Stay away from home. Practice a sport or something, helps with stress and make you tired enough to not masturbate/watch porn. Stay try to stay as busy as possible, and when you sitting home alone, just go out to the nearest coffee shop or go for a walk ; bet you won't be able to jerk off in public.

Yeah I do, because I want to, but try to be sure as much as you can that it's clean ; got very sick once doing it uncarefully. Wash first, then eat, as people said, who cares if it's what YOU like doing.
