So I'm 14 years old, 5'2, 100 lbs, and about 11-13% body fat percentage depending on which test I use (I'd say that 12.5-13% is probably the best estimate.) I recently found TRP, and I've decided to stop eating junk food and drinking pop, and start working out daily. I have a few questions and would like someone to look over my diet plan and recommend a workout plan based on my requirements. I am going to try to stick to eating a paleo/primal diet (Other than using peanut butter, low-ingredient hot sauce and BBQ sauce, and possibly blue cheese dip as well as waffle mix and whole-wheat bread) with 3 meals a day and snacks in between if needed, unless there is something else I should be eating based on my diet preferences, age, and exercise. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Breakfast: * Omelette (2-3 eggs, 2-3 scotch bonnet peppers, 1-2 mushrooms, 1/8 onion, 1-3 slices of cheddar cheese, add scorpion/reaper pepper hot sauce and 2-3 slices of turkey/chicken breast on top after cooking) or * Waffle (Store-bought standard waffle mix) with blueberries and raspberries, add peanut butter after cooking eat with fruit (Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries/Peach/Apple/Grapefruit) and/or vegetables (Broccoli/Celery/Carrots with blue cheese dip or peanut butter) drink 1 cup of coffee (with 1 package of Splenda), additional 1-2 cups in between breakfast and lunch if needed. Lunch: * BBQ Chicken/Ground Beef sandwich (4-8 oz of ground beef or 1-2 chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, 3-4 slices of jalapeno peppers, 2-4 slices of onion, 1-2 slices of cheese, whole wheat/whole grain bread) eat with fruit (Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries/Peach/Apple/Grapefruit) and/or vegetables (Broccoli/Celery/Carrots with blue cheese dip or peanut butter) Dinner: * Rib steak (8-14 oz) or * 1-2 chicken breasts or * 3-4 lambchops (Use hot sauce/BBQ sauce/cheese with the above if needed) or * Homemade burger/burrito (6-8 oz of ground beef, 1-2 slices cheddar cheese, 3-4 slices of jalapeno peppers or 1-2 sliced scotch bonnet peppers, 2-3 pieces of sliced pineapple, 2-4 slices of onion, whole wheat burger bun or burrito tortilla, BBQ sauce and/or hot sauce) eat with fruit (Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries/Peach/Apple/Grapefruit) and/or vegetables (Broccoli/Celery/Carrots with blue cheese dip or peanut butter) Snacks (in between meals and after dinner if needed, 1-3 times a day): * Fruits (Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries/Blackberries/Peach/Apple/Grapefruit) * Vegetables (Broccoli/Celery/Carrots with blue cheese dip or peanut butter) * Seaweed * Pickled Banana/Jalapeno Peppers * Almonds/Pistachios/Cashews (Add salt/spices if needed) * Cottage cheese * Peanut butter

The range in food is to account for how hungry I am, and I am planning on combining this with a daily/3-5 times a week workout plan and 45-90 minutes of walking/running on weekdays, and 30-45 minutes of walking/running (Probably more running per minute than weekdays) on weekends. I am eating Balderson's 1 or 2 year aged cheddar cheese. I occasionally substitute cheddar with blue cheese, usually not from any specific make. I usually use hot sauces similar to this one. The BBQ sauce I am currently using is this one, and I usually buy similar ones from the same brand.

Please let me know if I should make any changes to my diet plan, but I have a few questions:

  1. Is it okay to use blue cheese dip that probably isn't the healthiest if I only eat it in small quantities with celery and carrots?

  2. Is it okay to stick with this peanut butter which has ingredients such as Soybean Oil, Corn Maltodextrin, and Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil added in, even if I eat it without anything else occasionally as a quick snack, or should I switch to the natural 100% peanut version by the same brand if I can find it?

  3. I know that a lot of people recommend not eating bread. Even if I am using whole wheat/whole grain bread, should I remove the bread from the sandwich I eat for lunch and just eat everything out of a container, or is it okay to continue to use bread in my sandwich, burgers, and burritos if it is whole wheat/whole grain?

  4. Is it okay to have standard high-carb waffles if they are combined with blueberries, raspberries and peanut butter, and eaten with a peach/apple, or should I avoid any waffles that aren't made using low-carb mixes? I will be using this mix and adding blueberries and raspberries. I am using a waffle maker that's about as big as this one, so I should need 1/2-3/4 of a cup of batter.

  5. Should I avoid protein bars, or should I purchase some Quest protein bars?

Exercise/Workouts:

At the moment, since I haven't picked a workout program and don't have any weights to use, I have been doing 3 sets of 10-20+ pushups, 3 sets of 20 lunges, and 3 sets of 10+ crunches. I will also be adding 3 sets of pull-ups to this, as I can use a playground at a local park for this until I get a pull-up bar. I will have access to a weight room at my high school during the school year (Starts in 2-3 weeks), and I will purchase dumbbells during the year. Since I'm 14, not very big for my age, and just starting to work out, I'll probably start by trying 10 and 20 pound dumbbells, and eventually using heavier weights. (Unless I should be starting with something heavier)

I am trying to decide between the following workout plans:

I think that I would prefer the Greyskull LP, maybe with added crunches and/or push-ups if needed, as it is very simple and highly recommended by people on /r/TheRedPill and /r/fitness.

Here is my final question:

6: Which workout plan should I use, and should I be working out daily, or 3/5 times a week? Should I add cardio every day or only on certain days?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

EDIT: Forgot to ask one question in my post. 7: Should I be staying away from less healthy meats, such as beef salami or turkey bacon? I've been finding mixed responses to this question on different forums.
