What's a good beginner programPhraks has less sets and has you squatting less. If you have the time for it, Stronglifts 5x5 + 3x5 Chinups is the best. If for some reason you don't, do Stronglifts but 3x5 + Chinups. You can also add in abs work & maybe some tricep dips if you have time (I personally do) but you don't need to. Just remember not to do more than 3 assistance excercises per workout. I also like to do 2x5 or 3x5 Deadlifts if I'm not feeling too tired. | /r/askTRP | 03/06/18 08:16 PM

15M I am Scared of girls.Yes. Go talk to a doctor and an adult who you trust. Keep doing what I said as well and you'll be able to overcome it. | /r/askTRP | 03/06/18 05:20 PM
15M I am Scared of girls.I don't agree with not being friends with people from your school, especially since if you fuck up too much you can switch schools if you live in a city. Make friends with people, join clubs based on whatever you're interested in, join a sports team, plate or LTR girls from your school, etc. But absolutely do well in school. Get good grades, do APs, join clubs, especially academic ones and sports teams, and use any opportunities offered to you by the school. You'll need the marks to get into a g… | /r/askTRP | 03/06/18 05:18 PM
You're talking to a girl you're interested in online, you don't wanna chit-chat. What do you say?> Don't say sidebar But did you read the sidebar? Anyways, this great post from the sub recently should address your question. https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/8ntlth/how_to_really_succeed_at_tinder_not_just_another/ | /r/askTRP | 03/06/18 07:08 AM
15M I am Scared of girls.I'm 14 and I found TRP right a couple weeks before I started high school. Back in middle school (And for a while even after swallowing the pill but less so), I was pretty beta too, but over the past few months I've become more alpha, so I'll share some advice that helped me. First: If you haven't already, read the sidebar. All of it. And read books. [Libgen](http://gen.lib.rus.ec/) will let you download free eBooks and has all of the books I'm recommending. When you're done with the sidebar, read… | /r/askTRP | 03/06/18 06:56 AM

Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)My TDEE is 2100 so I'll aim for 2500-2600 calories. | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 03:21 PM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)If I'm aiming to gain muscle, what should my weight goal be? | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 02:08 PM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Should I reduce the amount of carbs to make more room for the extra 40-60 g of fat? I'll add more almonds, yogurt, and avocado to my meals to get more fat, and I think that the eggs and cheese from the omlette are probably also helpful for this. As for the milkshake, should I be making something like this, but with normal milk instead of soy milk? | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 06:22 AM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Okay, I'll do that when I have access to a weight room/gym in a few weeks. Any recommendations for program calculators? | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 04:35 AM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Okay. I'll try using jalapeno/habanero peppers and some mustard or hot sauce with it then. | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 04:30 AM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)I used the IIFYM calculator: Protein Grams: 120 Fat Grams: 40 Carbs Grams: 416 Fiber Grams: 15-20 2502 calories total. I personally don't like rice, but I'll add potatoes and maybe oatmeal to my diet. Should I be eating oatmeal without too much added in, or will any brand work? | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 03:58 AM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)If I'm going with Stronglifts 5x5, how heavy should I be lifting based on my weight, height, and BF% (100 lbs, 5'2, 12-13%)? I don't want to lift too heavy and hurt myself, but I don't want to lift light enough that I won't get good results. | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 03:46 AM

Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Thank you for the advice. I personally don't love the taste of fish, but I'll keep eating a lot of chicken and try to start eating tuna again as well. | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 03:42 AM

Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Any suggestions for a program that will give me the best results at my age, since I can lift very frequently but not with very heavy weights? | /r/askTRP | 19/08/17 03:36 AM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)I'm almost positive I'm not fat (I can see my own ribs and I'm pretty thin if that means anything), just a bit out-of-shape. Do I need to make any changes to the current quantities in my diet? | /r/askTRP | 18/08/17 09:07 PM
Looking for some suggestions on working out & improving my diet (I'm 14 and found TRP early)Thanks so much for the advice. Any reason for cutting out peanut butter? Also, is Greyskull LP okay for my age if I stick to lighter weights? Sorry for all of the questions, but I forgot to ask one question in my post. Should I be staying away from less healthy meats, such as beef salami or turkey bacon? I've been finding mixed responses to this question on different forums. | /r/askTRP | 18/08/17 09:05 PM
