It's 2 weeks of TRP and now you're a bona fide life coach.

In the future how about you write a FR and bring up these "tips" you presented through personal example. Guarantee you'll be better received, learn more yourself, and have something of value to add.

I don't have a gym membership. Not an excuse. If you can't afford a gym, start doing push ups at home.

This is what I do.

It costs nothing and even 20-30 pushups a day on a regular basis helps to give you definition.

As an older guy myself I actually pulled a muscle in the beginning and had to stop for a few months, but I've worked it back and do them regularly now.

I'm doing pushups, pullups and squats with weight (i use an old backpack) and getting good results. However my cortisol is still very high, i need to lower that shit somehow.
