated by the scraping caused by fibre and want to dump it out. If you want gut bacteria have some homemade kefir or raw cheese or some animal intestines with half-digested grasses like the native Americans had. Also be outside barefoot in a forest etc and you'll pick up a huge diversity of bacteria.

Humans don't need to cook meat. I eat raw liver 3 times a week. Cooking is a preference. Meat from outdoor-raised responsibly farmed animals is fine raw. Most people have low stomach acid from having too many carbs in their lives and eating too often. Our stomach ph is suppossed to be between 1-3 (same as a lion's) and with strong stomach acid raw meat is safe as houses.

Veggies are overrrated. Beef/Lamb liver is wayyy more nutritionally dense and bioavailable. (Even contain vitamin C). Fun fact: the more sugar you have the more vitamin C you need to fruit (sugar) just makes you need even more vitamin C. Whereas if you get vitamin C From animal organ meat you get a bigger net benefit. (Animals make their own vitamin C)

Saturated fat does not clog human arteries and is the best fuel for humans and animal fat is prized in every hunter society. It helps all hormone production and has more than double the energy or carbs. Saturated fat is heat stabke meaning that it does not react in our blood and go rancid (whereas polyunsaturates can because of the temperature and oxygen in our blood.) The studies showing it clogged artieries etc was done when RABBITS were fed meat. Rabbits are not humans. Eating Saturated fat i…

DIET. The USDA lied to everyone to profit agricultiral industries because of lobbying. Saturated fat is good for you, grains are terrible, dietary cholesterol is not harmful, vegetable oils are responsible for many problems. Calories do not make you fat: obesity is a sickness caused by insulin resistance. Also there's chemicals in the water that make the frogs gay. (Wasn't joking about diet)

That's why this post advocates compounds at least once a week to stimulate T that help rebuild tissue destroyed during isolation work. Yes I know squats build arms but to get great muscles isolation work is really helpful.

Yeah... well I do barefoot uphill sprints and parkruns. They help but it's simply more efficient to do sissy squats, calf raises and vacuums to get a good athletic look.

Focusing on aesthetic aspects may hinder your progress. Progress in what? Lifting more weight in the gym? Is that the point of TRP? To hunk up more weight like that actually matters? Frankly I enjoy lifting heavy but it's not my priority because aesthetics is more valuable in terms of sexual strategy. And despite my age I am very experienced heading to gym 6 days a week for a year and training 7 peers. The post mentions how a COMBINATION of aesthetic isolation training with power training is opt…

Nothing "unscientific" with my post. "Bigger men"??? A shredded Hugh Jackman is more attractive to nearly ALL WOMEN than a larger fat man. 'Big' can mean a lot of things. Being thin is not feminine, lower bodyfat correlates with higher testosterone and better health. There's a reason superhero actors get shredded for movies: it looks great. A large ripped man can be more attractive but that's mostly because he's ripped and probably a Spanish fitness model etc. Again frame is most important.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/18 05:22 PM

What a useless comment. Quote anything in my post you disagree with. I didn't say compounds were bad. This post is not a whole overview of lifting, that's why recovery wasn't mentioned. /r/TheRedPill02/04/18 04:20 PM

I'm 65kg and NOWHERE near where I want to be so that's a poor example. It would depend on whether the 120kg man was fat or not, or ugly or not. Mostly it would depend on frame. Obviously many women would prefer 'the mountain' whereas many others would prefer a fitness model.

The bench press leads to rotator cuff problems. If you use a lighter weight on the neck press it is a great movement, although like any movement it is not for everyone. Maybe for you it hurt your shoulder? Have you ever tried it properly for yourself?

Yes but that isn't physical strength: that is resilience. Loads of CEO's, lawyers and politicians are scrawny. You're confusing physical strength with determination and making a needless argumemt.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/18 03:08 PM
1

Strength is a very general term. The difference is bigger sarcoplasm stores, glycogen metobolism, nerve signalling. And 35lb curls are not better than 15lb curls if form is bad. The tempo, form and intensity of a workout matters more than the weight on terms of hypertrophy.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/18 03:02 PM
10

Strength is not the most useful thing in life in the modern world. Money is. A good body 99%of the time is a hobby and for fun and game unless you're an athlete/trainer. Aesthetics is different to strength. Strength is moving something from A to B. The blokes who snatch weight in the olympics are not always aesthetic. Yes modern bodybuilding is ridiculous. But golden-era they were adored by women and it was more mainstream.

Sprint 100m to your gym all-out it gets excitement up and releases good feelings. Not so. Marathon runners also develop insulin resistance. Look up Tim Noakes.
/r/TheRedPill25/03/18 09:20 PM

You only need carbs for the insulin spike for protein uptake of you start deceloping levels of insulin resistance (most people probably have it to some degree) which is caused by long-term consumption carbohydrates (yes even in athletes like marathon runners). Its a vicious cycle. Better to just have less carbs so cells can take up protein better and carbs when you do rarely have them ;)
/r/TheRedPill25/03/18 09:18 PM

I heard that your T levels don't decrease per se, but that your T receptors become more sensitive to accomodate the higher levels of T, therefore your body uses more so that's why less is registered in blood readings. Can anyone confirm this?

Half of lifting for aesthetics is illusion. Focus on lateral deloid work to make shoulders wider. Do stomach vaccums to make shoulders appear bigger. Do Vaccums Every. Single. Day. Do a ketogenic diet to lean out until you are shredded. Sir Ian Mckellan just spoke at my school and shouted that if we don't study "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" in front of hundreds of students and it was epic. Talked about gay rights. Howver he said that if people don't agree with his views he would not like to talk to them, which is wrong because he should realise that if he wants to fight homophobia he should discuss, not just refuse to talk.

This. Lifting plus keto feels insane. Sometime I let my hamster rationalise eating carbs (biscuits) and I feel sluggish, my gut acts up, gas etc. If anything my most intense workouts are the fasted ones where I have all this testosterone that has built up because of having low insulin levels. Afterwards I rest a bit and then chow down a massive dinner of steak, salad and cooked spinach with loads and loads of butter. Then afterwards I have raw eggs and chow down a large slice of raw lamb liver.

Anabolic men says u need carbs for optimal T and that men on low-carb diets have lower T which is true with a caviet, I learned from Thomas DeLauer that low carb diets do lower T, but not very low carb ketogenic diets, which increase T. I guess T just suffers if one is half in ketosis since the body is adjusting and changing processes.

A) depends on type 1 or type 2 you BOZO. B) Yes you wil lose weight on a caloric deficit but if you need to lose weight you likely have some degree of insulin resistance, therefore you will lose muscle if you reduce calories while having high carbohydrates. C) I can deadlift double my bodyweight, win the 1500 and cross-country, sprint, swim 2 lengths underwater and almost have the proportions of a men's physique contender. I don't care about weight.

Insulin 'locks' fat release from fat cells and allows for atrophy in diabetics and people with insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is prevalent in more people than you realise: even in athletes due to overconsumptuon and reliance on carbohydrates. Look up Tim Noakes. High levels of insulin is the reason diabetics lose muscle mass. The liver manufacturers glycogen from amino acids in a process called gluconeogenesis in healthy individuals.Although small amounts of carbohydrates from healthy so…

Okay lets clear something up Right Now. Eating loads of food and whatever you see will not make you build muscle faster. There is this mentality that you have to be stuffed all the time to "bulk" - whatever that means. All that will do is spike insulin throughout the day and cripple what really causes growth: growth hormone and testosterone levels. Glass bottled water is getting harder to find these days. Tapwater in the UK is recycled and I am sure it is lacking in electrolytes and minerals. And Bottled water comes in plastic. Anabolicmen, 'The 4 Hour Body' by Tim Ferris, Bulletproof and Dr Berg and Thomas Delauer on YouTube are all great resources to increase testosterone. Main things I've learnt are: DON'T: No plastics; less synthetic clothing (especially underwear), don't put your cellphone near your balls, don't snack throughout the d…

Mom's boyfriends: One was with her for 3 years. a 25 y/o 6+foot chad who drove fast, had a decent job and adored us. I gues I picked up on his demeanours and that's a good thing. The other was an older ex military intelligence security guy who had a gun holstered to his side. Taught me about responsibility and criticao thinking. He would have been a very good male role model for an American family I guess. (Except we were not and are not in America). Other role models are King Leonidas from '300…

Well the average lean person like me has around 50000 calories of stored body fat for energy so energy is not a problem since the average male needs 2100 a day. Human Growth Hormone increases by over 2000% while fasting and this preserves all your muscle mass. Protein and carbohydrate oxidation (fuel burning) go much lower on a fast, so muscle is not used as fuel whereas stored fat is. Muscle lactate is recycled into glycogen by the liver for workouts. The small amount of glucose your brain does…

For cardio do sprints. They have huge benefits for testosterone and are used by bodybuilders because they do not cause muscle loss or any other problems associated with the long distance stuff. Also, HIIT is good training for endurance surprisingly. In the same way that heavy bench presses make you better at push-ups.

THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN cholesterol and heart DISEASE you are living in the 80's. Coconut oil is triggers almost NO INSULIN. It is almost impossible to get fat by eating too much fat. No. Saturated fats do not break down into 'toxic byproducts'. What on earth are you on about? Insulin resistance which is now affecting almost half of ALL AMERICANS is caused by abusing your pancreas by overusing your ability to metabolise glucose. FASTING is the best way to reduce inflammation and let your body heal. No 'juices' either. Just do what injured animals do: refuse to eat or move much and let themselves heal. Let your digestive system take a break and your blood sugar levels stay stable. Do this for 3-5 days. Cold showers also do wonders for inflammation. The first time is jolting but 2nd time onwards it is really nice. Count to 2 minutes and you have a free anti-imflammatory.

This. Restricting calories while on a regular (carb rich) diet means you have elevated insulin (and all obese people are more insulin resistant and therefore have chronically elevated levels of insulin in their bloodstreams). High insulin means LOW human growth hormone. Without HGH your body if deprived of food will NOT burn fatty acids as much in the bloodstream and will use more glucose and amino acids for energy. In other words you will also lose muscle and could harm your organs. If you are …

A caloric deficit on low carb will result in Much faster weight loss because of a chronically low insulin level (and therefore high HGH and glucagon level) allowing free release of free fatty acids from lipase tissue.
