First thing I do is wait 24 hours, if it doesn't bother me in 24 hours it's probably not worth bringing up. After that I bring it up gently. My fiance and I discuss things calmly, sometimes weld things go and readdress them a couple of days later.. Kinda recapp the situation and make sure wherein the same page. But issues are handled based upon what they are.

We do, we want to feel like we're earning the approval of someone better than us, which is why you can't just give it but have to make us work for it. The minute we earn it, it's kind of like game over. My fiancé tells me all the time "you wouldn't like me if I was always nice to you" and it's true, women just don't want to admit it.

Hi! I'm 22 so I'm right up your ally. So on remaining poised when angry I always think two things. 1) words said in anger can only be forgiven not forgotten. And 2) wait, if it's not something worth being angry over in 24 hours it's not worth being angry now. The 24 hour thing also works for disappointment.

Yeah there's varying degrees of guys, mines not very openly sensitive and will down right tell you he doesn't think women are half as qualified as men for most things but he never fails to make me feel loved and special. Butya know he's asked me before if I wanted him to change and I always tell him nope, I fell in love with you like this

You have to remember that /r/theredpill is there place to vent. Many of the men over there have been beaten down by most women and thats there safe place to complain.

Its normal for us for me to cook steaks or some type of protien with a veggie or two, and bread or rice and there is always fresh fruit available. I usually slice up a pineapple or watermelon etc and have it on the table for him to nibble on. When I pack his lunch up, it's a meal, a fruit, veggies with hummus or Greek yogurt dip, a drink, sometimes a smoothie and a piece or two of dark chocolate. And if I forget something I feel guilty.

I don't know. There engineers and such, there all in relatively good shape, make good salaries, are very smart and yet there like oh well you know it is what it is. They think I'm weird because my fiancé and I follow very typical gender roles and I'm over there thinking I've seen livestock treated better.

Men should respect women, but only if women give them something to respect

I take home cooked food into my fiancé's office once a week, once a month I do a big lunch for everyone. 99% of the poor guys sit there and tell me how there SO's Wont even help them out let alone do something nice like cook for an office party. The one guy told me that his wife makes friends specifcally with people who make his life hard and that she makes fun if him in public so bad he would never invite her to his work place. :( Edit: so I'm super judgmental but even more so I'm just sad

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
