I can't speak for op. But I was on a small dosage of anti-depessents/anti-anxiety pills for two months. It was like being fearless. Kinda like having liquid courage, without being drunk. This is very true. It works for any emotion that we don't want. If we are feeling sad for instance, we'll start having obsessive compulsive thoughts about how we don't want to feel sad.
